Arts related entertainment should be free It is quite an arguable question. Should arts related entertainment be free on not? There are some things why it should be free and some reasons why it cannot be free. On the one hand, a lot of people think that art especially art galleries and exhibitions are boring and actually do not know anything about it. They think that it is pointless to pay for something boring, so if art exhibitions would be free, more people would visit them and learn to evaluate art. Also art educates people and enlarges their knowledge. But on the other hand, keeping and taking care of exhibitons have so many expenses like hiring skilled staff or paying electricity bills that it is impossible not to pay for visiting art galleries. In addition to that being a artist is a job like every another one too and needs to be paid.

In September, 1991 the Kadriorg Palace was closed, because it had totally deteriorated by then. At the end of the year the Supreme Council of the Republic of Estonia decided to guarantee the construction of a new building for the Art Museum of Estonia in Kadriorg. Untill then the Knighthood House at Toompea Hill served as the temporary main building of the Art Museum of Estonia. The exhibition there was opened on April 1, 1993. Art Museum of Estonia premanently closed down the exhibitions in that building in October 2005. At the end of the 1970s, in the 1980s the first branches of the Art Museum of Estonia were founded. Starting from the 1995 all the branches offer different educational programmes for children and young people. In 1996 the exhibition hall on the first floor of Rotermann Salt Storage was opened, this branch was closed in May 2005. Where would you prefer to live and why? I would prefer to live in a big city instead of a village or a small town. For example Tallinn, London, New York or Paris. To start with, I would like to live in a big city because of its advantages. Big cities usually have more opportunities to spend your day and night. There are cinemas, coffee shops, theatres, shopping centres, libraries and night clubs. Although you need money to attend different exhibitions and shows big city also offers you free activities. Secondly, there are lots of banks, company offices and factories where people can work. That is the second reason I think big city life is better than a life in a small village. Last but not least, people usually think that they would not like to live in a big city because there are too many people there and they would feel suffocated. But there are areas outside the centre of the town where people live.

Kuressaare Reginal Training Centre is one of only two schools in Estonia, where elementary school graduates can come to acquire the artistic development of the specialty. Soov saada rohkem kulda-hõbedat, orje ja uusi maavaldusi oli see, mis sundis viikingeid tõstma purjed ning lahkuma oma kodudest tänapäeva Norras, Taanis ja Rootsis. Nende ootamatud ja julmad rüüsteretked olid legendaarsed; kristlikud mungad kirjeldasid õudusega rikaste kloostrite ja linnade rüüstamisi ning hävingut. various festivals. Some well-known theater directors (Andrey Tarkovsky, Roman Viktjuk, Juriy Sillart, Lembit Ulfsack and others) worked on a stage of Russian theatre. The theatre puts about 8-10 premieres per year. A building of theatre is located in the center of Tallinn. F.Skuinsh constructed it in 1926 first as the cinema. And up to now it keeps magnificent glamour of an interior. In one of theatre halls takes place the art gallery, which carries exhibitions of Russian and Estonian artist. Performances of famous collectives from Russia and other countries often took place in building of theater. The auditorium (an orchestra and a balcony) is designed for 661 places. The mirror foyer is also used as a hall for creative meetings, presentations (about 70 places). In Pink foyer on the second floor the cozy theatrical bar is located. During performances it serves spectators.

THE PRE-RAPHAELITES The PRB was formed in 1848 in London and it was an association of painters, poets, critics, sculptors. It was founded by three Royal Academy students who wanted to brake free from the academic art and return to the moral and descriptive truthfulness that they felt was gone from art. (The Royal Academy of Arts is and institution with a purpose to promote the creation, enjoyment and appreciation of the visual arts through exhibitions, education and debate.). The founders were William Hunt, John Millais, Dante Rossetti. Because of the fact that they were all students they were also very young- the oldest one, Hunt, was 21. They were soon joined by William Rossetti(critic), James Collison(painter), Frederic Stephens (critic), Thomas Woolner(sculptor). It's used mainly for concerts or for entertaining visiting kings or presidents. In July and August it's open to visitors as a museum.
