Public International Law is a system of law, different from domestic law. Why is this system unique? Usually law regulates relations between people, people and the state etc, PIL regulates relations between states. Thats why PIL is important for international relation students. The purpose of this dissertation is to critically explore this hotly debated tension between these two conflicting salient features that have often prevented the recognition of children as active citizens, entitled to respect and participation. Tolerance and diversity Tolerance is a very important issue for the people all over the world. Sadly the lack of it has influenced us more than the existence. On the other hand people have always liked the diversity of this world. For example, we can't imagine life without our Chinese food, Italian pasta and especially McDonalds , can we? We have to admit that it would be very unpleasant without simple things like these so is it so hard for us to cope with different types of people? Tolerance- it is the willingness to accept or tolerate somebody ot something especially opinions or behaviuor that you may not agree with, or people who are not like you. When we speak about tolerance and being tolerant, then of course all of us do not have the same opinion about tolerance. There is saying that there are as many different opinions as people in the world and talking about tolerance is not different. How we tolerate other people and their behaviour depends a lot of how we are raised and educated, where we live and who we connect to When we hear word ,,tolerant" then mostly we connect it with homo sexuals, racism, religion and all kinds of different people(disabled people for example) and how we tolerate those things.
