seats. When arriving to the plane, the flight attendants said they could do nothing about it. Although he was accompanied by his grandfather on the plane, my underaged, 14 year-old son had to endure the flight in the middle of strangers. How is possible that all the companions were separated from each other? They bought their tickets together, and furthermore – how can they separate a 14-year old from his guardian? As a parent, I was very nervous. As well as my travelling child. He felt uncomfortable the duration of the flight. He was afraid to fall asleep, uncomfortable asking the people next to him to go to go to the restroom, etc. I do not think my child or I will use this airline in the future. It caused stress and added expenses – time, phone calls, drive to the airport, etc. Luckily, 24 hours before coming back from Toronto we did an online check in (as recommended by LOT customer service) and everything went well.

School uniform

We dont have school uniform at our school. Good things about school uniform: 1. no bullying about dressing 2. 2. if you represent your school somewhere, olympics or something, its hounur, because you have the school uniform, that no otherschool have not. 3. When I wake up, then I don´t need to think what i wear today. Bad things about school uniform: 1. You get bored when you everyday wear same clothes. 2. The uniforms are so uncomfortable. 3. Uniforms make you feel contained like you're in jail or something. When my mother used to go to school, then she wear school uniform. She wear dark blue skirt and light blue shirt. Festiv shirt was white and everyone must wear scarf. When she finished school, school uniform would be no more.

Write about your past week Example: Last week I was very busy and had to do a number of things. I was even so busy that they called me three times each morning while I was having breakfast, and five times when I was trying to park my car. I had barely reached my office when I got another phone call. And so it continued for the rest of the week. By Friday morning I had been receiving hundreds of phone calls in the most inconvenient situations and at the most uncomfortable times. Thus, on Friday evening when I was driving home I gave a thought of the past working week, I had never had such a crazy week before. Good and bad points of being rich and famous

The reason for this may be the media, because all the media tells to us is how good and positive is the life of riches. Being rich may be truly wonderful. No need to worry about the money. We can buy everything what we desire and travel to exotic countries. on the other hand you cannot buy such a things like love and conscience However, eveything has also it's negative sides - same for the money. With all the fame and wealth comes also big attention - paparazzis and a lot more uncomfortable. As we gain more money, the more people wants to become our friends. Another bad side in being rich and famous is that famous people doesn't often have any private life - everybody wants to know everything about you and criticize you.

What is expected of a graduate of the 21st century

What is expected of a graduate of the 21st century and how does the university play a role in contributing to a succesful outcome? Kaisa Kamenik In Mike Nichols 1967 cult film „The Graduate“, Dustin Hoffman character Benjamin Braddock, who has just graduated from college, is facing basically same questions as posed in the title of this essay. Everyone is asking what is he going to do with his life now, but he is very uncomfortable aswering them and at that point he doesn’t care as well. Being a third year history student in University of Tartu, I am wondering over the same questions and find myself often thinking what is expected of me after graduating and how has university played a role in my development for almost three years now. When asked what is the main purpose of university, most people would say that it is preparing students for different proffessions, which would later be the driving force of the

Letter Of Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the poor service I received when I traveled with your Princess Lines cruise on the 10th-13th January. I went on the Carribbean cruise and I was completely dissatisfied. Firstly, your advertisement promises large deluxe cabins but they were actually quite small. I did not have room to move around in the cabin. Also the cabin was really dirty. It seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. What is more, I had to share my bathroom with other guests, which was really unpleasant and annoying. It surprised me because your advertisement said that you have private bathrooms. Furthermore, the food in the restaurant was horrible. It was cold and tasted awfully. I had to wait for two hours for the waitress to bring me my meal. It was really unpleasant and unlike the "5 star restaurant" you advertised. I am very disappointed indeed

The pros and cons of keeping fit

Keeping fit is a really common topic in the 21th century. People are obsessed with having the perfect body, so they could feel beautiful not only on the inside but outside too. Women tend to want a skinny model body, so they don't feel uncomfortable with their body when they are spending time on the beach during summer time. Unfortunalely, some people are obsessed with it and they tend to over exercise. To begin with, there are many advantages of being fit. Firstly, exercising is really good for health and it also gives more energy and makes less lazy. Secondly, exercising helps to stenght muscles and bones so you will have a strong and good-looking body. It helps to feel more self-confident and open to people

Also when you go living in a new country, there will be a foreign language. If you're not even familiar with the language, it's going to be very hard as well. In a foreign country there will be new food cultures as well as new clothing style and stores, sights, rules, laws. Getting familiar with them is a new experience, but it can be very hard and uncomfortable. The weather in your new country may be very bad in comparison with Estonia. All things considered, if you think moving to a new country and setting up your life there is going to be a very good experience, make sure to check you're theory before making you're decision and doing it.

School Uniforms

However, I think, that students should not wear uniforms. Wearing uniforms will make individuality dissapear and as a result we would have a group of students in grey or blue uniforms. We could not express ourselves by what we wear. The uniforms are also quite boring and not very inviting. School should be a happy place to be, but the dull colour makes you feel like you have come to prison. It may look nice and smart but it does not make stundents happy. Uniforms are quite often uncomfortable to wear, which makes them even worse. To sum up, I would say that stundents should not wear uniforms. Although, you can see that there are more good sides of wearing uniforms than bad ones, there is one thing you may not see. It is the fact, that uniforms benefit only the teachers. Teachers would have students dressed propely, everyone would be equal etc. But the students would we forced to wear uniforms against their will. School should be a happy place

Cinema is the most restricitve medium

restrictions of cinema as such – what these are, how do they affect the medium. For example time limit of the films, budget, how it affects writer and director, what kind of choices they have to make, and how the audience come into play. Personally, i don’t consider cinema as a restrictive medium. Cinema’s most restrictive feature is time. Filmmakers must fit very good shots edited into very good storyline into one and a half to three hour movie, usually. The reason being, we get uncomfortable sitting long period of time. If the movies would be longer, we would lose interest and start doing something else. We would simply get uncomfortable sitting on a chair and the whole cinema experience would become agony. Furthermore, producing films can be expensive, especially longer films. All human resources want to be paid an hour wage, renting and building sets cost money etc. So, in the long term, making longer films more than 3 hours is not that good idea

In the countryside living person is often may start to miss the different entertainment which in the city is every step of the way very easily accessible. Some rural areas may be even so far from the city, then that is often difficult to drive, thanks to the weather, as roads can be relatively bad and uncomfortable. It is far from the rescue when you need it and in places where there are no neighbors, who can stand guard over for you, when you are not at home, is often may happen the theft and devastation. Finally, I think that nowadays there are very few people who move from city to live in the country, but many of those who never switch their country-home to flat. there, usual shirts are fine enough. On the other hand, tight or low cut clothing is never appropriate there. When in Mexico, respect the locals' sense of time and traditions. The fact is, if you naturally speak very quickly or you have a forceful or sharp tone of voice, become aware of how you are coming across. Firstly, Mexicans are very warm and friendly, they make a lot of physical contact, like touching shoulders or holding another's arm. That might be uncomfortable for Estonians, but in Mexico, we have to respect their way of normal communication. Secondly, women should wear a blouse with pants or a skirt for casual, jeans are generally not appropriate. It is also important to remember, that standing with your hands on your hips suggests agressiveness for the locals and keeping your hand in the pocket is impolite. That seems normal to me, but you should avoid doing these things in Mexico.

All the summer there was of no want. And then began to arrive flocks of duck and geese. However, not all Native Americans were friendly. As a result, a wooden fence with watchtowers surrounded the homes that had been built and the gates in the fence were locked at night. By 1622 the Pilgrim Fathers had built a fort to protect themselves. It also served as a meeting place to discuss issues of government within the new colony. Over the next few years, as life for Puritans became more uncomfortable in England, more and more made the journey across the Atlantic. By 1630, their numbers were such that the Puritans were able to establish the Massachusetts Bay Company and establish Boston, which was to grow as a major port. Despite the privations of 1620, the Puritans founded colonies that thrived and their success depended on fishing, shipbuilding, trade and farming. Unfriendly natives were not the Pilgrims' only problem. December was a bad time to start a

When someone died, for example a granduncle, I didn't feel particularly sad, because as long as it wasn't anyone close to me, the death didn't influence my life in any way. Now a few weeks back my great-grandmother died, and even if I didn't know her and had only seen her a few times in my life, I flustered. The fact that someone I'm related to will never be here again, made me feel really scared and uncomfortable. What if it was someone really close to me? What will I do when that happens? How will I handle that? What if one day the most important person I have at that time disappears by my side? How is it even possible to handle that? Estonians are somewhat pragmatic and reserved, especially in the early stages of developing a business relationship. Estonians are not emotive speakers. If you are from a culture where hand gestures are robust, you may wish to moderate them to conform to local practices. Soft voices are the norm. If you have a booming voice, you may wish to moderate it when conducting business with Estonians. Estonians do not always respond to what has been said, especially if they are uncomfortable with the subject or if they need more time to organize their thoughts. Although they are direct communicators, Estonians temper their directness in order to protect the feelings of all concerned. They are slow to pay compliments and may become suspicious of compliments offered too readily and without sufficient reason. Passive silence is very much part of the communication style. often valuable - commentaries to the main text in them. It's a shame the book wasn't read as a hard copy or Norman's daydreaming of hypertext (p.??) wasn't incorporated into the digital edition. This formatting decision I consider a shortcoming of the book too. DOET is about to be republished in a new, updated edition this year, and should this edition include major updates to sections pertaining anticipation of the future, a lot of portions in the present edition may be forgiven - it is quite uncomfortable to read Norman's musings and fears for how the future will deal with complexity of objects that he prophesizes to appear when they are already integral parts of our everyday life and amongst them there are definitely examples of successful design - and it detracts from perceiving Norman in a wholly positive light and believing him. One of the things DOET aspires to teach the reader is observation - for the book to emerge as

information. They finally reach the address on the back of the key. It is the Depository Bank of Zurich, a Swiss bank. Sophie and Langdon use the key to get through the elaborate security measures--gates, metal doors, and so on. They arrive at the front Office. The guard recognizes the pair from the news and calls Interpol and the bank's president, Monsieur Vernet. To get access to the box they need an account number. The Church officials are uncomfortable giving him such a large sum of money, which could easily be traced back to the Church. They don't know what the Pope will use the money for. Bishop Aringarosa signs an official document, which appears to be his resignation. André Vernet, the bank's president, hurries to the bank after hearing that the police are after high profile clients. Part of Vernet's job is to keep the bank's name out of the press, and he hopes to diffuse the situation

At the comfortable aniline factories whole process of getting aniline from start to finish is mechanized, and workers do not have any contact with raw products, semi-finished and finished products, or inhale the fumes. Yet even here we have such cases (break pipes, damage equipment, etc.), under which can turn acute poisoning of workers. Aniline is very dangerous for marine animals, as accumulated in the bodies and leads to death. Also should be noted that alcohol consumption increases the toxicity aniline. 7. Kennedy also brought up the point of whether one-quarter of Americans were relegated to second-class citizenship just because they were Roman Catholic. In September and October, Kennedy debated Republican candidate and Vice President Richard Nixon in the first televised U.S. presidential debates in U.S. history. During these programs, Nixon, nursing an injured leg and sporting "five o'clock shadow", looked tense and uncomfortable, while Kennedy appeared relaxed, leading the huge television audience to deem Kennedy the winner. Radio listeners, however, either thought Nixon had won or that the debates were a draw. Nixon did not wear make-up during the initial debate, unlike Kennedy. The debates are now considered a milestone in American political history--the point at which the medium of television began to play a dominant role in national politics. After the first debate Kennedy's campaign gained momentum and he

OK to have 100% juice, too. But try to limit sugary drinks, like sodas, juice cocktails, and fruit punches. They contain a lot of added sugar. Sugar just adds calories, not important nutrients. Listen to your body. What does it feel like to be full? When you're eating, notice how your body feels and when your stomach feels comfortably full. Sometimes, people eat too much because they don't notice when they need to stop eating. Eating too much can make you feel uncomfortable and, over a period of time, can lead to unhealthy weight gain. Limit screen time. Limit screen time. What's screen time? It's the amount of time you spend watching TV or DVDs, playing video games (console systems or handheld games), and using the computer. The more time you spend on these sitting-down activities, the less time available for active stuff, like basketball, bike riding, and swimming. Air conditioning not only reduces the general temperature on extremely hot days but also makes the general environment within the vehicle much more comfortable even on average days. On a sunny spring or autumn day where the outside temperature is only 15 degrees, the interior temperature can reach over 30 degrees. In addition air conditioning can reduce uncomfortable levels of humidity and pollution within the vehicle. 6 Anthropology of Tourism Madli Tuvike shock might occur (Reisinger and Turner, 2003). In order to prevent these problems, it is necessary to raise traveller’s awareness. For instance, through travel magazines and travelling TV. These media canals would educate female travellers (tourists) more about different destinations and their customs and uncomfortable barriers between tourists and the host culture would disappear or communication would get easier. Jameson (1994) names key factor for effective cultural interaction: better planning and management. The tourism strategies should be linked with community or economic development plans. This means that one should complete another, unlikely so many destinations, where tourism and community live their own separate lives. Like in Bali, where the island is struggling

You mean this whiskey?" "Yes please. But just a small one. It might make me feel better." He handed her the glass. "Why don't you have one yourself," she said. "You must be awfully tired. Please do. You've been very good to me." "Well," he answered. "It's not strictly allowed, but I might take just a drop to keep me going." One by one the others came in and were persuaded to take a little nip of whiskey. They stood around rather awkwardly with the drinks in their hands, uncomfortable in her presence, trying to say consoling things to her. Sergeant Noonan wandered into the kitchen, come out quickly and said, "Look, Mrs. Maloney. You know that oven of yours is still on, and the meat still inside." "Oh dear me!" she cried. "So it is!" "I better turn it off for you, hadn't I?" "Will you do that, Jack. Thank you so much." When the sergeant returned the second time, she looked at him with her large, dark tearful eyes. "Jack Noonan," she said. "Yes?"

life and Vronsky's overtly luxurious and lavish country home strikes Dolly, who is unable to keep pace with Anna's fashionable dresses or Vronsky's extravagant spending on the hospital he is building. However, all is not quite well with Anna and Vronsky. Dolly is also struck by Anna's anxious behaviour and new habit of screwing up her eyes when she alludes to her difficult position. When Veslovsky flirts openly with Anna, she plays along with him even though she clearly feels uncomfortable. Vronsky makes an emotional request to Dolly, asking her to convince Anna to divorce her husband so that the two might marry and live normally. Dolly broaches the subject with Anna, who appears not to be convinced. However, Anna is becoming intensely jealous of Vronsky, and cannot bear it when he leaves her for short excursions. They try to pick those with good after sales service. If we discovered a rogue exhibitor and it has happened once or twice we swiftly replace them. The second mine theory was that maybe some scientist or just amateurs want to learn something new, change experiences with others. But so many people can also make it uncomfortable and even stressful unless you go simply relax and go with the flow, or get there truly early or late. Wear something sensible and take a break, its a long, long day. So I am not sure about that theory is true. Anyway Chelsea Flower Show is so popular that it is always a sell-out. Last minute Chelsea wannabes hang out on street corners with signs asking for tickets, like with some world famous musical.
