family, when we stayed recently at your hotel. I already completed the Feedback Form but I would like to add some more points. Firstly, when we arrived, we were told that the bungalow we had booked was not available ad we were offered instead accommodation in rooms, which we did not want. The room service was extremely slow. On first day, I had to wait a cup of coffe for one hour. Also, there was promsed a TV in the room, but it was out of order. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the recreational facilities either. Altough there were two tennis court, we did not get a change to play because they were booked up most of the time. In the end, our evening entertainment conisted of sitting in the bar all night as the only choice was an extremely noisy disco. Besides, the drinks in the bar are way too expensive. I hope you appreciate mu dissapointment and will consequently do something to improve the service of your hotel.

Firstly, when we got on the plane, the seats were so cramped that it was impossible to sit on them (although we were promised to travel in style and comfort) and the air stewards didn't even greet us. They sat in the corner and yawned. In addition to previous none of us didn't dare to use the toilets ­ toilets were filthy. We were told that during the flight it's possible to read free newspaper and enjoy feature film. At first there were no newspaper and secondly we could see only children's cartoon. Even though there were no children on the flight. Regrettably we were not happy with the ,,full meal with wine". We were offered only cold snacks. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my annoyance at the supreme quality of service that was promised but never delivered. I am talking about the intensive 4-wekk language course provided by you, International Language Centre. First things first ­ the "highly qualified staff" had a terrible sense of time and always arrived late. Not to mention their insufficient language level, which I found quite displeasing. In addition to that, the provided free course materials were in reality just old and used textbooks and the desks were just way too small to work on, and the classes had no heating, which were quite cold in the mornings. Also you advertised small study groups, but the fact that there were over a dozen people in class determined that it was a lie. First of all, I stayed at a small room with noisy guests in the next room. Although, I had been told that I would be staying at a large private room far away from other guests. Secondly, you claimed that at the camp were 30 students, but actually there were only 15 of us, maybe even less. The final point I want to make concerns accommodation.
