The main question would be: What are the thing that will motivate myself at job? What are the aspects that makes me to do the work? What could be better? What are the benefits and drawbacks ? If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people at first by job security. But there are a lot of other aspects to motivate a workforce. I think that giving a secutity at work is the main aspect that will motivate workforce. Saying job security I mean healthy environment, good labuor relations and confidence which means that worker do not have to worry about losing the job. A good healthy environment is the main motivator, because when you work somewhere you do not feel yourself comfortable, you aint do work with maximum input.

Building more training halls My friends thought that this was a good idea, saying training halls are useful for: · Doing workout with friends · Opportunity trainings with coach teaching · Improving health and figure On the other hand, my mother said that this is not very good idea. Young people need motivate by some older or smarter people. Motivate young people and explain their passivity reasons My mother preferred this opportunity to explain young people passivity reasons. She thought that the main reasons are: 1. For nowadays young people is the most important computer and internet. Life without those things are impossible. It is hard to give up them. 2. They just do not know, how bad are they health and whatever may happen without training

Töötingimuste kujundamisel tuleks juhil arvestada inimese vajaduse ja töövõimega. Töökoha kujundamine, töövaldkonna täpne piiritlemine, kindlus oma töökoha suhtes on tegurid, mis mõjutavad inimese töömotivatsiooni. Kolm olulist teed töötingimuste loomisel on töö- ja puhkeaja õige reguleerimine, töökoha ja organisatsiooni mikrokliima kujundamine. 13 KASUTADUD KIRJANDUS Herzberg, F. 1968. sector organisations. From this influence is inspired the pay-for performance tool that in private sector is usually used with car salesmen or with other sale fields. In very simplistic way pay-for performance means that one is getting paid relating how well he works. In a more complicated way it refers to instrument that encourages civil servants to rise their work quality and performance, it rewards best officials based on their contribution and effort. So it is kind of a tool to motivate officials to perform better and produce more qualitative work. (Randma-Liiv 2005) Compensating and motivating employees plays important role in governmental jobs- it helps to attract, motivate and retain qualified workers in the field. Success of pay-for performance tool has been discussed in many ways. Some researchers like Murphy and Cleveland (1995) support the success stories brining out examples why it is necessary, some like Ingraham (1993) are not that optimistic about it and draws
that those are fulfilled. A successful manager often is not a successful business owner because those are two totally different positions and demand for different qualities and personality traits. What makes a successful manager? Firstly, in my opinion the manager should be an excellent communicator and more important I find being a good motivator as employees normally quite often have ups and downs or loss of motivation, so it is crucial for the company that the manager were up to motivate and find suitable solutions for his subordinates. Secondly, I think that the manager should have a positive attitude, for example, even though the situation is really bad and some others would have given up as seeing it pointless, there are still managers who still are positive and self-confident and they will finally succeed. It is really important to stay on your chosen road and to believe in your choices.
It is a science because there are certain principles and techniques required. A good leader knows when it is time to change shape. A great leader allows creativity to be unleashed and takes risks. Person like that can transform his or her organization for major developement. A good leader needs to be able to laugh but a great leader should be abel to laugh at oneself. Secondly, a good leader is considering with his employees. Of course he or she has to have skills and knowledge on how to motivate workers and pave the way for company's success, but one cannot forget that leading requires a big responsibility. For example, if the head of a company makes bad financial decisions, everyone on that company is being influenced. In conclusin, I can say that the shape of a leader is never plain. Leadership is both art and science. Also, a good leader has to consider with his employees, be wise and make right decisions.
Stress People experience various forms of stress that is a natural part of people’s lives and it can motivate people to work harder. But if it becomes negative stress, it can affect people’s ability to be positive. To begin with, the main source of stress for young people is school and family. Daily homework takes a large part of our free time. Getting a bad grade causes a disappointment. Especially if the day before there was a lot of learning for the examination. Family may have a greater effect on young people. The death of a
Music Is My Passion Music is one of the most important and powerful things in my life. My life without melodies and harmonies would be totally empty. Listening to and playing different tunes helps me to relax and it can also help to motivate me in trying things. I love listening to music while on my way to school, as I feel it helps me to prepare for the day that waits. Music gets me back to my greatest memories. Mostly summer memories, they're the best. When I was younger my mother used to take me to music classes that were for babies. And
Other cultures try to keep their emotions hidden, exhibiting or sharing only the "rational" or factual aspects of the situation. All of these differences tend to lead to communication problems. If the people involved are not aware of the potential for such problems, they are even more likely to fall victim to them, although it takes more than awareness to overcome these problems and communicate effectively across cultures. In my opinion different cultures are blessing. Different cultures motivate people to learn other languages and the rules of courtesy. For example if you want to travel to other countries, you need to know the basic vocabulary and also it is very important to know the standards of conduct otherwise you may insult the local people. So the are blessing because they help to avoid rudeness. Keit Kallas
and patenting a new idea. Because of the amount of coordination required for each project, both successes and failures would inevitably spring up along the way, giving the children a meaningful experience of what it is like to work on a real-world project. The teacher would have an important role, psychologically coaching the kids through the highs and lows of the project and facilitating discussions to make them work better together and motivate themselves. In addition, academic lessons would be split into two halves. The first half would be a basic skills seminar, and the second an advanced class. Students would be able to choose whether to stay the second half, or else they could leave to work on their current project, read, or pursue an independent study of another subject. The students who stayed - the "second halfers" - would be known as the students with the greatest passion for the subject. No grades or competition would exist
Stress Stress is a necessary part of nature. It´s the organism´s defence mechanism for changes in the surrounding enviorment. Without it we could not survive. Stress has many effects on the body that are necessary for a reaction to the stressor. When an animal senses danger, it automatically triggers a fight or flight response. In case of a lifethreatening situation, stress is an invaluable ally. It can even motivate us to prepeare for upcoming challenges. But as we move further and further from our natural habitat, stress becomes more of nuisance than a lifesaver. Things that cause stress to the modern man are nothing compared to the problems that troubled our ancestors. Few hundred years ago the average european was still worrying about his livestock being looted. But we feel that a Powerpoint presentation that is due tomorrow is something that threatens our existance. Stress can cause some people

Usually they are just fine, but the grass is always greener somewhere else, am I right? But for me and my class, it's a different story. The grass really is greener anywhere else, actually. Why do we go to school? Do we actually want to learn? I think not. Maybe on some level, until fourth grade or something like that, but most of us are in high school to get good grades, so that parents don't kick us out and still give us food and shelter. How to motivate ourselves to come here every single morning and really study, not just sit with your phone out and watch videos or do something not related to studying to keep from dying of boredom? I think that the main reason students skip class is that they just don't want to sit around for 45 minutes. Another reason, I know that from my own experience, is undone homework. We don't want to get bad grades and we choose not to show up. Maybe it's better not to give homework, like they do in Finland.

The annual film festival has been run from its inception by Mark Soosaar, internationally recognised filmmaker. http://www.visitparnu.com/index.php?id=789&L=1 Schooldance The School Dance festival, which is organised by the Estonian Dance Agency. This is the most popular and prestigious festival, with the biggest number of young participants in Estonia. Its aim is to motivate young people to express themselves through dance and movement. The young people and their supervisors must create the dances performed in School Dance. School Dance focuses on finding and developing young talented dancers as possible future professionals, in order to help to raise the art of dance to the same professional level as other kinds of art. In addition to Estonian groups, other groups from abroad participate in the final event of the festival.
[3, p. 36] 7 1.3 Necessity of a Global Language A language does not become a global language because of its intrinsic structural properties, or because of the size of its vocabulary, or because it has been a vehicle of a great literature in the past, or because it was once associated with a great culture or religion. These are all factors which can motivate someone to learn a language, of course, but none of them alone, or in combination, can ensure a language’s world spread. Indeed, such factors cannot even guarantee survival as a living language –as is clear from the case of Latin, learned today as a classical language by only a scholarly and religious few. Correspondingly, inconvenient structural properties (such as awkward spelling in English) do not stop a language achieving international status either. [1, p. 9]

facts and to look for extra information about Britain and even about other country symbols. 34 Motivation is perhaps one of the most important elements in this situation. It goes without saying that cultural competence can lead to respect towards different cultures and it is important to stimulate students’ intellectual curiosity about the target culture. I hope my research might motivate students of Ahtme gymnasium to know more about British history and culture. 35 BIBLIOGRAPHY Brown, S. (1994). Otherness and the actor-network: the undiscovered. and can fail to alter the way in which doctors practise medicine and collaborate with other health care professionals (Burns and Pauly, 2002), which also requires underpinning clinical and normative changes in teamwork and care delivery. ·Integrative processes can have unintended effects. For instance, whilst targeted financial incentives can provide a valuable means of changing clinician behaviour, they can also increase bureaucracy, motivate unintended behaviours such as gaming or cherry-picking (Oxman and others, 2008), and potentially counteract the development of shared values and working practices (Rosen and others, 2011). 10 What is integrated care? Consideration needs to be given to the pace of change required when employing one or more integrative processes. There are fundamental ingredients of integration, including:

Since it is only four persons, the sample purpose was not to give whole knowledge, but rather to help to interpret and make connections with theoretic aspect of the topic. The reason to do my research based on personal interest in this field profound by the body and its thinking patterns. Present seminar could give some answers or increase sense of mission and motivate those concerned by topic. Especially those who have had setbacks. The hypotheseses of the work were: dance as menthal pathway can be the foundation of natural birth-related body; injuries have their pros for the profession. I can say that hypotheseses have their ground. From the physical perspective the efficiency factor of injuries is ofcourse small barely any of the injured individuals is happy about deformed bodies nor aggravations. One

I soon extended this strat- egy to husbands and couples, using only the names of males when presenting to males and only the names of couples when presenting to couples. During the next (and last) 20 weeks of my sales career, I averaged $1209.15. The reason my sales dropped off a bit toward the end was that I was making so much money, I found it difficult to motivate myself to go out and work very hard. A word of qualification is in order. There is no doubt that I was learning other things all the time that helped improve my sales. However, having expe- rienced the speed of these changes firsthand, there is no doubt in my mind that no other single factor came close to "social proof from similar others" as the #1 reason for my 119.67% improvement. Would-be Mentors should remember that in the original Collodi story Pinocchio squashed the cricket to shut him up. MOTIVATION Another important function of the M e n t o r archetype is to motivate the hero, and help her overcome fear. Sometimes the gift alone is sufficient reassurance and motivation. In other cases the M e n t o r shows the hero something or arranges things to motivate her to take action and commit to the adventure. 42 MENTOR The Mentor may act as a conscience for the Hero.
have meanings; according to him there is no such thing as sentence meaning. Quine also attacked the formerly widespread view that some sentences are "analytic" in the sense of being true by definition or solely in virtue of the meanings of their component terms. The theory and its motivation The Verification Theory of meaning, which flourished in the 1930s and 1940s, was a highly political theory of meaning. It was motivated by, and reciprocally helped to motivate, a growing empiricism and scientism in philosophy and in other disciplines. In particular, it was the engine that drove the philosophi- cal movement of logical positivism, which was correctly perceived by moral philosophers, poets, theologians, and many others as directly attacking the foundations of their respective enterprises. Unlike most philosophical theo- ries, it also had numerous powerful effects on the actual practice of science, both very good effects and very bad
