The V chip is a device that can block transmission of violent programs into homes. The chip would allow parents to prevent a television program from being seen in their homes if a rating system determined that it had a high level of violent or sexually explicit content. In conclusion, I think that TV violence is a serious problem, especially for the younger age group. It’s impossible to remove violence from the TV, but we can lessen the bad influence caused by it.
