Culture shock can also be a problem. It might not be so easy to get used to local traditionds and customs. Moreover, the language barrier might be a huge problem. In conclusion, I think that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Although it depends very much on the person, who emigrates, it seems to me that in general emigration is a good thing.
Not to mention the fact that people can use it for communication with eachother. In my opinion it is not necessary to learn that country's mother tongue while most of the people are able to talk in English. I find that English connects different people and helps us to feel like a big multicultural family. In addition to that it is a whole lot easier to find a job abroad, if you are fluent in English, because they are looking for workers who are able to talk with no language barrier and it shows that you are open to different challenges. All in all, I find that learning English is extremely important and useful, because we can use it everywhere and everytime.

And with the population growing, it will become an even bigger probleem. This means people in the future may not have enough resources, because right now humans are using too much. Another huge problem is global warming. The effects of global warming can already be seen today. Half of the Great Barrier Reef already dead because of the increasing temperature. Global warming causes a lot of species to go extinct. It also causes extreme weather conditions. Rising temperatures may lead to droughts and increase wildfires. If people don not find a solution to global warming now then future generations will have to face a lot of difficulties. There are sleeper wall after the concrete blocks to support the basement floor slabs. Next primary elements are the walls. My house has four crosswalls which have load bearing and enclosing role. There are also a lot of internal division walls with dividing role. The crosswalls are made of lightweight concrete blocks. Behind the blocks are moisture barrier which is fixed with brick tie. After that there are sole plates and pads which are nailed into a head timber above and sole plates underneath. Between the studs are thermal insulation what keeps heat inside the building. In the end there are exterior finishing, consists of weather shield, ventilation gap and lining boards. Internal walls are similar, but there are blasterboard on both sides what are also painted.
