Life has made Billy a sensitive and mature boy. His father forces him to study boxing to make him into his own image. Billy isn't interested in expressing himself with his fists, he has taken some ballet classes next door, run by Mrs Wilkinson. With the encouragement of ballet teacher Mrs Wilkinson he joins in with the classes and starts to express himself through dance. But Billy knows that if his father or brother would find this out, they wouldn't like it. With the adults
Love and marriage It is generally considered foolish to marry for love, although love may occur in marriage. Your parents and friends are better equipped than you are to look out for your best interests, being mature and experienced in the world. Let them negotiate and recommend and you're much more likely to be happy in marriage. Just because a marriage is arranged doesn't mean you've never met the other person. Most people arrange their children's marriages with the children of neighbors and friends. The lower on the social scale you are, the more likely you are to have a choice in the matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in reply to an ad I saw in the daily newspaper and am applying for the parttime job in the Accounts Department of Your company. I am currently acquiring education in high school and I am more than interested in the position at hand. After leaving school, I plan to study accountancy and this job would give me just the right experience needed to be successful in the occupation. I do not have any work experience yet, though I am sensible, mature, easy to work with and a team player, which makes me perfect for jobs that require working around people and with people. I am also honest and reliable and have no problem taking commands and basically doing anything I am needed for. I would appreciate the oppertunity to visit Your offices for an interview and talk about my qualifications. I am available at any time by telephone or at the above address. I have also attached a copy of my resume. I look forward to hearing from You.
Most young people think about living away from home as the best part of their lives beacause they will have more freedom and that can be really exciting for them. However, they do not realize that living at home has more benefits compared to living away from home. The best thing about living away from home is that you have more freedom. You can set your own rules, stay up late, invite friends to your place and have parties whenever you want, but you need to be mature enough to handle it. Disadvantage is that you may feel homesick. Another disadvantage is that you will have to pay rent, bilss, and buy your own food which will definitely affect you in the financial aspect. Finally, another aspect is convenience. You will not have many things that you used to have at home. You will have less free time for other activities because you will spend more time doing housework, balancing the budget and organizing things by yourself.
Eric Ries defines in this book a startup as an organization dedicated to creating something new under conditions of extreme uncertainty. This is just as true for one person in a garage or a group of seasoned professionals in a Fortune 500 boardroom. What they have in common is a mission to penetrate that fog of uncertainty to discover a successful path to a sustainable business. I learned about startup philosophy, which is used by both startups and more mature companies. This Book part´s are Vision, Define, Learn, Experiment, Leap, Test, Measure, Pivot or Preserve, Grow and Innovate. My favorite sentence from this book is “Those who look to adopt lean startup as a defined set of steps or tactics will not succeed. In a startup situation, things constantly go wrong.” I recommend this book for everybody who are interested about startup philosophy and investing. Kristiina Toomik

I think that there are not the right age for having children. It is so individual how people get ready to having them. Some of them are mature already in beginning of 20´s, therefore some people are not mentally adult even on their 30´s. Or like one of my relatives says that the best combination is young healthy woman and an older wealthy man. Also, the term young is very relative. Concidering the age of woman giving birth for the first time is about 25. It has been increased very much comparing with the ten years back time and the medium age for woman giving birth is 35. The society thinks that it is quite late and so am I
some illegal substances to relax more in the weekends. On the other hand there are also advantages. It's a great chance when the person realizes all the responsibility that he or she has to deal with. But you are not alone, there always be some support from home by helping you with cash for the food and rent. I do not think the main advantage of living all by yourself is partying, friends and girls I think the main advantage is that you can get some warm-up for mature life. Finally, senior high school students, are they old enough to live on their own or not? It depends on person, could he live on his own or not. In my opinion it is a matter of time when high school student gets independent to live on their own.
who believe that an ideal community should be merciful even to the ones who have not shown mercy, but there are also people who think that violating the rights of fellow members of the community, particularly if it happens consistently, should be punished as severely as the death sentence. Most Christians are firmly against capital punishment, because they believe that there is some good in every person, even if he does not show any regret for what he has done. Not all people are as mature as to have such forgiveness in them. On the other hand this type of forgiveness cannot be a groundsel for the larger community, because it requires that you should really know the person that is in question. The Gallup Death Penalty Poll has shown that in the year 2008 64% of Americans were in favour of the death penalty and 30% were against it. The results have mostly stayed the same over the years. Although, if the question was to choose between the death penalty or life
downs. I think it would be useful for all couples to rather wait a while before getting married, and not to make any haste decisions when it comes to something as serious as wedlock. All points considered, the main tip for having an ideal marriage is finding the right partner and being honest and straighforward with them. Respect and communication are vital parts to any wedlock, especially successful ones. Furthermore, the more mature the relationship is with your partner, the more likely it is you will have a happy and strong marriage.
Regardless of classes being enjoyable to students, there are always some exceptions. For instance, the lack of motivation is quite a frequent occurrence among university students. This means that even though the chosen specialty might be agreeable to them, some still play truant. Mandatory classes create discipline and perhaps help the students that are in lack of stimulus to stay on track with schoolwork. It can be argued, however, that university students should be mature enough to keep their own heads above water and learn to oblige themselves to attend classes when necessary. What is more, some students are often ahead of others in certain subjects or sometimes learn better by themselves, so compulsory classes would be an inconvenience for them. What good does a student who doesn’t even want to be in a lecture do? Besides, even students in university, not to mention secondary school, who find a class boring

Ursula 11. kl Description It is a small- to medium-sized evergreen tree, growing 1020 metres. The bark is thin, brown, coming off in small flakes aligned with the stem. The leaves are lanceolate, flat, dark green and highly poisonous. The seed cones are highly modified, each cone containing a single seed long partly surrounded by a modified scale which develops into a soft, bright red berry-like structure called an aril. The arils are mature 69 months after pollination, and with the seed contained are eaten by thrushes, waxwings and other birds. The aril is not poisonous. The seeds themselves are extremely poisonous and bitter, but are opened and eaten by some bird species Toxicity The bark, stem, needles and seeds of the yew are poisonous, although birds can eat the berries without digesting the seed. This dangerous side of the yew has led some to call it the "tree of death,,
D.Salinder" in the end of it, therefore I was really excited when we decided to read this book as a part of our English lesson course. It was very good way for English skills practice and also self- liberalizing. I think many teenagers would be able to relate the book to the actual themes - it's a modern classic of today. Every teeneager has had once felt himself sort of depressed and upset. It is absolutely normal state for identity formation. We mature, we become adults, we revise our values and are feeling really unusual sometimes. Lots of times I have caught myself thinking that I'd already felt something like this before... Lots of moments in this book were really similar to some periods of my life and many relatives seemed very similar to characters of this book. "The Catcher in the Rye" certainly wouldn't be everyone's "cup of tea book", however I find it an exciting and captivating reading, with a variety of brutal reality poured in

Tomatina: The 'Tomatina' tomato fight is surely the world's biggest food-fight: every year around 3000 people go in the Spanish town of Buñol to throw more than 40 tons of tomatoes at each other. It is unclear why the town's inhabitants started over 50 years ago the tradition of throwing mature tomatoes at each other, but today the event attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. You are on your own and as scary as this might bit, the experience of having to rely on yourself will serve you well. Also, your new school undoubtedly has courses that your old school does not. In addition, courses will offer a different cultural perspective on subjects you've been studying back home. Employers and graduate school committees will take note of an international study experience. Studying abroad helps students become more mature and resilient and these qualities are priceless in the workplace. Unfortunately there are many disadvantages to being an exchange student as well. Consider the difficulties you may face learning to study in a completely different environment, especially if your classes are in another language. If you're not a strong student to begin with, studying abroad might not be a good idea. This experience might also give you a culture shock

After school, Bella goes shopping so she can start cooking Charlie proper meals after having discovered his inability to cook anything other than fried eggs and bacon. Once again Bella is playing a maternal role in her relationship with one of her parents, in this case her father rather than her mother. After shopping, Bella checks her emails, discovering a series from her mother who appears to be a nervous character, worrying for little reason. Once again, Bella is forced to play the calm and mature adult, allaying her mother's fears, and offering maternal advice to calm her mother down. When Charlie gets home he is initially cautious Bella's cooking. This shows how little he knows his daughter as he remembers her mother's cooking and is concerned that Bella may take after her. His fears are proved needless. After dinner they discuss the Cullens. Charlie likes them and obviously has little time for those in the community who are suspicious of them

Küpsus (mature)- kui kasutatakse küpsuse mõistet lastega seoses, siis viidatakse tavaliselt konkreetse lapse käitumisele võrreldes teiste samaealistega. Samuti kasutakse terminit küpsus ka seoses füsioloogilise arenguga. Füüsiline areng (physical development)- hõlmab muutusi inimese organismis: pikkuses, kaalus, luude tiheduses, lihastes, nägemises, kuulmises. make the most of your talents. When author observe managers and directors who continually achieve success there is often a cerain characteristic a mixture of firmness, strength af character, courage, integrity, and being true to oneself that he calls ,,bottle". Throughout your career you will have many opportunities to show your ,,bottle". By making the right choices ones that show your courage and integrity you will grow and mature as a manager and as a person. Building on the ,,bottle" factor, it is worth noting the importance in general of having a positive attitude about your abilities. The skill and commitment may be there in abundance, but a negative or cautious approach can undermine your potential every time. Though very few would actually welcome adversity, advice is to see it for what it is and make the most of it: learn how to face it, learn how to cope with it, keep your feet on the ground,

savanna in tropical Australia and New Guinea and savannas in India are a creation of human fire use. The maquis shrub savannas of the Mediterranean region were likewise created and maintained by anthropogenic fire. These fires are usually confined to the herbaceous layer and do little long term damage to mature trees. However, these fires do serve to either kill or suppress tree seedlings, thus preventing the establishment of a continuous tree canopy which would prevent further grass growth. Prior to European settlement aboriginal land use practices, including fire, influenced vegetation and may have maintained and modified savanna flora. It has been suggested by many authors that aboriginal burning created a structurally more open savanna landscape. Aboriginal burning

Every year the wildebeest nations of the Serengeti congregated here towards the year’s end, and the scarred female had come with them. Therefore the predictability of power output from a certain sea state must be separately improved for each WEC. Ther is a huge challange for material properties due to a high number of cycles over the livetime and the corrosive atmosphere. In general the current costs of wave energy are higher than those of more mature offshore renewable energy sources, e.g. offshore wind turbines. In order to enhance the affordability of wave energy innovation is needed. Future wave energy converters will be geared towards cost reduction. In long-term view the affordability of a device will identify the economics of a project and not the huge capital expense, that is needed for a demonstration project [Muel2015]. 24 In general the current costs of wave energy are higher than those of more mature

Orphism, which is similar to abstract art, abstraction and cubism in his work. Delaunay concentrated on Orphism, while his later works were more abstract, reminiscent of Paul Klee. His key influence related to bold use of colour, and a clear love of experimentation of both depth and tone. While he was a child, Delaunay's parents divorced, and he was raised by his uncle, in La Ronchère (near Bourges). He took up painting at an early age and, by 1903, he was producing mature imagery in a confident, impressionistic style. In 1908, after a term in the military working as a regimental librarian, he met Sonia Terk, who he later married, though at the time she was married to a German art dealer who she would soon divorce. In 1909, Delaunay began to paint a series of studies of the city of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The following year, he married Terk, and the couple settled in a studio apartment in Paris, where they later had a son
for limited resources is crucial and populations of K-selected organisms typically are very constant and close to the maximum that the environment can bear (unlike r-selected populations, where population sizes can change much more rapidly). Traits that are thought to be characteristic of K-selection include: large body size, long life expectancy, and the production of fewer offspring that require extensive parental care until they mature. Organisms whose life history is subject to K-selection are often referred to as K-strategists or K-selected. Organisms with K-selected traits include large organisms such as elephants, trees, humans and whales, but also smaller, long-lived organisms such as Arctic Terns. 11.
