Introduction The purpose of this letter is to focuse on the good and bad sides of McDonalds restaurant. Food and Prices McDonalds offers well-packed fast food. Juhtumi jalduse protsessi on vaadeldud järgmistes raamistikes: ITIL (ver2), MOF ja ISM. Juhtumi haldus
