Juhendajad: Ülo Kristjuhan Tallinn 2008 Stiff neck, back and wrist pain, poor circulation - these are just some of the health hazards that can come with having an office job. It doesn't have to be that way. Human bodies are made to move. It is recommended that a person break for 5-10 minutes for every hour spent at a workstation. Working "mini" activity breaks into your day can really make a difference in how you feel and even how well you perform your job. Even the busiest person can do it. Just

Some techniques of time management (aja mahavõtmine?) may help a person to control stress. In the face of high demands, effective stress management (ohjeldamine) involves learning to set limits and to refuse some demands that others make. A destressitizer is any process by which an individual can relieve stress. Include some of the following: · Autogenic training (kehaline) · Cognitive therapy (tunnetuslik) · Conflict resolution (konflikti lahendus) · Exercise (harjutused) · Getting a hobby · Meditation · Deep breathing · Yoga · Relaxation techniques · Artistic Expression (kunstiline väljaelamine) -1- · Spas · Spending time in nature · Stress balls · Clinically validated (kehtestatud) alternative treatments (ravimeetodid) · Listening to certain types of relaxing music, particularly: o New Age music http://www.youtube

flashed his winning smile. We'd been unpacking for days, yet he still looked amazing. Leanly built, dark-haired, and green-eyed, Cary was a man who rarely looked anything less than absolutely gorgeous on any day of his life. I might have resented that if he hadn't been the dearest person on earth to me. "I'm not talking about a bender," he insisted. "Just a glass of wine or two. We can hit a happy hour and be in by eight." "I don't know if I'll make it back in time." I gestured at my yoga pants and fitted workout tank. "After I time the walk to work, I'm going to hit the gym." "Walk fast, work out faster." Cary's perfectly executed arched brow made me laugh. I fully expected his million-dollar face to appear on billboards and fashion magazines all over the world one day. No matter his expression, he was a knockout. "How about tomorrow after work?" I offered as a substitute. "If I make it through the day, that'll be worth celebrating

Getting physical

A stiff, immobile speaker is often a boring and usually ineffective speaker as. It is therefore essential to know how to be physically relaxed, which will allow your actions to complement your words. Before we start, two important definitions: A podium is the raised platform at the front of the room where speakers stand to deliver presentations; it is also called the dais (pronounced dayus). The stand used to hold notes is called the lectern. A lectern can be a short stand placed atop a table, or it can be a freestanding unit with a light, microphone, and sometimes a clock attached. The terms podium and lectern are often interchanged and misused, and for that reason, the skilled speechmaker should know this distinction. Bodybalance (persuasive speech)

A class is made up of 45 minutes of stretches, balances and toning exercises and is followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation. Usually this class is started with Tai Chi warm up. Next it would be yoga pose sun salutions. After it would be done balances pose including the tree pose which is good for strength building. Then, hip stretches followed. The purpose of doing that is to unlock the stiffness in the lower body. After that, it is pilates meant for the abdominals and lower back muscles. without whose enthusiasm this story might still be unfinished. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Genesis 2:17 PREFACE I'd never given much thought to how I would die -- though I'd had reason enough in the last few months -- but even if I had, I would not have imagined it like this. I stared without breathing across the long room, into the dark eyes of the hunter, and he looked pleasantly back at me. Surely it was a good way to die, in the place of someone else, someone I loved. Noble, even. That ought to count for something. I knew that if I'd never gone to Forks, I wouldn't be facing death now. But, terrified as I was, I couldn't bring myself to regret the decision. When life offers you a dream so far beyond any of your expectations, it's not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end. The hunter smiled in a friendly way as he sauntered forward to kill me. 1. able to bend further than normal. The syndrome is generally induced by changes in bone structure. It occurs in about 10%-25% of the world’s population.1 Joint hypermobility causes several effects, both positive and negative. This essay describes the syndrome briefly as well as discusses the benefits and consequences of the condition. However, the expedience of the condition outweighs the negative issues JMS can bring about. Hypermobile joints are a serious case in which the tissues that hold the joint together – ligaments – are detached. In most cases, hypermobility is caused by the deviation of tissue proteins - such as collagen - synthesis; bone structure: bone shape or the depth of the joint sockets; muscle structure: muscle tone and strength; poor sense of proprioception; genetic heritability. Sometimes weak muscles have an impact on the development of hypermobility as well. On rare occasions, hypermobile joints are the

your nose, etc. Tilting your head signals that you are not dangerous. This is claimed to be a consequence of your mother tilting her head when she pitied you as a child. She showed you that she wasn't angry at you but wanted to comfort you. Your mother also patted her hand or your head when she was comforting you. We continue to do this even after we've grown up and don't have our mother there to do so anymore. We pat ourselves on the cheek, on the arm, or rub our hands together. Perhaps you hold your hands close to your face when you talk - generally, this is a sign of insecurity. The same is true if you roll a beard or moustache with your hands or fix your hair, perhaps pushing or curling it behind an ear. Are you sitting comfortably? The way that people sit in chairs is not coincidental. If you are lounging with arms and legs dangling, it is probably a sign that you are relaxed and feeling comfortable. If you are positioned

Then she walked over and made the drinks, a strongish one for him, a weak one for herself; and soon she was back again in her chair with the sewing, and he in the other, opposite, holding the tall glass with both hands, rocking it so the ice cubes tinkled against the side. For her, this was always a blissful time of day. She knew he didn't want to speak much until the first drink was finished, and she, on her side, was content to sit quietly, enjoying his company after the long hours alone in the house. CHANGE YOUR THINKING CHANGE YOUR LIFE

You do not believe what you see; you rather see what you already believe. You can have life-enhancing beliefs that make you happy and optimistic, or you can have negative beliefs about yourself and your potential that act as roadblocks to the realization of everything that is truly possible for you. The most harmful beliefs you can have are your self-limiting be- liefs. These are beliefs about yourself and your potential that hold you back. Most of them are not true. Most of them are the result of information you have accepted without question, often from early childhood. Even if it is completely untrue, if you believe yourself to be limited in areas such as achieving wonderful health and happi- ness and earning a lot of money, that will become your truth. Heart and Lung Health

Heart and Lung Health: This is one of the most important reasons to exercise. An inactive lifestyle is one of the major causes of heart diseases. While a lot of heart conditions occur when we are older, it is necessary to start exercising at a young age to keep our hearts strong as we age. Cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, cycling, and aerobics are especially good for the heart, hence the name `cardiovascular'. These types of exercises help to maintain your blood pressure,

This lesson continues on from lessons one and two. In lesson one you learnt how to start playing and how to play the chords A and D. In the second lesson you were shown how to read tab. This lesson will be similar to the second part of lesson two, however I plan to introduce you to the chord G. Once you have mastered G, we will try and practice changing between the three chords we have learnt; D, A, and G. Let's take a look at the G major chord: Exercise: With this exercise, I want to get you strumming up and down. I would like to introduce to you a new technique to help with your playing. When you are practicing the lesson above I would like you to count out loud. This sounds easier than it is, but it is something you need to learn and it is an achievable skill. It works like this; on your down strum I want you to count "1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4" and on the up strum I would like you to say "and". So you should be saying "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 and 2 and 3 and 4"

Replace windshield wiper blades when they begin to streak, and all make sure all the lights are working properly. 7 7 Use your signals properly. Always use your signal, even if you think no one is there. When changing lanes on the freeway, don't signal as an afterthought or during the lane change. Signal at least a couple of seconds in advance so others know what you're going to do before you do it. (Ever notice how most of the skid marks along the highway are just before an exit ramp? - this is where you have to be the most careful.)8 8 Don't tailgate. No matter how slowly traffic is moving, keep at least two seconds of following distance between you and the car ahead. Any less and you won't be able to stop in time if the driver ahead slams on the brakes.9

In the full version of Jamorama, both standard musical notation and tablature are used. But for this six day course we will only use TAB. The reason for this is that tablature is very easy to read and you should have no problems learning TAB in a few short minutes of reading. TAB has some weak points, the worst of which is that rhythm can't be easily indicated. This shouldn't pose a problem though, as I will indicate the rhythm for each exercise using the strum indicators that were introduced in lesson one. OK. To start I want you to look at your guitar and you will clearly see that it has six strings going from thickest to thinniest. On a TAB diagram, the thinnest string, (or 1st string as its most commonly called) is at the top - The thickest (or 6th string) is at the bottom. This is clearly demonstrated in the 1st example below. The following diagram shows you how tablature relates to the guitar fret board:

Customs and behaviour patterns in Finland

Bear hugs and cheek-kissing, so well known just across the border in Russia, are neither common nor popular in Finland. Emotions are not expressed publicly, only among relatives and very good friends. It is inappropriate to eat food while walking on the street. The only exception might be ice cream. The European style of eating--fork remaining in the left hand--prevails in Finland. Avoid eating anything with your fingers, including fruit. Refrain from eating before your host begins, and take small portions because it is the custom to eat everything on one's plate. At a dinner party, it is customary to refrain from drinking until the host offers a toast, and to refrain from eating until the host begins. Standing with arms folded is sometimes viewed as a sign of arrogance. Always cover the mouth when yawning! Finnish Behaviour

Health

7. Doctors 8. Ways of keeping health 9. Conclusion 10.Used materials 1. Introduction The human body is just like a machine with many parts. Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. It is also important what we get enough sleep. The number of hours we sleep we need depend on our age. Young babies sleep for 20-22 hours each day, whereas older people often need only 6-7 hours. 2.1 Early hospitals The earliest known institutions aiming to provide cure were Egyptian temples.

By the year 1914, however, the highly intelligent human mind had invented not only the internal combustion engine, but also bombs, machine guns, submarines, flame throwers, and poison gas. Intelligence in the service of madness! In static trench warfare in France and Belgium, millions of men perished to gain a few miles of mud. When the war was over in 1918, the survivors look in horror and incomprehension upon the devastation left behind: ten million human beings killed and many more maimed or disfigured. Never before had human madness been so destructive in its effect, so clearly visible. Little did they know that this was only the beginning. By the end of the century, the number of people who died a violent death at the hand of their fellow humans would rise to more than one hundred million. They died not only through wars between nations, but also
