Challenges of the 21st century We live in 21st century almost for 12 years. It seems like a very long time, but it has gone like a bird and by this time has changed very many things. Honourable audience, I would like to talk about challenges of the 21st century. If we talk about Estonia then in my opinion our first challenge of the 21st century is to stop exodus.
