While it can be argued that friends will have the strongest influence on each other, one must not forget that we first befriend our family and later on find friends outside of the family circle.

The occupancy drops significantly in the July and August which is probably due to the fact that businesses generally run slower in that part of the summer (due to plague of vacations) in the northern hemisphere on latitudes with explicit seasonal changes.
