Estonian Business Incubators
Essay
Tallinn 2012
We can define business incubators as a specially designed programs to maintain successful development of entrepreneurial companies .
There are more than 800 business Incubators in Europe and they devise into 2 main groups: 1) Incubators that focused on general business support 2) focused on technological areas. In Estonia exist Incubators in operation and new initiatives are underway.
In my essay I allocate those Incubators, which are located in Tallinn. There are: Kopli Business Incubator, Ülemiste Business Incubator, Tallinn Creative Incubator. I focus on two of them : the Ülemiste Business Incubator which is created for technology -based service providers and innovative start- ups. This Incubator can offer modern office facilities in a location with a good success. The place is suitable for meetings with a perspective clients. The location of some start-ups from different fields allows to share problems with knowledge. Learning and practicing helps to avoid some typical business mistakes and difficult situations. Moreover , this Incubator has developed own network and can be the great use to most start-ups. In Ülemiste City start-up can grow and expand. This Incubator has also close co-operation and networking with other Ülemiste City companies.
Another Incubator in Estonia is Tallinn Creative Incubator, which was opened in September 2009 and it had already begun to provide support for creative enterprises in 2008. The idea of creation about Incubator was born from Kärt Summatavet when he became a client of Incubator. The Creative Incubator generates its own income from the rent of rooms and sales of services and training sessions, and businesses are subsidised by up to 75%. The function of the Creative Incubator is to provide a supportive environment for creative enterprises by initially providing them with incubation services. Main focus is to do better the business expertise of creative enterprises and to establish a soft infrastructure and help interprises become international. Five top Estonian designers have joined the Tallinn Creative Incubator. Their international awards and recognition is an encouragement for other Creative Incubator clients.
Creative Incubator partners have included the Estonian Academy of Arts , Mainor Business School Design Institute, the Estonian Association of Designers and the Estonian Design Centre .
In my personal opinion I suppose that Estonian Business Incubators are perspective and can be competitive with European Incubators, but for the best result (I mean for investors) Estonian Incubators need more attraction and advertizing.
Tallinn Business Incubators are open to foreign firms , which are looking for help in establishing in Tallinn.

All about High Tech

All about High Tech High tech is technology that is at the cutting edge--the most advanced technology currently available. There is no specific class of technology that is high tech--the definition shifts over time--so products hyped as high tech in the 1960s would now be considered, if not exactly low tech, then at least somewhat obsolete. This fuzzy definition has led to marketing departments describing nearly all new products as high tech. Economy Because the high-tech sector of the economy develops or uses the most advanced technology known, it is often seen as having the most potential for future growth. This perception has led to high investment in high-tech sectors of the economy. High-tech startup enterprises receive a large portion of venture capital. However, if, as has happened in the past, investment exceeds actual potential, then investors can lose all or most of their investment. High tech is often viewed as high risk, but offering the opportunity for high profits. Like B

"Career and Employment" Homereading

So I studied floristry at night school and after three years, I qualified as a florist. It so happened that a florist shop came up for sale in my area and I couldn't resist the idea of running it. So I bought it, took on the existing staff and I haven't looked back. I think a lot of people are creative. Once they find an outlet for it, they find they want to do it all the time. But it's not just the creative side of my new career that I love. I also enjoy the contact with people and the business side. Some days I don't make as much money as others, but generally it's going well. Then there's the complete lack of stress. These days, I go home feeling relaxed. I haven't given up pharmacy altogether. One day a week I still work for Boots, who I locum for. I like keeping a toe in the water of pharmacy because it was never something I hated just something I found I didn't want to do all the time." The 10 most popular second careers Plumber

Finland and Sweden are the most important trade partners. The Estonian economy profits significantly from the business generated by more than 2 million tourists a year. The important sectors of the Estonian economy are the processing, transport, warehousing and communications, commerce and estate, rental and letting, as well as business services, agriculture, construction and government, education and health care. In order to be able to import all the products and services, something must be exported, that's why export holds such a prominent position for the Estonian economy and its growth.
