How can we increase the quality of breathable air? “I’ll go out for a breath of fresh air” is an often-heard phrase. But how many of us realize that this has become irrelevant in today’s world? Air pollution is the addition of any harmful substances to the atmosphere, which causes the damaging of the environment, human health and the quality of life. Firstly, we should use green methods of powering like wind energy and landfill gas energy. This would reduce the amount of harmful gases. Another useful suggestion would be to plant trees. In this way we
It is also crucial to have a healthy diet and well-balanced meals. Caffeine and alcohol are most certainly not recommended, since they can trigger panic attacks and aggravate anxiety. It has also been said that daily exercise can help people feel happy and maintain their health. When feeling anxious, it is important to pay notice to our breathing. Breathing exercises can quickly reduce anxiety and are easy to learn and remember. One of the most famous ones is to take a breath for five seconds, hold, then breathe out slowly for about seven seconds and repeat it a few times. It is also important to not suffer alone and try to surround ourselves with people. Friends and family are the best support we can get to cope with anxiety.

The weather was getting worse and worse until there were an awful thunderstorm. The girl had nowhere to go, she was frightened and started crying. She heard something moving in the bushes which scared her even more. She tried to be quiet and see what was in the bushes but she didn't see anything. As soon as she took a deep breath, the wolf jumped out of the bushes. He sniffed around and then started to move towards the girl. She started screaming and the wolf started howling. Neither of them knew what to do until the girl tried to get closer to the wolf. She succeeded and finally became friends with the wolf. Later that day she took the wolf home with herself and fed him. Stress in the life of young people today Stress is a common problem in everyones life. However, it affects the young more than the adults. Young people are more easily influenced by it and often, can not cope with the pressure. The main reason why people are so stressed and overwhelmed all the time is the fast paced life we are all forced to lead. School, work and personal life often do not leave any time to take a breath and reload your batteries. Often, there is not an option to either study or work, because the youth want their independence and therefore have to earn their own money while still studying. Moreover, nowadays people are socially connected to each other everywhere they go. Social media, phones, the Internet help the youth to communicate with eachother whenever they want to, but it also takes a bit of a persons privacy away. There is a constant pressure to be
I sleep on the second level and sometimes I am truly scared for my life. It is not as sturdy as I would like it to be. The bottom step on the ladder is loose and I know that one night I am going to fall thanks to that. It has carvings, but they are all scribbles made by previous sleepers. The mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced. It is stained beyond sense. At least it has not fallen apart, yet. b) a place Lausanne is a city in Switzerland which took my breath away, literally. It is one of the most beautiful places I have seen and it is simply filled with history. I visited Lausanne in August 2012 and while it was raining in Estonia, it was scorching hot in Lausanne, about 30 degrees Celsius. Lausanne is located in the mountainous area of Switzerland and the whole city rests on hills. Walking in Lausanne in that heat was hard, hence the losing my breath part. It is also next to the Geneva Lake which is blue and clear. The most beautiful water

During the explosion, magma with rock fragments, flies into the air and then falls down. Magma, which have temperatures over 1200 degrees, may flow further than 40 km from the original disaster site. The lava destroys many building and plants also volcanic ash will harm humans when they breath it in. 2. The volcanic eruption of Mount Kelud on Java island blasted ash and debris 18 kilometers into the air. Eruption killed three people and forced 100,000 people to evacuate the area. Mount Kelud, what is 1,731 meter high, had been rumbling for several weeks and was under close observation. The disaster agency said that volcano had spewed millions of cubic meters of debris into the air. Breathing was painful, because ash hung so thickly in the air. 3

Whale There are 13 species of great whale and several species of smaller whales. Whales are large, intelligent, aquatic mammals. Whales have many features that we- other mammals have. Such as four-chambered heart, hair, they are warm- blooded. They are the only mammals, other than seacows , that live their entire life in the water, and the only mammals that have adapted to life in the open oceans. Whales are not fish, because they have lungs and they breath air with them. What is special about the whales is their size. They are enormous. Whales are about 29 m long, height is the 9 sotry building. Many whales exhibit behaviors such as breaching and tail slapping that expose large parts of their bodies to the air. These mammals communicate with one another using whale songs, which often sound very high-pitched to the human ear. These songs are unique and fascinating even may be scary. Whales are moving in pods

Submissive Polar bears always move downwind of dominant bears. Sight v A Polar bear's eyes are dark brown, set relatively close together, and look forward. v The eyesight of a Polar bear appears to be similar to humans. v Polar bears have a protective membrane over their eyes that may help shield the eyes from ultraviolet light. v Polar bears have excellent underwater vision as they can flatten their lens, very much like us wearing goggles. v They can hold their breath for two minutes and dive to depths of around 3 metres. Smell v They're such a unique animal. For instance, their sense of smell is acute, and it's the most important sense for detecting prey. v Polar bears have the ability to smell their prey more than 32 kilometres away, so when our Polar bears are looking for their food, you'll notice they point their nose to the sky to find the different scents. v

FORTIS CONSONANTS A fortis consonant is a “strong” consonant produced by increased tension in the vocal apparatus. These strong consonants tend to be long, voiceless, aspirated, and high. With fortis consonants, following thumb rules stay true: articulation with more muscular effort and greater breath force, voiceless in all positions, fortis plosives are aspirated in syllable-initial position, vowels are shortened before a fortis consonant. Example: voiceless [bb ] is "lenis", whereas [p] is "fortis". Lenis plosives have less intraoral pressure than fortis ones. The difference is easily noticed in the English pair "touched" vs. "judged" (said in isolation). The final consonants are pronounced without vocal fold vibration in both cases. But the
When we came to cottage, we noticed that house was dark, however, we ran into the house ... the parents were not there. We had a panic, but we decided to go up to the second floor .Going up the stairs I step on something,I raised it up, it was our mother's bloody finger. When I reached up,I noticed that my sister was missing. I was alone and I didn't know what to do. I went back to find my family. There was no one, until suddenly I felt something moving behind me. At the next moment I felt breath on my neck. He said that I should not worry about your sister because I killed her and your parents, and now it's you turn. Suddenly I found myself in bed sweaty, mom asking me if I would like to do breakfast.
plaatide lugude esitusi. Üks parimatest lugudest sellel kontserdil oli minu arust ,,Thick As A Brick".
song entered into every aspect of life from birth to work to keening for the dead. The musical activity of the ruling class centered around Dublin. It was European music and very important at banquets and ceremonial occasions. Bagpipes Bagpipes, while not quite as ancient as the harp, have been played in Ireland three or four hundred years longer. The bagpipe features a bladder made of leather that is inflated through a pipe by the breath of the musician. The inflated bag is held under the arm and pressed with the elbow to force air through several reeded pipes that are attached to the bag. The musician plays by alternately covering the various holes on one of the pipes, called the chanter, producing the melody. The remaining pipes are drones, each tuned to a single note, that provide a continuous background tone. Bagpipes were used mostly in armies to provide marching music. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9Vp3yy1Yzk
afraid that Dorian won't find his relationship with Basil intesting and exciting anymore. Basil fell in love with Dorian while painting his picture. Basil also treated him good, kept his self- esteem and spirit up by saying all the great things about him, of how good he looks and how much he as an artist likes him, etc. Everything that Dorian did later in his life selling his soul to the Devil in order to remain picturesquely and breath-takingly beautiful (Dorian wanted the picture to get older in time, not he himself.) was in my opinion actually a favour from Basil Hallward, because he was the one who told all those nice things to him. Basil even got jealous because of that he himself had created a Dorian Gray as such, who can actually live his life leaning on his devine beauty and knowing all about it. At first, Basil got jealous of lord Henry Wotton and after Dorian
glass on his failed marriage and his attempt at becoming a poet. His world is turned upside down by the arrival of Rita, a hairdresser who has decided to find herself by taking an Open University course. And then Rita crashes into Dr. Frank Bryant's life wanting an education, although she has no idea what it is that she's asking. Her brash sincerity earns the respect of the doctor who has previously resigned himself to a life of empty lectures and booze. Rita's character is a breath of fresh air for Bryant and he begins to care about someone, or something for that matter, for the first time since his wife left him. As each begins to wake up to life in their own way, the story comes to a close as an inspiring tale of self discovery and of the power choice that comes through education. In my opinion was Rita very freewheeling and acute oservations, and - let's be honest - by Rita herself, Frank also feels a deep sadness as he watches her warm impulsive reactions
conditions occur when we are older, it is necessary to start exercising at a young age to keep our hearts strong as we age. Cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, cycling, and aerobics are especially good for the heart, hence the name `cardiovascular'. These types of exercises help to maintain your blood pressure, reduce the bad cholesterol and increase the good cholesterol in your blood, reduce the risk of diabetes, and increase your endurance level so you don't easily run out of breath. Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are all conditions that the black individual is more susceptible to than most other races. Maintain a Healthy Weight: If you're on the internet reading this, you probably already know that exercise is vital to maintain a healthy weight. Any form of physical activity helps to burn calories stored in the body from the food we eat. In order to lose weight, we need to burn calories. However, exercise not only helps us lose weight, but
At first, Elizabeth insisted that the funeral must be private. Eventually she changed her mind and she agreed to bring Diana´s body back to England. In London, flowers were piled in front of Buckingham Palace. There was a sea of flower and wreaths. What I liked about the film was that the scenery was based on real-life. One of the most memorable scene was when the Queen Elizabeth talked about Diana in television. At that moment I held my breath because I was really thrilled about how she could handle this. When Elizabeth talked about Diana there were tears in her eyes. That showed that we are all only humans and we all have feelings- including the Queen. For me the first part of the film wasn´t interesting but despite that I liked the ending. Also I liked the atmosphere in UK when their princess had died. It was phenomenal to see that all the people in England kept together like one big family.

After the signal players are free to swim anywhere in the play area and try to score by maneuvring the puck into the opponents' goal. Players hold their breath as they dive to the bottom of the pool. Play continues until either a goal is scored, and players return to their wall to start a new point two halves, ten to fifteen minutes (15 min at world championship tournaments) , and a short half-time interval. At half time the two teams switch ends. bust-portrait of the university's first rector, G. Fr. Parrot, and a dedication text, was placed on the bridge's Toome Hill face (sculptor C. v. Wetter-Rosenthal). Toome Hill ´s larger bridge is the yellow and white, classical style. The name is thought to come from a linguistic twist - part of the hill is landscaped likean English garden and the words "English"(inglise) and Angel(ingel) are nearly the same in Estonian. Local tradition says that when crossing it, you should hold your breath and make a wish! The Devil's Bridge was built in 1913 in honour of the 300th jubilee of tsarist Russia's Romanov Dynasty, which is memorialized on the bridge by the dates 1613-1913. The bridge is dedicated to Emperor Alexander I, who signed the founding treaty for the tsarist university - the second official opening of Tartu University, and whose embossed relief decorates the bridge side facing Vallikraavi Street.

But make allowance for their doubting too; If you can wait and not be tired by waiting, Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies, If you can make one heap of all your winnings Or, being hated, don't give way to hating, And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss, And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise; And lose, and start again at your beginnings And never breath a word about your loss; If you can dream - and not make dreams your If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew master; To serve your turn long after they are gone, If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim; And so hold on when there is nothing in you If you can meet with triumph and disaster Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on"; And treat those two imposters just the same;
and I start just throwing ball through hoop. But actually basketball has dark side too. This game can be very dangerous. I have had a lot of very serious injuries. Twice I broke my leg and once hurt my hand so that I needed an emergency splint. I couldn't play basketball for months and meantime I swore to myself that I will never play this horroble game ever again. But I improved and next moment i was back to square, ready to run myself out of breath. Basketball can be unpleasant for some people. This can happen when person is very small, because basketball is kind of ,,tall people game". Basketball might become unpleasant when if anyone has received some very serious injuries, they can just start afraid playing basketball. Basketball develop me physically most of part, but it's a team game and it teaches to consider to others. Since I've been playing this for 13 years, may be believeable that

" Building began around 1632 and was completed around 1653, and employed thousands of artisans and craftsmen. The Persian architect, Ustad Ahmad Lahauri is generally considered to be the principal designer of the Taj Mahal. Origin and inspiration In 1631 the emperor during the Mughal empire's period of greatest prosperity, was griefstricken when his third wife died during the birth of their fourteenth child. In her dying breath, his wife urged him to build a mausoleum for her that the world has never seen before. Shah Jahan granted his wife's wish and the constructions started one year after her death with the principal mausoleum completed in 1648. The surrounding buildings and garden were finished five years later. Architecture The focus of the Taj Mahal is the white marble tomb, which stands on a square plinth consisting of a symmetrical building with an iwan, an arch-shaped doorway, topped by a large dome.
support to the believer and nature in romantic poetry is thought of as a creator and something capable of helping man find inner peace and emotional clarity, it is not difficult to connect the two. In various poems, nature is seen as something divine to turn to when in need of help, sometimes even referred to as God. It seems to have limitless powers over men, being able to put ideas into their heads and take their breath away and forget about all else by showing them unimaginably beautiful sceneries. Coleridge's "To Nature" is a good example to illustrate the way romantic authors saw nature as something divine and holy. /.../ So will I build my altar in the fields, And the blue sky my fretted dome shall be, And the sweet fragrance that the wild flower yields Shall be the incense I will yield to Thee, Thee only God ! and thou shalt not despise Even me, the priest of this poor sacrifice /.../
Finally there was light ahead, so the rider thanked the Queen and hurried towards an unexpected destination. He hoped it to be a village or even better a small city. But all his dreams broke when he suddenly heard this loud wild noise again. This time he didn`t run off, but still, he tried to stay in the bushes near the shadows of the trees. Carefully, like a small child discovering the world he moved towards the light. And what he saw took his breath away: there was a village, but it was all burning and the people were sleeping an eternal sleep everywhere he looked. Some of them were seriosly injured, but alive. So he dared to sneek closer and take a better look. One old man, who was still moving a bit, saw the soldier and waved sadly his hand. The youth climbed slowly over some dead bodies and sat near the injured person. "What happened?" he asked "Who are these terrifiing creatures?" The old man pointed one of his fingers to the north

The last picture that she took in her hands was again a photo of a little girl. The girl was on a grey bed and looked awfully pale. Only when the last tree is death, the last river dammed and the last field paved over will we realize we can´t eat money !! true friendship never ends ! if love is the answer , can you please repeat the question ? [ sorri , aga ma arvan , et igaüks saab nendest aru x) ] You don't marry someone you can live with - you marry the person who you cannot live without. If we get all we want.
test. Isn't that just fantastic? The classroom's air is going to filled with quiet sighs of furious students who'd already had seven tests during the week. They are begging for this surprise to be cancelled, but it will not happen miracles are left on fairy-tale's pages. Chapter two begins with an enthralling discussion topic social environment. Unit one includes such scheming studies as personal development, character and appearance, descriptions (Lotus Eater a breath-taking cover for a mystical story) and body idioms. The first one is getting really popular nowadays almost every newspaper has a page devoted to personal psychology only; the internet holds numberless collections of articles and other literary sources towards the topic. Unit two is something really special since it teaches us the parts of speech. Every person has to make an important speech at least once in their lifetime. It can be a congratulation to a dear
dependant on or possessive about another person a person, who they have nothing in common with and have really nothing to talk about, besides their feelings for each other and the fact that he might turn batsh#t and eat her any second. And she, instead of running at the door, or at least acknowledgning the irresponsibility for her own life, carries on marvelling over his bronze hair, marble skin, sweet breath, sculpted chest and every other part of his finely toned body, that is repeatedly described in purple prose. I do not hate ''Twilight'', nor do I disrespect the people who really like the book , I've just grown tired of the hype and cult surrounding the series, and therefore might get somewhat passionate about my list of reasons why ''Twilight'' shouldn't be considered ''th3 bEST book eva written!!!!11'', therefore I admit that, to me, the novel is a victim of bad publicity. brunette gushed thank-yous. To him. Not to me, of course, the one who'd actually helped. I talked over her. "May I have my badge, please?" He offered it back to me. Although I made an effort to retrieve it without touching him, his fingers brushed mine, sending that charge of awareness into me all over again. "Thank you," I muttered before skirting him and pushing out to the street through the revolving door. I paused on the sidewalk, gulping in a breath of New York air redolent with a million different things, some good and some toxic. There was a sleek black Bentley SUV in front of the building and I saw my reflection in the spotless limo tinted windows. I was flushed and my gray eyes were overly bright. I'd seen that look on my face before-in the bathroom mirror just before I went to bed with a man. It was my I'm-ready-to-fuck look and it had absolutely no business being on my face now. Christ. Get a grip.
The judge said: 'Sit up straight and take your coat off, or I'll hold you in contempt.' The man got his posture straightened out in no time when he realised that he risked being fined. Someone going to the dentist or waiting for a job interview might be seated on the edge of the chair with his or her feet together. If it's a woman she'll probably be hugging her handbag, or clutching a hanky. Body tension spreads to the respiratory system, forcing your breathing and making you sound short of breath. When you are in such a position it is easy to lose your head and simply run away if things take a turn for the worse. On television it's interesting to watch contestants in quiz shows like 'Who wants to be a millionaire'. You can detect their understandable tension from the way they hold their hands till their knuckles turn white and also from observing their quickened breathing. We do not believe that you can teach people to control their body language completely; they will

attention to the other sarcastic moment, which appears in the discrepancy of the title with its actual content. Few people dare to call a proposal "modest", when it means that helpless and innocent children will "contribute to the feeding, and partly to the clothing of many thousands" in order to improve the economic situation of Ireland as well as the standards of living (Swift, 53). These words "can take the reader's breath away, both by the calmness with which it is offered and by the devastatingly quiet logic with which its implications are explained" (Cunningham, Reich, 240-241). However, the fact that author speaks about infanticide and cannibalism with such ease, and without any sense of guilt tempts us to believe, that his offer is untrustworthy and insincere. Actually, an attempt to apply such an absurd proposal in practice was not originally considered by the author; it is more likely a hidden satire,
tõsta. Küsimustik tõestab ka kuidas suhtuvad Eesti mehed ise tantsu, tantsulisusse ja selle tähtsusesse iga mehe elus. Kõigil on eri arvamus tantsust, kuid paljud suurkujud usuvad samuti, et tants on väga oluline aspekt igapäeva elus. was the feel of the institution? I wondered nostalgically. Where were the chain-link fences, the metal detectors? I parked in front of the first building, which had a small sign over the door reading front office. No one else was parked there, so I was sure it was off limits, but I decided I would get directions inside instead of circling around in the rain like an idiot. I stepped unwillingly out of the toasty truck cab and walked down a little stone path lined with dark hedges. I took a deep breath before opening the door. Inside, it was brightly lit, and warmer than I'd hoped. The office was small; a little waiting area with padded folding chairs, orange-flecked commercial carpet, notices and awards cluttering the walls, a big clock ticking loudly. Plants grew everywhere in large plastic pots, as if there wasn't enough greenery outside. The room was cut in half by a long counter, cluttered with wire baskets full of papers and brightly colored flyers taped to its front
