Letter I write to you to inform about bad quality video game and rude shop assistent. I bought game in 19. October 2009. When I got home I realized that game is with bad quality and it was impossible to play. Next day I went back to shop, to complain about product. Shop assistant started to blame me and told that game is fine and the problem is about my computer. I asked her to check the game but she didn't listen and asked me to leave. I was suprised and offended. I had a very bad impression of your shop and I hope that it will not repeat.

Tegelikult tehti sarnaste elementidega lugusid muidugi ka juba varem. Uus stiil tekkis väga õigeaegselt. Jamaica oli just saavutamas iseseisvust ja ska peegeldas töölisklassi uut optimismi. Ska muusikataktis tantsu hakati kutsuma nimega skanking. Laulutekstid võisid olla religioossed (Jimmy Kings - 'King Of Kings'), aga sageli ka romantilised (Delroy Wilson- 'Dancing Mood') või nonsens-teemadel (Eric Morris - 'Humpty Dumpty'). Lisaks lauldi sotsiaal-poliitilistel teemadel, eelkõige rude boy'dest. Rude boy'de liikumine hakkas silma paistma 1961 aastal.

Always stay as formal as you can until asked to do otherwise This goes for virtually everything: language, dress, respect for appointments and deadlines, respect for personal space and personal time. If you have someone's home and work telephone number, call him or her at work until invited to call his or her home Good to know Eye contact is important as long as it isn't too obtrusive. Don't chew gum in public. It's considered vulgar. Slapping an open palm over a closed fist is considered rude. And please do not snap your fingers! The French smile shouldn't be perceived as a greeting or a sign of approval. Summary Although French people might sometimes be perceived to be rude by foreigners, formal language and behavior are considered very important. If you're headed to France for business reasons, you'll want to know a little bit about French business etiquette. In general, the French are very formal in their cocial customs , and this transfers right over into the business world.

I am writing to you to lodge a complaint against the quality of food and service we received in your restaurant on Thursday last when we dined with you that evening. We have been dining with you for the past 5 years and have always received a great welcome and wonderful food but on this occassion the food was only lukewarm when it was received and the whole service took nearly three hours in total from arriving to settling the bill. When we mentioned this to your staff member Mr Simpson he was rude to myself and other guests and refused to acknowledge our complaint. I look forward to receiving a check to this amount and dining with you again in due course. Yours sincerely, Margaret Parker

party with high hopes. Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. Firstly, a huge variety of dishes is promised in your advertisement. To my surprise when I asked about some, I was told that many of them were not available. The second thing that was below standards was delivery. I do not believe that prompt delivery means food arriving late. When the food finally arrived, it was cold! Another problem was your staff. The waiters were simply rude to my guests! I was embarrassed especially because I had told my guests to expect a friendly service. As if all this was not enough, I was overcharged on the final bill. I would not have booked your service if I had known that you find it reasonable to overcharge people. Hopefully this letter prompts you to make some drastic changes in your service. I expect a full refund for your service ruined my party. Yours faithfully, Mari Parts
Dear Sir, 12/10/08 I am writing to complain about the behaving of one of your employees. I want to inform you about that I was treated really rudely by a shop assistant at your department store the day before. I was doing my shopping at your department store yesterday after I came from work and I got into a rude conversation with your employee after I did not remember my credit card pin-code and tried to pay in cash after that. But except a pleasant smile, I got insulted and told that I should know if I do have money on my credit card or not. Concerning how pleasant the employees at your shop usually are I was very surprised by this acting. That caused me deep disapproval about your shop. The name of employee who insulted me was Michael. I expect that you will resolve
Süngeid muljeid rahvasõjast Prantsuse vägedega kujutas Goya suures graafikasarjas "Sõjakoledused". Juba varem oli tal valminud sari "Los Caprichos" ("Kapriisid"), kus kehastuvad mitmesugused kohutavad ja võikad nägemused, mis usus, ebausus ja inkvisitsioonikartuses kasvatatud hispaanlase peas iganes võivad sündida. Skulptuuris ei loodud kuigi palju kõrgetasemelisi romantilisi teoseid. Ainsa skulptorina olgu siin mainitud prantslane Francois Rude (17841855). Tema sõdalastega reljeef Pariisi Tähe võidukaarel kannab sama nime prantsuse revolutsioonilaulu "Marseljeesiga" ning väljendab samuti revolutsioonilist paatost.

What's more, the air stewards were rude and unhelpful. Why do you promise friendly staff if you don't have any? Many feel that studying abroad is the most significant way to improve your world view and put yourself to the test. In addition studying abroad gives many students a kind of prestige in their home country. It may even lead to a better employment. Nevertheless studying abroad may have negative sides as well. The first disadvantage of studying in a foreign country is being away from your family. Abroad is another environment that may affect psychically. People can be rude to you and behave arrogantly. In conclusion, everything has two sides. Each of us should accept that studying abroad has some positive as well as negative sides. Many can overcome the disadvantages. However, studying abroud might not be a good choice to study abroad all students, especially those who are very close to their families.

taas revolutsioonilaine üle Prantsusmaa veeres, tähistas Delacroix seda suure revolutsiooni ülistava maaliga "Vabadus viib rahva barrikaadidele". Delacroix kasutas kõigis oma töödes värve erilise vabadusega. Tihti kasutas ta puhtaid värve, kartmata kõrvuti panna erksaid toone. Tema värvikasutus sai hiljem eeskujuks paljudele 19. sajandi lõpupoole maalijatele. Skulptuuris ei loodud kuigi palju kõrgetasemelisi romantilisi teoseid. The movie was dubbed. Music by Antonio Vivaldi. Summary In Paris, the aristocratic and intellectual Philippe (François Cluzet) is a quadriplegic millionaire who is interviewing candidates for the position of his carer, with his red-haired secretary Magalie (Audrey Fleurot). Out of the blue, the rude African Driss (Omar Sy) cuts the line of candidates and brings a document from the Social Security and asks Phillipe to sign it to prove that he is seeking a job position so he can receive his unemployment benefit. Philippe challenges Driss, offering him a trial period of one month to gain experience helping him. Then Driss can decide whether he would like to stay with him or not. Driss accepts the challenge and moves to the mansion, changing the boring life of Phillipe and his employees.
these faults. To begin with, I arrived at your museum at exactly 11.12, yet the ticket office was still closed even though according to the advertisement every door should have been opened by 11 o'clock. However, when I started to look for another gate or entrance, there were none at all. It seems that the front door of your museum is very difficult to find without a map. As for more, the staff working was extremely rude! I was trying to ask for my location and how to enter the museum but all I ever heard as a reply was insulting mumble and no clear sentences. Of course, that might have been rather understandable if we were talking about a fast food place, yet in such an official place as it is the National Museum of Physic Art, it is a shame to see employees who cannot use English. It was very irritating and I wasted a lot of time making clear what problems did I encounter.

Mari-Liis Luukas Dorian Gray the Prince of Everlasting Youth The novel which describes the life story of Dorian Gray is out of the ordinary. It might have been a long time ago when it was written, but I haven't heard of a similar idea such as the starting point of the events. In the beginning Dorian was a young undamaged simple boy and I think that Basil was right to have the wish to prevent Dorian meeting Harry. When Dorian hears the ideas that Harry has for life of pleasure, beauty and youth, he adopts them immediately. As he sees his portrait, Dorian becomes aware of his beauty and says the fateful wish that if only he could remain young and the portrait would become old. The first sign that his wish had become true is seen when Dorian is very heartless and rude to Sibyl Vane, an actress to whom he wanted to marr...
Many people are born with a some kind of talent. Money can certainly advance your skills by buying music lessons or coaching sessions, but money cannot buy a talent. People can learn to do certain things well by taking lessons but the true gift to do it well can't be bought. Even after years of lessons you can't really play piano or sing as well a person who have the real talent from birth. Money doesn't confer good behavior. There are many rich people who are rude and with no manners but also there are plenty of poor people who demonstrate perfect manners and respect for others. The amount of money you have doesn't show if you behave well or poorly. Manners and classy behavior are not bought, they are taught and practiced by parents who want their children to be decent and well-mannered. Money can buy you entry into a better class position, but it cannot make you behave as you should.

be perfect if her character wasn't so ill-natured sometimes. She gets angry too easily: every word that comes to our mind must be carefully thought through before spoken out loudly. One day, for example, we were just joking with our mates about the new girl that had come to our class recently. I said she really looked like the Teacher really modest and straight-forward. For my unluckiness both of them were passing the hall at that time. Teacher heard my rude comment, so the whole next month I was under her picky pressure never am I now to repeat my mistake again and say something out loud without ever considering it first. However, I still just can't be mad at my teacher she's such a wonderful person! And her lovely way of laughing... Maybe I'm a teacher's pet I don't deny it, at least completely. We do have fun with her, but I guess I am a bit more excited than the others about her reaction when I say something funny or stupid
2.Romantism.(18 ja 19.saj.maalikunst) Romantismi on võrreldes klassitsismiga raskem määratleda ja iseloomustada, eelkõige sellepärast,et üldiste reeglite asemel on romantikud toonitanud iga kunstniku kordumatut isikupära. Klassitsismiga kõrvuti levisid mitmesugused kunstinähtused, mida enamasti ühendatakse romantismi mõiste all. 18.saj.lõpul algas huvi tõus keskaegse rahvaluule vastu kõigepealt Inglismaal(Sotimaal),pisut hiljem Saksamaal(Johann Gottfried von Herder ning kirjanduslik"tormi ja tungi" liikumine).
Estonians. But if to talk about British people and their humor then for them, it's more than everyday life. It is something they are use to see and hear every day, day after another. They do not take it that serious as the other nationalities would and they are definitely the best laughers at themselves. The brightest memory I have from those two videos is that guy in the wheelchair. Unbelievable how selfish and rude they are! And no-one can do anything about that. If they say so then all the people around them have to act like they wish. They are absolutely innocently taking the advantage of other innocent people. Certainly we cannot talk about all disabled people from that point of view, but the exception affirms the rule. And in Britain, you can find a lot of exceptions. The second thing which also amused me was the humiliation of other people for unjustified reasons
Strong eye contact is not overly common among strangers and casual acquaintances, too much eye contact is considered and invasion of privacy. Eye contact is used when one really wants to make a point, when speaking with close friends, and when interest in a person or topic wants to be stressed. Bad Topics of Discussion: politics, religion, and sex. Also the common American question "what do you do?" is considered rude and too personal. Good Topics of Discussion: if all else fails mention the weather! Time You should arrive: At the exact time specified for dinner, lunch, or appointments with professors, doctors, and other professionals. Any time during the hours specified for teas, receptions, and cocktail parties. A few minutes early: for public meetings, plays, concerts, movies, sporting events, classes, church services, and weddings.
I only liked Tony Blair and Prince Charles. They were both very humane and they had a real heart inside instead of a cold brick. There are some things that I didn't like about the movie. For example The royal family nature. Ofcourse not all the members were so hypocritical like Queen Elizabeth II. I understand that it was just a movie, but if the queen is in real life the same like she was described in the movie, then I am very astonied. She was so rude and impolite to her grandchildren's mother and always showed Diana in bad light. The queen and Prince Philip were very old fashioned and they didn't want to accept modernism at all. They were stuck on their old manners and ideas how the British Monarchy should act. Princess Diana went along very easily with new ideas and manners. As I understood for Queen Elizabeth II was the title queen with a very important meaning, but for Princess Diana the title princess was just a title.

How Are Black Women Portrayed in the Novel? The story begins in the early nineteenth century when the main protagonist Antoinette is a young girl. A white girl Antoinette is the daughter of the ex-slave owners, but it is the time when the passage of the Emancipation Act takes places. This means that black slaves are freed and led to the demise of many white slave owners. Because of this act, black men and women start to feel more powerful and superior towards the ex-slave owners. Throughtout Antoinette´s childhood, hostility is present between the weakened white aristocracy and the black servants they employ. On account of this situation, black women feel themselves more independent and strong. First of all, when the slaves are free and there is no need to work for others anymore, many servants leave their employers and turn their back on them. For example, there is a young black girl named Tia who is the daughter of an attend...
His extensive knowledge about quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence helped him to produce a new element his father had discovered which saved his life in Iron Man 2, replacing venomous palladium in his chest. Iron Man's main strength was Tony Stark's intelligence. A plausible character needs to have weaknesses alongside his strengths. Tony Stark was an extreme example of the celebrity stereotype narcissistic, flashy, arrogant and rude. His dual life as a superhero caused him numerous personal problems. For example, he repeatedly suffered from alcoholism. Iron Man's heart condition was his other weakness worth mentioning. His heart had been replaced by a transplant powered by palladium core which was slowly killing him during Iron Man 2. Iron Man didn't seem to have any physical weaknesses at least when he was in his suit. Tony Stark repeatedly said that his technology was the most advanced in the world

First I'm going to write about Estonia, a country within Europe. Estonia is quite small when compared to the other its neighbours with a land of 45.227 square kilometres and a population estimated at 1.3 million. The Estonian people largely speak Estonian but many of them also speak Russian and English, Russian more common as a secondary language. As being Estonian we know that less is always more. Best to be concise and to the point. Talking a lot and taking centre stage is considered rude and disrespectful. Estonians are known as hardworking, responsible, rule-obedient simple people. For example there is law that after 18 years old finished with school, men need to serve military for one year. there is no way out of it and if they refuse they will get a fine and still get a call to come there. No wonder why Estonians can be very serious people after passed the navy. In fact I think it's a plus to Estonia as they will be always ready to defence their
Tallinn 2011 Punctuality is very important to the Finns. Never be late for meetings, as this is considered very impolite in Finland. Be on time! Do not raise your voice when you talk to Finns, especially not in public! Speaking in a loud voice is considered rude, as Finns themselves are quiet. Remember to look Finns in the eye. Looking down or to the side is a sign of dishonesty in Finland. If you want to visit a Finnish friend, always let them know in advance. Privacy is very important to the Finns.

Also, there have been numerous discussions on whether they should have the right to have, adopt and raise children. To me, it is absolutely unacceptable because this is not normal. They could have good facilities for bringing up children and lots of love to give them, but in my eyes it just is not suitable for a child. How could a child live a normal life having to live with two mothers or two fathers? It may sound very intolerant and rude from my part, but I do not think any child could live like that and have a normal and healthy life afterwards. I try to be tolerant about gays having untraditional partnerships and think of them as fellow humans and let them live their own lives, but allowing them to raise children is over my line. Moreover, I am even more confused and concerned about the gender roles. A couple of days ago I saw Oprah talk show where there was a man Thomas, who was pregnant. He was born as a
present in the family to make it friendly. A lot of activities help members of the family to be on friendly terms: discussing all the family plans together, going on trips hikes together, visiting museums, theaters, exhibitions and exchanging opinions about them, sharing the same joys and sorrows. If you think of the others in the family you show your love and attention in everyday life, you can hurt them if you are selfish, not sincere and rude. Some people think that parents should be patient, kind and understanding. And others believe that children ought always to obey the parents and if they won't they should be punished. Our family is small. We are the family of three: my mother, my father and I. We don't have such problems as misunderstanding between the members of the family. We are a very good family. We love each other very much. In the evenings, when all the members of our family get together
