The Great Man Theory declares that the leaders are born not made, but the another theory claims that some people just have more leadership gifts than others. It's good to know leadership theories because the better you know them, the better you are likely to lead. If you want to succeed in your career or business, it is important to be the leader in your field. Leaders need clear sense of their calling and they need to be curios about it to notice new things. Nevertheless good leaders have to remember that they don't know everything. There are general characteristics that good leader should have. My trip through bog Me, my dad and my cousins traditionally go hiking every summer. Last summer we decided to go through bogs of Lavassaare. As it was going to be a week-long tramp, we considered our equipment carefully. We made list of everything we needed and then crossed out all that wasn't absolutely nesseccery. We couldn't have better timing: it was clear and warm all week long and it was exact time for wild strawberries and blueberries. We enjoyed the nature and especially the bog lakes. We spent six days in bog and travelled 55 kilometers with this time. This may seem as a short distance, but in bog, where your every step sinks and bog lakes lie exacly on your way, it is pretty long.

A storm at sea Once upon a time Tony, Paul and Jason decided to go on a sailing holiday on an unexpectedly stormy day. As Jason was standing on the deck of the boat, black clouds were gathering. There were huges wavews that were crashing the boat. It was a clear sign of an approaching storm. The boat was rocking from side to side. They noticed a thunder that rolled across the sky. They were almost scared to death. Lightning flashed numerous times when suddenly a bolt of lightning struck the boat.They were in danger. The bolt hit the mast, which burst into flames. After that, Tony radioed for help. They threw the life raft into the water and jumped into it. The boat was sinking slowly.

Mati has decided to win back his wife but if he wins his wife back or not becomes clear at the end of the book. This book is actually compulsurary for the 12th grade in our school. Asi t is an interesting book, I would rather recommend it to girls from the age 17 than to boys, because it is quite romantic. What is more, there is also a movie, that was shot after the book in 2006, also called ,,Tühirand" (,,Empty beach").
To answer that question, we firstly have to define a word success, because I personally think that everybody does it differently, but here comes my version. Success is a moment when a person achieves a goal that they has made for himself for a long time period. In my opinion, we have to stress the words ,,long time period." Why ? Because I do not think that somebody has made an enormous success, when the goal they had made was not actually a challenge.
