Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my annoyance at the supreme quality of service that was promised but never delivered. I am talking about the intensive 4-wekk language course provided by you, International Language Centre. First things first ­ the "highly qualified staff" had a terrible sense of time and always arrived late. Not to mention their insufficient language level, which I found quite displeasing. In addition to that, the provided free course materials were in reality just old and used textbooks and the desks were just way too small to work on, and the classes had no heating, which were quite cold in the mornings. Also you advertised small study groups, but the fact that there were over a dozen people in class determined that it was a lie. Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the Beautiful China Figure I ordered from your company. I believe your advertisement was misleading in a number of ways. Firstly, it was said to be delivered within ten days but when I received the package, three weeks had already passed. Also, my friend's birthday had passed, it was supposed to be a gift for him. I had to buy a new gift for him and now I do not have anything to do with this figure. Secondly, the figure was cracked and it did not look like the one on the advertisement. The engraved message I chose was also wrong and misspelled. The plaque surface where the message was engraved was scratched and silver but it should have been golden, like it was written in the advertisement. Thirdly, it was mentioned that each figure comes on a wooden stand but mine was on a plastic stand and I noticed some trace of glue, this seemed quite careless. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the poor service I received when I traveled with your Princess Lines cruise on the 10th-13th January. I went on the Carribbean cruise and I was completely dissatisfied. Firstly, your advertisement promises large deluxe cabins but they were actually quite small. I did not have room to move around in the cabin. Also the cabin was really dirty. It seemed like it had not been cleaned for a long time. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. What is more, I had to share my bathroom with other guests, which was really unpleasant and annoying. It surprised me because your advertisement said that you have private bathrooms. Furthermore, the food in the restaurant was horrible. It was cold and tasted awfully. I had to wait for two hours for the waitress to bring me my meal. In your advert you claim that each figure comes on a wooden stand with a gold plaque where you will engrave our chosen message. However, you engraved the wrong message and not the one that I had given you. Another problem is the quality of that figure. I was very disappointed, because when I received the figure, it was already broken. In fact, the wooden stand was cracked not only one but from many places. Dec 11, 2011 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about my bad experiences I had while staying at your hotel from 1st of December to 4th of December. First of all, I stayed at a small room with noisy guests in the next room. Although, I had been told that I would be staying at a large private room far away from other guests. Second of all, the food was terrible. However, the brochure said that you have one of the best chefs in your hotel and that the food will be amazing. Furthermore, when I got the bill, I was shocked how overcharged I was. I assume you will replace my bad experiences with a full refund. Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about International Friendship Club. The advertisement about the club was misleading in several ways. First of all, the advertisement said that the photograph of me and my family will be returned directly but I sent my photo a month ago and there hasn't been any return yet. It also claimed that I will receive the names and address of the people who will correspond with me whereas I got only two so far. To make matters worse the advertisement said that I will get letters from my six new friends but I have heard nothing about them.
