Stress is a natural part of young people's lives. Negative stress can affect people's ability to be positive. I'd probably agree with the statement. To begin with, one of the main sources of stress for young people today can be relationships with parents. Everybody knows that fighting with parents can affect ours ability to be positive. Moreover, parents are the closest persons in our lives and fighting with them break us. For instance, I am always so depressed after arguing with my mother, I do not want to hurt her feelings. In my view, young people should avoid fighting with parents to cope with this source of stress. Secondly, school is another main source of stress and can affect people's ability to be positive.
