Street Art

high art pieces. Journalist Max Foster has referred to the rising prices of graffiti as street art as "the Banksy effect." Banksy's identity remains unknown, despite intense speculation. (A&E Television Networks, Banksy Biography.com 2014, [https://www.biography.com/people/banksy-20883111] 20.12.17) In my opinion, Banksy is one of the brightest graffiti artists of our time, who keeps his identity in secret. I believe that graffiti is one of the most honest arts. It does not have either elitism or swindle, paintings are exhibited on the best walls of the city, and the price of entry does not scare anyone. The wall has always been the best place for the presentation of the work. People who rule our cities do not understand graffiti, because they are convinced that the only right to exist is that which benefits. That is why their opinion is worthless. Banksy work is very simple and intelligible, they always have humor (irony at least) and there is

Introduction The human body is just like a machine with many parts. Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. It is also important what we get enough sleep. The number of hours we sleep we need depend on our age. Young babies sleep for 20-22 hours each day, whereas older people often need only 6-7 hours. 2

TRAVELLING tööleht

The area of the island and the surrounding sea with some islets form a national park. Thousands of sea birds stop there and it hosts a lot of seals. The nature of Vilsandi is really rich – more than 30 species of orchids, juniper bushes and fossiled corals can be found there. The most fun part though is that often in the summer you can walk there through the sea from Saaremaa. 3. Which Estonian dishes should be introduced to foreigners? I think the most important part is the black bread. A lot of Estonian dishes can be a bit bland, so I’d personally recommend the snacks (like small pies or sprat sandwich) and sweets (like kohuke or kama). 4. What souvenirs are popular in your country? It’s popular to get some knitted gloves or socks in the winter and something made out of linen in the summer

5. What speeds do modern computers have? 6. How many generations of digital computer are there? 7. What is the first generation processing unit? Television in Our life Television now plays an important role in our life. It is difficult to say if it is good or bad for us. It is clear, that television has advantages and disadvantages. But are there more advantages than disadvantages? In the first place, television is an entertainment. But it is not only a convenient entertainment. For a family of three, four or five, for example, it is more convenient and less expensive to sit comfortably at home than to go out to find entertainment in other places. They don't have to pay for expensive seats at the theatre or cinema. They turn on the TV-set and can watch interesting films, concerts, football matches. But some people think that it's bad to watch TV. Those who watch TV need do nothing. We are passive when we watch TV. Television shows us many interesting programmes.

Pay-for performance: necessary or unsuitable way to increase efficiency in the public sector

it is necessary, some like Ingraham (1993) are not that optimistic about it and draws attention on its negative effects. To tell weather pay-for performance is good or a bad “thing” we need to discuss positive influence and negative impact of it and weight the results. Next discussion based on different scholars articles (Mogultay 2006, Hays 2010, Weibel et al. 2009) helps us to to that. What pay-for performance aims to do, is that it should boost public sector performance, as it does in private sector. The aim is to affect and motivate civil servants in a way, that they make “better” decisions. Pay-for performance supporters believe that this kind of motivation makes civil servants to make more quality work. This kind of external motivation produces competition and this puts servants in a position- when they want this extra income they need to work harder, better and be the best.

On the other hand, money is not the only thing in the world and money does not give you everything. You can't buy a family and friends. In conclusion, even if people work every day in order to pay for their expences, money is not the only thing in the world that makes people happy and satisfied with their life Advertising on TV Advertising on TV is a very popular way that companies use to advertise their products.
