Dear Sir, My name is ... I am writing this letter following my stay at your hotel, Hotel Titanic. I stayed in room 603 from September 3rd to September 10th. I am wiriting becouse of the poor level of service and overall an unpleasant experience. When I first got to the hotel, I had to wait for 15 minutes in the reception before a young woman came, and helped us book in. Throughout my stay I was served mediocre food.
