Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. It is also important what we get enough sleep
Topic Health Introduction Good health is very important for us. We should do everything we can to stay healthy. Being in good health means having our body and mind in good working order, free from disease and pain. Ways of keeping health There are many ways for keeping health. To stay healthy we should eat right foot, dress comfortably, spend much time in fresh air, have enough rest, keep ourselves clean and have regular checkups with the doctor and the dentist. A big part of prevention of diseseases is sporting. Poeple need to have phsical exercise. If they can not have it, they will get stressed and they will be infected with dieseases much easier. For example it would be good to run every day for some time. That way one probably will not become fat, he or she will get fresh air and rest from daily problems. There are many other health-sports also. Many people go swimming

why young people today are healthier than ever before Neath the modern men there is a opinion, that a sane mine and a healthy spirit in one boddy is human health. Lately attention is given to weight, especially by the younger females. At a verry early age people think that what thinner they are, the more beautyful and healtyer they are. They count calories, what they eat, do a lot of sports. Ofcourse there are some who tend to overstrain themselves, but mostly they do it within reason. We can find propacandas everywhere that want us to eat healthyer and hold our health. Lets start from smoking and drinking alcohol. Alcohol and tobaco shorten our lifetime crasually. Tobacco smoke is bad for our lung and alcohol is bad for our liver. Thats why all unhealthy products have a warning sign , tu make people more sane.

English people say that children grow up more quickly now. Relationships within the British family are different now. Children have more freedom to make their own decisions. For example, children aged 13 may be employed part time in Great Britain. Age 15 is legally a "young person" not a "child". Age 16 is a school leaving age. They can leave home, drive a moped, marry with "parents' consent" buy beer. Age 17 can drive a car. Age 18 can vote, get married, drink in pubs. Education is a very important part in the life of British youth. One can't become an independent person without it. When time comes to enter a college a young Englishman chooses one far away from home. It is a necessary part of becoming adult. During the last 30 years there were a lot of different trends in youth movements. All of them were characterized by their own philosophy, way of life, style of dressing. Each

natural resources by our colonial masters accorded us would be things of history. That is more than forty years ago. Unfortunately, the promise of independence has not been fulfilled. Today, Africa has become more desolate; there is more starvation, diseases and non-provision of essential services than when we got our independence. There are all kinds of wars in Africa than the rest of world put together. The majority of so-called Africans leaders want to stay in power until the day their bodies are put in the grave. Through buffoonery, utter mismanagement and downright stealing of the wealth of the masses, these leaders have so impoverished Africa that we are now nothing but a beggar continent. We beg for everything; we are more dependent on our colonial masters than when we received our independence from them. Africa owes the West more money than we and our generations to come can pay.
Education I went to school when I was 7 years old. Gruaduated Gümnaasiumi 9th grade. Then I went to ***** ***** Gümnaasium'isse, for one year, and I diden't like it there so I left. And I decided to go to Tallinna Industrial Educational Center(THK). The reason why I chose THK was becouse I like the speciality. When we talk about Estonians Educatinoal System, then I think that it could be better, becouse I don't like it. First of all, everyone dosen't have the opertunity and the money for a full lengh enducation. Global Problems I don't notice nature changes much. But what I have noticed is that there are a lot of cars that produce CO2 what are not good for nature. What troubles me is the over population. What it means is that more people born, and less die. The biggest risk is that there are not enough jobs and food. Most people don't care about the future of our planet. People should recycle( taaskasutama) everything. And shouldn't throw trash on the floor/streets.

Bring out some facts about the Estonian Green Party. PLASTIC POLLUTION As the world’s population continues to grow, so does the amount of garbage that people produce. On-the-go lifestyles require easily disposable products, such as soda cans or bottles of water, but the accumulation of these products has led to increasing amounts of plastic pollution around the world. As plastic is composed of major toxic pollutants, it has the potential to cause great harm to the environment in the form of air, water and land pollution. If overfishing continues, if pollution continues, many of the species of today will disappear off.

There is never such thing as “I can’t move on, I am hurt, I am feeling depressed”, there just isn’t. Motivation isn’t something what just comes by a random chance. It is something what needs to be understood and observed with feelings and emotions. Motivation comes from the past incidents what I have had and have been through with. I know what I have been thorugh with and how hard the times can get in life but then I can’t just give up my life, I can’t surrender my body to drugs or alcohol in order to forget or ignore the problems. I have to have another view to life. A view that is full of positive energy, good vibes, happy feelings and fantastic emotions. But in order to get the feelings what I want, I need to start moving my ass around the world. I need to see that there are more things than just problems. when I finally have seen that there can be a life to enjoy then I start to deal with my problems and I won’t surrender before I get my happiness.
P.E in my life P.E is very important for all of us. It keeps us healthy and physically fit. I think that every person should do some sports to stay physically fit. If you do sport, you can run about 3 km without getting exhausted. If you don't to any sport, you get tired very quickly and gain a lot of weight. I think that to stay healthy, physically fit and feel good for itself every person should do some sport every day. After you do sport, you have a good feeling and you're happy that you did that. Do whatever - run, walk, play ball games, throw a ball and you do it yourself to feel better. There are P.E lessons in every school. That is good, because some people do not work out, outside the school and so they do at least some movement. In school we have two P.E lessons a week and that isn't enough compared with the 2-4 hours a day that students spend on the internet or watching TV. In our P
Money in our everyday life Money plays a quite important role in our everyday life First of all, nowadays mostly everything circles around money and how much people can afford things. Secondly, every adult has to work so they could get the paycheck at the end of the month they need to pay the bills, buy food and to pay for any other expences. On the other hand, money is not the only thing in the world and money does not give you everything. You can't buy a family and friends. In conclusion, even if people work every day in order to pay for their expences, money is not the only thing in
4. Bibliography ……..…………………………………………………………………………… 19 5. Appendix ………..……………………………………………………………………………. 23 Introduction: Plant based diets and heart disease prevention Over the centuries cardiovascular diseases have become the leading cause of death worldwide and researches have found that different diets have a different effect on the progression of cardiovascular diseases, mainly coronary artery disease. For that reason, and many others, more and more people have started changing their diets into more plant based ones. To find out whether this change is worth making, from a medical point of view, I’m going to investigate this topic in order to answer my research question: To what extent does a plant based diet lower the risk of coronary artery disease?
You should not eat junk food. You need to get all the necessary vitamins. It is necessary to eat local food, because it has no preservatives. In fact, there are many young people, who are smoking. Smoking is very unhealthy for everyone. Smoking damages our health. Acctually non-smokers life is much longer, than people who smoke, because smokers can get lung cancer, which usually means death. For example, of course many people are drinking a lot too. By my side, I think drinking is not so bad, but you need to border mind. Young people consume too much alcohol what is very bad to their healt. However, very important thing is doing sports. Sport helps to be in the form. Thanks to sport activities we can move and this is very important to your body. You should be an active. Finally, we need to rest a lot and sleep. Sleeping helps our body to rest. If we do not sleep, then our body is very tied
with concentration, or just feeling awful. These symptoms are relieved by the next cigarette. Most smokers need to smoke regularly to feel normal and to prevent nicotine withdrawal symptoms. So once you start smoking it is very hard to quit. But why is smoking so harmful? Cigarettes have tar in them which contains many chemicals. These deposit in the lungs and can get into the blood vessels and are carried to other parts of the body. Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including over 50 known carcinogens (causes of cancer) and other poisons. In addition to different kinds of cancer (mouth, nose, throat, larynx, gullet, pancreas, bladder, cervix, blood, and kidney) it also may cause heart diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, fasten your ageing and have impact on your fertility. There are also other conditions where smoking often causes worse symptoms. For example: asthma, flu, chest infections,
It takes so much time and energy, just to get a glass water or in the Africans case, a filled 90’s plastic bottle filled with soggy liquid, that does not deserve the title “water”. In these countries people dream about water, children dream about water, it should not be child’s dream, to get just enough water so that her throat wouldn’t dry. More than a 780 million people (that is 10,9% of the world’s population) do not have access to clean drinking water and estimated 400 million of these are children. Every day people are trying to survive and hoping to see tomorrow, hoping that they wouldn’t die in dehydration. Because of the fast growing population in the world the competition for water is bigger every day and more than 3.4 million people die each year from a water related diseases, that is almost the entire city of Los Angeles. Though you may think that water is very common on our planet, but most of it is
has been looking for an easy way to live forever. And even if they realized, that it is impossible, they started searching for ways to live longer. Finally they realized, that the only ones shortening our life are ourselves. We do it to ourselves. That's why everybody started living healthy. But is living a healthy life an easy way of living? In my point of view a healthy lifestyle is only healthy, when one does it in the right amount. You can do more damage to your body if you don't do it correctly. For example you can start working out. Start running, Go to gym etc. But if you start a green tea diet at the same time, then there is a high chance that you are going to spend your life in a hospital rather than leading a healthy one. I believe that living healthy doesn't mean that you only eat vegetables and fruit and drink herbal tea. I believe that it means, that you eat vegetables with meat, chicken and fish
Healthy life A Healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people`s health and will being. If you want to live healthy life, then eat healthy food. In my opinion begins all still eating because food is our body`s fuel. If the fuel is of good quality, remains in the body mostly "working" or healthy. Drink enough water, walking in the fresh air every day. Get enough sleep, a good night`s sleep gives your brain a brilliant boost, it improves your memory and ability to focus. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for me and I always trying to go to sleep before midnight. Of course it easy for me, because I go to school and I don`t have kids, but I believe, however, that most people really could more sleep, when they plan their day better organized.

(I have an appointment.) Children have to go to school until they are 16. (A law) Mum says you have to tidy your room before you go out. (Mother’s order!) Must and have to are sometimes interchangeable: I must be home by midnight. I have to be home by midnight. Have to is used more often than must. If you are unsure which to use, it is probably safer to use have to. • NB! The negatives mustn’t and don’t have to are completely different. Mustn’t means be forbidden. Don’t have to expresses the absence of obligation. You mustn’t steal other people’s things. It’s wrong. You mustn’t drive if you’ve been drinking. You could kill someone! In England you don’t have to take your shoes off when you enter somebody’s home. When you go into a shop, you don’t have to buy anything. You can just look.

But Kate Hilpern discovers that plenty of help is at hand Some of the jobs that career changers are most keen to break into PR and teaching, among them are the very same jobs that people are queuing to get out of, says John Lees, author of How to Get a Job You'll Love and Take Control of Your Career. Many of us get to the point, whether in our twenties, thirties, forties or fifties where we decide to change careers. Some of us will make radical changes, while others will move to the edge of their comfort zone, perhaps shifting from acupuncturist to homeopath or PR office to journalist. But the key to making the right decision, says Lees, is to bring your dream back down to life with a hard thump. "I always say to people, 'Find out what you will actually be doing in the job of your dreams. What does the nitty-gritty day-to- day work involve?'" Conversely, he says, people should not be put off by their dreams. "If you did a straw poll
FOOD FOR SPORT Eating right can help energize your workout. What is the best thing to eat before exercising for energy and endurance? You need quality carbs, lean protein, heart-healthy fats, and fluids. Your muscles rely on carbohydrate foods like breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fruits, and vegetables for quick energy. You need protein for your muscles and for your blood cells, which bring nutrients and oxygen to your muscles. You also need fluids, or your body will have a hard time performing at its best. Is there an ideal meal to eat before exercise? There's no one meal that you need to eat before working out. Instead, focus on these 5 things: Low fat Moderate in carbs and protein Low fiber Includes fluids Made up of familiar foods that you tolerate well A grilled chicken sandwich or a slice of cheese pizza might fit the pregame meal description, but stay clear of the fried food (including french fries), greasy burgers, and soft drinks.
ManOS Overview Everything below is rooted in my core value of creating selfesteem. My actions today focus on work, girls, travel & having fun. Silicon Valley Could you reproduce Silicon Valley elsewhere, or is there something unique about it? It wouldn't be surprising if it were hard to reproduce in other countries, because you couldn't reproduce it in most of the US either. What does it take to make a silicon valley even here? What it takes is the right people. If you could get the right ten thousand people to move from Silicon Valley to Buffalo, Buffalo would become Silicon Valley. That's a striking departure from the past. Up till a couple decades ago, geography was destiny for cities. All great cities were located on waterways, because cities made money by trade, and water was the only economical way to ship. Now you could make a great city anywhere, if you could get the right people to move there
How to live healthy Good health isn't just about healthy eating and exercise it also includes being positive, confident and a healthy lifestyle. If you want to live healthy, you should drink a lot of water. Water is needed to carry out our body functions, remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Men should drink about 3 liters water a day, for women it's about 2 liters. Also, you should have enough sleep. If you are tired you eat more. Sleep is a key to a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight and mind. People who do regular activity have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Choose walking over transport for close distances and climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. When you enjoy the sports, you'll naturally want to do them
Body language Body language means communication with the movement or position of the human body. It can be conscious or unconscious. It is something that is noticed by everybody but is not always given enough attention. We sometimes ignore it and try to hide behind words, but we should never forget that we cannot fool everyone! Children react to body language because they experience the world through intuition. The same can be true for adults when feelings are involved. People who are in bad shape emotionally will often place great importance in it. In fact, they often pick up the smallest hint of a lapse in attention in the person they are speaking to. And they frequently jump to the conclusion that they are boring or a nuisance - thus compounding any sense of depression or poor self-esteem.
SCHOOL IS COOL ! The pressure for teens nowadays is unprecedented. Especialy for those who have exams, musicschool or training. Sudenly we find ourselves asking why? why so much pressure, what`s the whole point ? Too many responsibilities are very frustrating. Even some rainy day could make us sad ! It`s easy to study in winter, because nothing is calling us out. In spring only thought is what will i do after school? Weather is warm again and sun can be very foxy! Another disturbing factor is " annoying classmates"
Drugs are chemicals that change the way a person's body works. You've probably heard that drugs are bad for you, but what does that mean and why are they bad? Medicines Are Legal Drugs If you've ever been sick and had to take medicine, you already know about one kind of drugs. Medicines are legal drugs, meaning doctors are allowed to prescribe them for patients, stores can sell them, and people are allowed to buy them. But it's not legal, or safe, for people to use these medicines any way they want. Cigarettes and Alcohol
