Our food may taste good or bad or it may be tasteless. The usual meals in England are breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner or, in simpler houses, breakfast, dinner, tea and supper. For breakfast English people mostly have porridge or cornflakes with milk or cream and sugar, bacon and eggs, marmalade with buttered toast and tea or coffee. The British Who are they? The British are world famous on almost all walks of life. Their culture is rich and varied. Theatre The British have a tradition of theatre. Long, long time ago the culture of theatre was introduced from Europe to the British by the Romans. Many auditoriums were constructed across the country. The most famous British playwright is obviously William Shakespeare. He lived from 1564 to 1616. During that time he wrote about 40 plays, which are still played and used in today's theatre. His plays are performed more often than those of any other playwright. The first professional woman playwright was Aphra Behn. Nowadays there are not so many world famous dramatists in England but the memory of William Shakespeare and many others has preserved until today. Important modern playwrights include Alan Ayckbourn, John Osborne, Harold Pinter, Tom Stoppard, and Arnold Wesker. Music Many British music composers have ma...
About Tea "Shall I put the kettle on?" or "Would you like a nice cup of tea?" are questions you might be asked if you visit someone's home in the UK. The traditional English drink is tea - it is drunk throughout the day and is often made during social occasions. Coffee has become popular in recent years, but many people continue to drink tea. In the UK there are as many different ways of making and drinking tea as there are flavours. People drink Indian teas, Chinese teas, herbal teas, and fruit teas. English tea is specially adapted for UK tastebuds. To make a cup of English tea the first step is to boil some water - usually in an electric kettle. Traditionally the drink is then made by pouring the boiling water into a teapot and adding tea leaves. The leaves are left to infuse, or brew, and when it is ready the liquid is poured into teacups through a strainer and drunk with milk. Nowadays, many people use teabags, which are perfora...
The family who turned back the clock. When Malcolm Jones woke up last Monday, he heard the birds singing. Not remarkable, you might think, especially given that he lives near a forest. But birdsong in the Jones household is usually drowned by a tidal wave of electronic music crashing around the house as soon as his four children wake up. This is a family who have chosen to fill their home with every conceivable gadget. They have nine television sets, including one in each bedroom and in the kitchen. All the children have their own personal computers and CD players. Of course, there are all the usual appliances we all take for granted, such as the washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, deep freeze, microwave oven, and video recorder, but they also have an electric trouser press, two power showers, an Olympic-sized spa bath and jacuzzi, three cars, and a music system which plays throughout the whole house. ...

1 Toitlustusettevõte Toitlustusettevõtted on tootmis-teenindusettevõtted, mis korraldavad suurte inimhulkade toitlustamist mis tahes kujul. Toitlustusettevõtte põhiliseks ülesandeks on inimhulkade toitlustamise teadlik organiseerimine, mis aitab siis tööd sel alal otstarbekalt korraldada. Organiseeritud toitlustamise eelised, võrreldes koduse toiduvalmistamisega on järgmised: • toiduainete õige säilitamine • tooraine ratsionaalne kasutamine • võimalus tootmist mehhaniseerida • võimalus kasutada kvalifitseeritud tööjõudu • võimalus valmistada teaduslikult põhjendatud alustel dieetravitoite Toiduainetetööstus valmistab toiduaineid, kaubandusvõrk realiseerib neid.

Main Sights England is known for its many world-famous sightseeings and people all around the world come to see them. Some of them are even like symbols of England. The most famous ones are: Stonehenge is one of the greatest national icons of Britain. That prehistoric monument is located in the plain of Salisbury, in the county of Wiltshire in the south-west of England. It is built of 150 enormous stones which are set in a purposive circular pattern. Stonehenge was probably built to mark the longest and shortest day of the year because it lies on the line of the midsummer sunrise and the midsummer sunset. That would have enabled people to keep a record of changing of seasons. Although it is still unclear who built it. Hadrian’s Wall is an ancient wall which was built in 2nd century by Hadrian, the emperor of Rome from AD 117 to 138, and it marked the northern border of the Roman Empire in Britain. The wall was 80 Roman miles (117 kilom...
British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home. So it is difficult to a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you'll find Indian, Chinese, French and Italian r...

Seda on kaval kasutada tuntud järjestuste ja punktmutatsioonide tuvastamiseks kui kasutada oleva DNA kogus on limiteeritud. 2. Milline meetod võimaldab RNA amplifitseerimist DNA juuresolekul? NASBA on RNA tuvastamiseks eriti hea meetod: RNA ahelale saab panna pöördtranskriptaasiga praimeri juurde, sünteesitakse uus ahel, RNAas lõhutakse H-ga ära ja sünteesitakse uuesti jne kuni saadakse detekteeritav kogus nukleiinhappe molekule. Tal on ka see omadus, et töötab DNA juuresolekul ei pea proovi ära puhastama, mis RNA puhul on väga keeruline. Kasutatakse ka ekspressiooniproduktide määramiseks. 3. Millised ensüümid on vajalikud TMA meetodil amplifitseerimiseks? TMA- transcription mediated amplification. RNA polümeraas ja pöördtranskriptaas ...
