Also you should stop eating fast food because many processed food contain a high amount of salt which leads to high blood pressure. Positive mental healthy is an important part of a healthy life. You don't need negative people in your life because when you're sad you eat a lot more and if you stay positive, you will live longer. And if you do get stressed or become frustrated you can put that anger into exercising.
