Patients often arrive in the Long-Term Nursing Clinic after active treatment, because they need care, stabilisation and support before returning home. The Geriatric Department cares for patients mostly over 65 years of age. People of this age may be left with permanent problems caused by illness and total recovery may not be possible. But the support is also moral as more and more public bodies, major businesses, even smaller companies and voluntary organizations are making increasing use of the language. So should Governments charge fees for higher education, or provide it for free? Government should charge fees because it is well known that the `education' is often only a small part of the university experience.
