Seventeenth Summer was the first novel published by author Maureen Daly in 1942. The book talks about a girl's first experience with dating and falling in love. (A seventeenth year old girl named Angie who falls for the popular boy Jack.) I think this book was really good. But it is a little bit slow book, it does not really have any action in it and it just more of a leisurely book to read. I liked the romance and the character development, I liked the simplistic nature of their love. It made me yearn for respect and honor, modesty and decency. I admire that slow courtship. The book itself I think was not fantastic, but overall, I felt good reading this book because it still had the romantic aspect but with a new approach to it.

Food and prices Despite the fact that there is not a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food is well-cooked and looks beautiful. The prices of food are resonable. What is more the drinks were cheap. Service The staff was friendly and helpful they can make very helpful suggestions about the menu. However, the service is a bit slow at times, especially at the lunch hours. Atmosphere The restaurant has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. You can not help but be in a good mood while you are there, because of the cheerful music. However the music is too loud sometimes, so you cant hear the waitresses. In my opinion there is acdually no solution to get rid of truancy. There are ways to reduce it but it probably also slow slow down the learning problem. School system should not be so strict. Introduction The purpose of this letter is to focuse on the good and bad sides of McDonalds restaurant. Food and Prices McDonalds offers well-packed fast food. The prices may seem a bit high, but the food is well worth the cost and tastes good. Speed cameras probably decrease the average speed a bit at the spot where the camera is, but in my opinion they really make driving much more stressful and unsafe. First of all, in our country there are a lot of speed cameras on the roads. Mostly of them are on a straight roads, which even do not need a speed camera. As our country is pretty small, almost everybody driving daily knows exactly where are these speeding cameras. That makes no sense because they slow down before the camera and after it they speed up. Secondly, people are afraid of tickets. They must check their speedometer before the speed camera to hold the speed around allowed level. That takes drivers attention from the road. It may cause severe accidents. Speed cameras have also good side. For example people who get a ticket must pay a fee for it and goverment earns money by this. I sometimes feel as if she is slow on purpose, but I know it's just the way she's made. She is an avid reader, you have to literally tear books away from her. She likes fantasy novels best, but also enjoys serious classics. When she starts with a book, it's really hard for her to stop. She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over.
