Dream trip My wish would be to go on a trip to the Caribbean Islands with my friends. I would like to go away for a while from Estonia where its cold and windy and enjoy the sun, warm weather, the beautiful sea and the cloudless sky on the beach. The trip to the Carribbean should certainly be with a plane but we would need a car and someone who could drive us. The suncream would protect us from the unsafe sun and we would lie in the shade on palm trees. We wouldn't be interested of sightseeing on this trip because it's a place where you can have much fun and relax. And of course i wouldn't say no to a ride on a luxurious yacht.. We wouldn't stay the nights at the beach, but in some overpriced and luxurious hotel. The rooms would be spacious and the windows would be wide and of course there should be a large balcony where we could enjoy the sunsets. The roomservice would be friendly and the foods would be delicious

In the right corner there is a comfortable arm-chair. Beside it stands a lamp with blue shade. I like to turn on the lamp, sit in the arm-chair and read an interesting book. There is a small glass coffee table on the center of room, a TV set on the wall and a DVD player in it. There is a big thick carpet on the floor. I like my room very much. Literary stylistics Literary stylistics means of artistic expressiveness, that characterises a literary work, a writer, a literary trend or a home epoch. Denotation, Connotation Meaning has two vital elements, one is denotation (a direct reference, meaning proper) and the other, connotation (additional shade of meaning). Synonyms for connotation (overtone, colouring, charge). The majority of words have denotation only e.g tree, stone, to take, bag, window, etc. Connotation may be permanent part of the meaning of the word. Then it is called inherent (ever-present). Adherent (a shade of meaning the word acquires, develops in a particular context only), and outside this context this is not present. London History The Romans AD 43- AD 410 The Romans finally invaded Britain in AD 43 from Kent. The Romans lead by Julius Caesar attempted to invade Britain twice before that in 55 and 54 BC but the invasions were unsuccessful. They made their way to the river Thames and sailed up it. The Romans knew it was important to control a crossing point at the river Thames, so they decided to build a settlement on the north bank. Although small settlements had been built on the banks of the Thames, the Romans were the ones who built the first city. They called their city Londinium. The Roman engineers noticed that the point where the swampy river narrowed would make an ideal crossing point, they built London Bridge. Less than 20 years later the native Iceni tribe, led by Queen Boudicca, rose up against the Romans in revenge for mistreatment and burnt Londinium to the ground. When an animal acts to defend its territory for instance, it is the intrusion of another an- imal of the same species that cues the territorial-defense tape of rigid vigilance, threat, and, if need be, combat behaviors; however, there is a quirk in the system. It is not the rival as a whole that is the trigger; it is, rather, some specific feature, the trigger feature. Often the trigger feature will be just one tiny aspect of the total- ity that is the approaching intruder. Sometimes a shade of color is the trigger fea- ture. The experiments of ethologists have shown, for instance, that a male robin, acting as if a rival robin had entered its territory, will vigorously attack nothing more than a clump of robin red breast feathers placed there.
