Fitness and health among the young people
Introductions
The aim of the report is to find the reasons , why young people not doing enough sport or getting enough exercises and makes some suggestions to ways of tackling this problem. I interviewed my mother and some friends to find out their views.
Building more training halls
My friends thought that this was a good idea , saying training halls are useful for:

• Doing workout with friends
  
• Opportunity trainings with coach teaching
  
• Improving health and figure
  

On the other hand , my mother said that this is not very good idea. Young people need motivate by some older or smarter people.
Motivate young people and explain their passivity reasons

My mother preferred this opportunity to explain young people passivity reasons. She thought that the main reasons are:

For nowadays young people is the most important computer and internet . Life without those things are impossible. It is hard to give up them .

They just do not know , how bad are they health and whatever may happen without training. As a result of passivity are terrible.

Young people want eat only fast wood and in they opinion sport is pointless.
