the country´s workforce is employed in transportation. The thing I am the most proud of is the information technology and telecommunication field. I could not imagine my life without such a good internet connection as it is in Estonia; it is one thing I use absolutely every day. I read e-mail, newspapers; use bank services and so on. I find it being impossible to not mention the voting opportunity through the internet in fact 140 00 voters (24, 3% of actual voters) used online voting when the election of 2011 took place. This is impressive. For an entrepreneur it is also a very best place to start, we have skilled and hardworking workforce, Estonia actually encourage entrepreneurship skills and it only takes 20 minutes to get your company registered legally. Our IT-friendly atmosphere is also an advantage. Being a student of economics has affected me by inverting my overlook on money and developed my economical thoughts about life

harm individual initiative. For that reason, Americans tend to think of the Republican party as more conservative. There are other, smaller parties in the United States besides the two major parties. None of these smaller parties, however, has enough popular support to win a presidential election. Americans do not have to join a political party in order to vote or to be a candidate for a public office. Whether or not they belong to a party, voters may cast ballots for any candidate they wish. Everyone votes in secret, and no one can know how another votes or force another person to vote for any particular program or candidate.

I find that Estonian schools should pay more attention to teaching our children current state in our political landscape. Kids, who go to school, are our future and soon-to-be full- right voters in national elections. society were allowed to take part in the democratic process, these were male landowners and men who could afford to rent property over a certain rateable value. During the 18th century, the House of Commons did not come close to representing the actual distribution of the population and wealth across the country. The system was synonymous with corruption and bribery and according to Thompson (1963, pp. 888 - 901) the "rotten boroughs" such as Gatton in Surrey had only seven voters and returned two members of parliament. The franchise was only available to an elite group, clearly illustrating that the majority were excluded and unable to give their consent to parliament process. To consider Locke's theory of limited government in a contemporary setting, it can be definitely accepted that there is a larger electorate within the United Kingdom, for example. At the same time it can be argued that there is little to differentiate

A public good is a very special class of goods, which cannot practically be withheld from one individual consumer without withholding them from all. In other words, a public good is given to everyone. The free riders like public goods because they are easy to get to and there are tons of them. Therefore, the dominant party must give up its former positions and re-locate itself to appeal to the widest possible area of voters. United Russia has successfully followed these prescriptions. It was part of the British Commonwealth, and a dominion of the UK, with which it shared a monarchy. Before this, all of Ireland was a part of the UK. In 1937, Irish voters backed a plebiscite which voided the Anglo-Irish Agreement (which created the Irish Free State), changed the country's name to Ireland, and set in motion the formal transition of Ireland into a fully sovereign republic. Estonia until the convening of the Constituent Assembly. This act declared, for the first time, the Estonians' right to determine their own fate. The first step towards real statehood was thus taken. The Bolsheviks then forcefully dissolved the Land Council and the leading Estonian politicians were compelled to go underground. At the early-1918 Constituent Assembly election, organised by the Bolsheviks, two-thirds of the voters supported the parties who stood for national statehood. The result being clearly the opposite to what the bolsheviks had expected, they immediately proclaimed the elections null and void. On 19 February, the Committee of Elders of the Land Council decided to proclaim Estonian independence. For that purpose, a Rescue Committee with special mandates was set up, involving Konstantin Päts, Jüri Vilms and Konstantin Konik.
