If these aspects are not fulfilled; it is not a good society. In my opinion, good society is not the thing what suits for everybody, because if you will not agree with good society standards, you really are not the person who would be advantageous for this kind of society. Person who is not accepting these standards is communist and only fits in to the dictatorship supportive countries.
