Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the Beautiful China Figure I ordered from your company. I believe your advertisement was misleading in a number of ways. Firstly, it was said to be delivered within ten days but when I received the package, three weeks had already passed. Also, my friend's birthday had passed, it was supposed to be a gift for him. I had to buy a new gift for him and now I do not have anything to do with this figure. Secondly, the figure was cracked and it did not look like the one on the advertisement. The engraved message I chose was also wrong and misspelled. The plaque surface where the message was engraved was scratched and silver but it should have been golden, like it was written in the advertisement. Thirdly, it was mentioned that each figure comes on a wooden stand but mine was on a plastic stand and I noticed some trace of glue, this seemed quite careless. Furthermore, it was wrapped up very carelessly and there were many little pieces in the box. They

Dear Sir, I am writing to you to complain about the china figure I ordered from you three weeks ago. I must regretly announce, that your advertisement was wrong in many ways. Firstly, the figure which I ordered was told to be delivered within ten days. But I received it after three weeks and due to that, I could not hand it to my friend in time. Furthermore, there was a crack on one side of the figure; so as a consequence, it also did not look the same anymore because of it. And the gold plaque, where you engraved my message was completely wrong. That is why I could not gift it to my friend after all. As you can imagine already, I am quite disappointed about your company. I also feel that I have certain rights to receive a refund in addition to an apology from your company manager.
