He also said that it was his last film as an actor. The main issue in this film is gang violence on the streets involving different cultures and races. Grand Torino is not a typical American film at all; it even reminds me of a 1992 Australian film Romper Stomper which talks about the same problem- intolerance. The film also shows that if only people from different cultures want to live together in a friendly atmosphere and in harmony, they can achieve this but it may take time and willingness to understand others. I think this film is meant to be shown to persons who have a strong nervous system and who want to know what is happening in some of the neighborhoods of Detroit. I strongly recommend this piece of art to everyone, because it is interesting, well- scripted and humorous but also informative and educational. Mark-Hendrik Mäeste

women. The advent of the indrustial revolution and during the World Wars, while men were at the front, women took charge of the factory work and many other practical jobs. Thanks to suffragettes, women became enfranchised. Nowadays women are successfully pursuaded in a senior management. I think that bringing justice into business is justified, because many skills of a good modern manager - good communication skills, thoroughness, cooperativeness and a willingness to consult - are more likely to be found in women than in men.

Music can be a hobby.

Music can be a hobby. A hobby is something that you enjoy doing, something that brings relief of the daily grind and allows you to unwind. It's pretty safe to say that there would be no music if there was nobody to play it.There realle are no boundaries when it comes to picking up an instrument and learning to play.Anyone can do it if you have the patience an the willingness to learn. It's a good idea to try more than one type of instrument in order to know what you really prefer and what feels the most natural to you. It's best not to make up your decision on something like how cool a certain guitar looks on your favourite rock star.Everyone needs to develope their own musical styling with the instrument that is best for them. Writing music is one of the most profound ways to dig deep into yourself and see what you have to offer in a musically creative format

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”

12.d “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” (Mahatma Gandhi) Mahatma Ghandi expresses that everything starts with us, our willingness to help create the world we dream of. It is unlikely that any of us will be the next Mother Teresa but every person has hidden power to do something that benefits to the society. People´s roles are nowadays as important as the next persons, even if they think that little things are insignificant and have no effect, with enough people these small things add up and make an even bigger change that any single organization or person could ever do. How far can we go being tolerant?

How far can we go being tolerant? Tolerance- it is the willingness to accept or tolerate somebody ot something especially opinions or behaviuor that you may not agree with, or people who are not like you. When we speak about tolerance and being tolerant, then of course all of us do not have the same opinion about tolerance. There is saying that there are as many different opinions as people in the world and talking about tolerance is not different. How we tolerate other people and their behaviour depends a lot of how we are raised and

Positive sides of outdoor learning Essay "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." Benjamin Franklin In the last few years outdoor education has become more and more popular worldwide and in Estonia too. While there are many definitions for outdoor education, I think the best way to describe it would be outdoor education is a form of education, when learning takes place somewhere else than a classroom and the subjects are not only about the environment and nature but also linked to the national curriculum. Outdoor education often takes place on a walk around the block, a visit to the cemetery or a local post office. It can happen at a city zoo, on a forest trail, or in a national park. work variables such as turnover, organisational citizenship behavior, and job performance. In Business Dictionary is written that organisational commitment is a strength of the feeling of responsibility that an employee has towards the mission of the organisation. Porter et al further describes organisational commitment as an attachment to the organisation, characterised by an intention to remain in it; an identification with the values and goals of the organisation; and a willingness to exert extra effort on its behalf. Another perspective on organisational commitment is the "exchanged-based definition" or "side- bet" theory. This theory holds that individuals are committed to the organisation as far as they hold their positions, irrespective of the stressful conditions they experience. However, should they be given alternative benefits, they will be willing to leave the organisation.

This case study focused on the construction stage of the project, highlighting the use of BIM and LC. Modelling as a virtual representation of reality provided multiple benefits for the parties involved in the Crusell Bridge project. According to all project participants, the intensive use of BIM for construction management enabled better management and organization, as well as a savings in time and money. The case excellently illustrates how BIM can be used in a bridge project. The team's willingness and openness to use BIM and new management methods (LPS) gave all of the parties the opportunity to experience and learn from their own failures as well as from their successes. Great knowledge and experience was gained, which has already found expression in enhancements and improvements made to the delivery processes for future projects. While these methods will become common in complex projects of this kind, there will always be problems of course and the Crusell Bridge was no exception.

The solution has to be to re-engineer the organisation structure so that supply chains are managed on a truly integral basis with cross-functional teams being given the responsibility for managing the pipeline from source to final market. 24 Make the supply chain the value chain: The idea that companies should focus on their core competencies is rapidly taking hold. As a result there is a greater willingness to out-source than was previously the case. This trend has been particularly observable in global corporations where there has been recognition that the complexity of managing a worldwide logistics chain requires specialist resources. There is now a great opportunity to start thinking of the supply chain as a value chain. Osa neist kôrvaleesmärkidest, näiteks keskkonnakaitse ja sotsiaalsete aspektide arvestamine, on ühiskonna ja inimeste teadlikult vôi teadmatult asetatud normid. Suurt osa nimetatud eesmärkidest vôib saavutada, ilma et see avaldaks môju puidutoodangule. Seega ei ole erinevad eesmärgid omavahel vastuolus. into account must be respected and taken seriously.23 Moreover, the outrage to the explicit criticism also demonstrated that children`s rights are predominantly viewed with some hostility in the UK, where Article 12 in particular has created considerable resentment as children are predominantly stereotyped as being innocent/vulnerable or `aggressive, demanding and badly behaving adolescents out of control of their parents and teachers and lacking the willingness or capacity to accept the responsibilities that should accompany with the granting of rights`. 24 There is a clear tension between the commonly held assumptions of children on the one hand, as welfare dependants, needy for protection and care of adults, and on the other hand, as young citizens entitled to respect and recognition, and the right to participate in the matters that affect their daily lives25. However, the very fact of how childhood is perceived within society has a profound

his own fate. T h e Hero should perform the decisive action of the story, the action that requires taking the most risk or responsibility. 31 T H E W R I T E R ' S JOURNEY ~ T H I R D EDITION Christopher Vogler SACRIFICE People commonly think of Heroes as strong or brave, but these qualities are second ary to sacrifice — the true mark of a Hero. Sacrifice is the Hero's willingness to give up something of value, perhaps even her own life, on behalf of an ideal or a group. Sacrifice means "making holy." In ancient times people made sacrifices, even of hu man beings, to acknowledge their debt to the spirit world, the gods, or nature, to appease those mighty forces, and to make holy the processes of daily life. Even death became sanctified, a holy act. DEALING W I T H DEATH At the heart of every story is a confrontation with death

conducted as part of this research concluded with 4 questions about the future trends. The results are presented next. 4.1. Future Trends In 2010, most of the steel design, fabrication and construction information in the U.S. is conveyed in the form of 3D models. Structural engineers and steel detailers were the first to adopt 3D tools, followed by architects, general and trade contractors and finally fabricators. The use of intelligent BIM models usually depends on the owner’s willingness to pay more during the design development phase, but in the steel industry, more and more companies produce BIM models even if the owner does not specifically request them. According to the people that were interviewed, there has yet to be a project, which fully implemented 5D modeling (intelligent 3D geometry + time + cost). 71

Gardiner's former residence, and where she had lately learned some acquaintance still remained, they bent their steps, after having seen all the principal wonders of the country; and within five miles of Lambton, Elizabeth found from her aunt that Pemberley was situated. It was not in their direct road, nor more than a mile or two out of it. In talking over their route the evening before, Mrs. Gardiner expressed an inclination to see the place again. Mr. Gardiner declared his willingness, and Elizabeth was applied to for her approbation. "My love, should not you like to see a place of which you have heard so much?" said her aunt; "a place, too, with which so many of your acquaintances are connected. Wickham passed all his youth there, you know." Elizabeth was distressed. She felt that she had no business at Pemberley, and was obliged to assume a disinclination for seeing it. She must own that she was tired of seeing great

Clancy pulled away from the doctor's office. At the time, I'd told myself it was wishful thinking. After all, there were countless black SUVs in New York. "You had me followed." His chest expanded on a deep breath. He didn't deny it. I bit back my anger. I could only imagine how terrible it must be for him to be so dependent on something-someone -he couldn't control. What mattered most at that moment were his willingness to try and the fact that it wasn't just talk. He'd actually taken steps. "It's going to be a lot of work, Gideon," I warned him. "I'm not afraid of work." He was touching me restlessly, his hands sliding over my thighs and buttocks as if caressing my bare skin was as necessary to him as breathing. "I'm only afraid of losing you." I pressed my cheek to his. We completed each other. Even now, as his hands roamed
