Fatal walk It was a warm and cloudless Friday evening in summer but Angelina didn't want to go to a party. She went for a walk at a park. She had a great evening and she enjoyed all this incredible nature in the park. Angelina was glad that she hadn't gone to party because she felt herself so relaxed. As I'm writing this letter, I'm X years old. My birthday is on Xth X, beginning of summer here. In Estonia we have four very different seasons: warm summers, wet autumns, cold winters and blooming springs. I live in town X. Currently I'm attending Keila School ninth grade, which is last one of elemantary education. After finishing the exchange year I'll do trials to Tallinn Real School to get my secondary education there. After that I would like to go to univercity, but I don't know to what sepciality jet. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Bodybalance is ideal for anyone and everyone. Now I will try to explain how Bodybalance training is going. A class is made up of 45 minutes of stretches, balances and toning exercises and is followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Usually this class is started with Tai Chi warm up. Next it would be yoga pose sun salutions. After it would be done balances pose including the tree pose which is good for strength building. Then, hip stretches followed. The purpose of doing that is to unlock the stiffness in the lower body. After that, it is pilates meant for the abdominals and lower back muscles. Some stretching exercises and the final track is a relaxing small meditation. Doing meditation you could clear the mind. WHY it works?

Liebe Helina, Mit meiner Familie bin ich für zwei Wochen nach Italien geflogen. Wir wohnen hier in San Marino in einem Hotel. Wir scwimmen und bräune jeden Tag. Das wetter ist so warm und das Wasser auch. Die Temperature ist 29 Grad. Kinder haben so Spaß hier. Wir haben auch natürlich. Im Hotel gibt es morgens, mittags, und abends ein luxuriös Buffet. ITALY Pizza When we think of Italian cuisine, the first thought that comes to mind is Pizza. Yes, Italian Pizza is renowned the world over. 1 tsp yeast (fresh or dried) 6 tbsp lukewarm water ½ tsp sugar 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup plain flour 1 tsp salt Mix together the yeast, water and sugar in a clean and dry bowl. If you are using dried yeast, sprinkle over the water and sugar solution and mix till dissolved. Leave this bowl in a warm place until a froth forms on the top. Then stir in the olive oil. In the meanwhile, sift together the flour and salt in a large bowl, mix these two dry ingredients well. Now, if your yeast mix is ready, make a well in the centre of the flour salt mix and pour the mixture in. Preferably with the hands, mix together and knead to make smooth dough. Remember to knead for at least five minutes, or until the dough is elastic and smooth to touch.
