MY DAILY ROUTINE The first thing I do is that I wake up at 7 o'clock. Then, I have coffee for breakfast. I clean my teeth and I take a shower. After, I get dressed. Next, I go to work by bus, because I start at 8 o'clock. When I finish, I go home at half past twelve and the first thing that I do when I get home is have lunch at 1 o'clock. Everything even remotely tourist/abroad aimed is labelled firstly in English and in very small letters in Estonian. I do believe in broadcasting ourselves. I believe in translations. But I believe that going about in, say, Tallinn, and reading the pub and shop signs, I should still be reading Estonian and not have a constant question "am I still in Estonia?". Estonia is without a doubt influenced by American mass culture, which has changed the way the youth of today look at life. Daily we listen to American pop music (well, I don't, but that is an active choice, if I turned on radio or picked what Youtube is proposing, then most likely I'd get US daily pop music), and our cinemas are full of Hollywood's box busters, whereas Scandinavian and European films mainly show up during a few festivals, although it would make more sense if it was the other way around or at least in some natural balance.

Travel is all that and much more. One of the goals of study abroad is to prepare you to be more effective, respectful of other cultures, and to better understand your own culture and values. Travelling not only teaches you about other cultures, but it also teaches you more about yourself and your own culture. After all, only from the outside can you look back in. Where will your travels take you and what will you see? Travel can be an escape - an escape from the daily grind, an unhappy relationship or perhaps a transitional period between college and the starting a career or between one job and another. Some people travel not so much to go someplace but to get away.
The main disadvantage is that people are depending on technology too much. Most people are addicted to computer games or watching TV. Furthermore, technology has also increased various kinds of health problems. For instance it can ruin our sight or influence our psychological condition. In conclusion,the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I personally think that technology is more of a blessing than a curse, because it plays such a important role in our daily lives and nowadays we can't live without technological inventions.

Report The aim of this report is to give information about what kind of items should be sold as our school's souvenirs. Many people think that items sold as souvenirs should be items that a person uses on a daily basis. The best items to sell would be mugs, pens and T-shirts. Our school emblem is an eagle spreading it's wings, therefore, the souvenirs should have a picture of an eagle on them. Another option would be to print our school's initials on those items. Initials do not take much space and above all they are practical. It is believed that red and yellow are irritating colors, blue and green on the other hand are soothing. Breathing exercises can quickly reduce anxiety and are easy to learn and remember. One of the most famous ones is to take a breath for five seconds, hold, then breathe out slowly for about seven seconds and repeat it a few times. It is also important to not suffer alone and try to surround ourselves with people.
You often are well paid for just showing your face in some commercial. Also it seems like all the doors in the world are opened for you. You have so many different opportunities thanks to that and your life is never dull. And lastly everybody loves to have admirers. But where are the admirers, there is always a lot of criticism coming your way. You have to be really solid as a rock to cope with that. Also you have to have a lot of energy as your daily schedule is usually very busy and you can not rest when ever you want. And what comes to the fans, then there are always some of those who cross the line and become quite annoying. All in all it seems that being famous is a big advantage when you have some special quality. Otherwise I suggest not becoming famous, it will not be good for your health.
