Kunda sadam kuulub AS Kunda Nordic (edaspidi KNC) tsementi alla, mis omakorda kuulub rahvusvahelisse tsemendikontserni Heidelberg Cement Group. Kunda sadamas viibisin ma praktikal alates 12 juunist kuni 20. augustini. Praktika käigus tutvusin ma erinevate kaupade laadimis-lossimis töödega, laeva vastuvõtmisega, kaupade ladustamise tehnoloogiaga, sadamatöös kasutatava dokumentatsiooniga ning üleüldiselt sadamas toimuvaga. 2. Sadama tutvustus Kunda sadam asub Soome lahe lõunarannikul Kunda lahes. Kunda sadama koordinaadid on = 59o31,27`N ja = 26o32,49`E (Sadama administratiivhoone)

RDF tootmiseks sobilikku materjali saab eraldada tavajäätmete nn. mehaanilis-bioloogilisel töötlemisel, mille tulemusel kõrge kütteväärtusega materjalid eraldatakse üldisest jäätmemassist.
