3 March 2012 Dear Jane, How are you? I haven't heard from you in a while. I am writing to tell you about my recent health problem I had food poisoning. I got it when I visited Mexico. I ate something that probably caused it. I am not really sure what it was. I had to drink plenty of fluids and rest a lot. I was down with that poisioning for two days. On the third day I could finally turn back to my normal life and start eating again. That poisoning was very terrible. I felt extremely bad and mostly I was sad about ruining my vacation. We need to do something fast before our city doesn`t become deserted. Firstly, we have to create industrial park. It will help to reduce factories in the cities, where a lot of people live. Another solution is to start stricting the laws. If the laws be very strict, then less and less persons will be able to get a license for the new factory. Finally, we should renovate our factories. Modern plant emit less unhealthy gases. This would allow us to start a policy, which will help to clean our environment. In conclusion, there are many ways to make our cities a better place to live. Secondly I think nowadays it's normal that people take over some things in different cultures because we have globalization. For example people increasingly celebrate Halloween in Estonia. I believe because of things like that people say that British-American traditions are destroying. Finally I believe that British-American traditions are destroying when we let them to destroy our culture. But if we don't forget how valuable our culture is then it's alright.

first thing that I do when I get home is have lunch at 1 o'clock. I always wash the dishes and clean the kitchen. I have a shower. Next, I do my homework son, I watch TV in the afternoon and I meet my friend at 6 o'clock. This is my favorite part of the day. I sometimes walk my dog before dinner and I usually study for the next day. After that, I listen to the radio or I watch the news. Finally, I have dinner at 9 PM and I go to bed at midnight.
I like it, because it`s tasty and easy to make. Ingredients 500g Spaghetti 2 tsp oil 100g smoked baco 1 pc Onion 2 cloves of garlic 400g minced beef 500 g of tomato puree 1 tablespoon of oregano (dried) salt Black pepper 1 teaspoon sugar From 1 to 2 dl of bouillon AFTER 50 g (grated) Parmesan teaspoon Prepared Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped bacon, onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add the minced meat and continue frying for 5 minutes. Finally, extra tomato sauce, broth and oregano. Simmer over a low fire under the lid for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain and mix with the sauce. Serve with pasta, succulent sauce over-molded with grated Parmesan cheese.
