Valmistamisjuhis
Lõika kanafileed paari sentimeetri pikkusteks peenteks ribadeks ja raputa neile peale veidi jahvatatud paprikat, sega läbi ja jäta maitsestuma. Kastme jaoks haki ürdid võimalikult peeneks ja lisa muud ained. Lõika kurk kuubikuteks ja pane kastmesse maitsestuma. Seejärel lõika sai kuubikuteks ja raputa peale küüslaugusoola. Kalla saiakogusest pool pannile, sega kiirelt 1 spl sulatatud võiga läbi ja prae segades ühtlaselt krõbedaks ja kuldpruuniks. Prae samal viisil teine portsjon. Pane pannile veidi õli, kuumuta pann kõrge kuumuseni ning prae broilerifileeribad pidevalt segades pruuniks . Rebi salatilehed tükkideks ja sega kastmesse. Lisa jahtunud broileriribad ning sega hästi läbi. Tõsta salat madalasse kaussi, puista peale saiakuubikud ja serveeri kohe.
Hiinapärane kanasupp
Koostisained
250 g kanafilee
200 g Porgand
1 tk Harilik sibul
1 küünt Küüslauk
1 l Kanapuljong
150 g külmutatud või värsked herned
0 sool
0 Must pipar
50 g Munanuudlid
0 Petersell
0 Karri
Marinaad
0.5 tk sidruni mahl
1 tk punane tšillipipar
1 tk roheline tšillipipar
1 küünt Küüslauk
4 sl Õli
Sega kokku marinaad, pane kanafileed sinna mõneks tunniks kuni terveks ööks. Puhasta ja koori porgandid, lõika viiludeks. Haki sibul ja küüslauk. Võta kanafileed marinaadist, kuivata, lõika viiludeks ja pruunista õlis. Lisa tükeldatud porgandid, sibul ja küüslauk. Lase kanapuljong keema. Lisa kanafilee, porgandid, sibul, küüslauk ja maitseained. Kõige lõpuks pane supi sisse nuudlid ja külmutatud herned. Keeda 10 minutit. Serveeri hakitud peterselliga.
Õunakook
5 to 6 medium baking apples cored, peeled and sliced up
butter to grease pan
nutmeg to flavor apples (fresh ground preferred)
1 egg
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 cup "Old Fashioned " peanut butter (Peanuts and Salt only)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Layer apple slices in bottom of 2"x10"x13" (or similar sized) butter/greased cake pan.
3. Grate nutmeg (you could use cinnamon , but I prefer nutmeg) over top of apples.
4. Put in oven and let them cook for a few minutes while you make the topping.
5. TOPPING PART :
6. Put egg, melted butter, honey, baking soda and vanilla in food processor.
7. Whip it up for a few minutes.
8. Put peanut butter into processor and whip all ingredients together. Mix em up well, but don't burn out the motor in your processor!
9. Pull apples/pan (warining it is hot!) from oven and carefully pour the peanut butter goo evenly over the top of apples.
10. Return to oven and bake at 300 Degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
11. You can check for " done ness" if a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean .
12. Can be eaten warm or cold . Store covered in fridge.

Sunflower

The sunflower (Helianthus annuus) is an annual(iga aastane) plant in the family Asteraceae, with a large flower head (inflorescence(õiekobar, õisik, õitseaeg, õidumine)). The stem(tüvi) of the flower can grow up to 3 metres tall, with the flower head reaching 30 cm in diameter.
