Fast food saves our time and money? Essee

Fast food saves our time and money? There are several arguments for and against fast food. Some people find fast food the easiest way to have a full stomach, but others find that it contains too many harmful substances. I would like to discuss both the pros and the cons. On the one hand, there are definitely some good sides to fast food. First of all, buying a TV dinner saves time. After a hard day at work, you will be probably very hungry and there is nothing better than getting a ready meal. You don’t have to buy the ingredients on the dish and waste time for cooking. Furthermore, fast food is cheaper. If you live alone, it is usually cheaper to buy a meal for one at the supermarket. Also, certain junk foods like burgers and fries are notoriously cheap.

Fast food . Advantages and disadvantages.

Fast food . Advantages and disadvantages. I will write about fast food- advantages and disadvantages. Advantages of fast food is that it's made easily and fast. You just go maybe to McDonald's and you buy your meal about 5-8 minutes and your meal is done. You have full stomach and you are happy about 2-4 hours and then you're hungry again. More advantages are that it's so easily available and cheap, you can get it in drive-in and you can order it home. It's good business to let people it that stuff. Disadvantages because people are addicted to it and it has affected their life harshly. And the workers there aren't so polite. There was article that they have been given wrong change back or spit in peoples food. Or they make fries with oil that has been there about 4-8 weeks. And what they offer to people isn't healthy at all. The use only the cheapest ingredients. People think that they it fast food then they don't have to cook at home

If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. further knowledge on the prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease. In this investigation I will study two similar prospective studies on plant based diets and cardiovascular diseases, mainly coronary artery disease, to find out if the outcomes of one have anything common with the other. I want to find out whether the outcomes of these studies are reasonable and have any evidence from other studies to support them. My sources include a wide variety of medical journals, studies and webpages. The Californian Seventh-day Adventists study found vegetarian men to have significantly lower risk of coronary artery disease compared to non-vegetarians whereas vegetarian women were at the highest risk. The Oxford vegetarian study, on the other hand, found all vegans and vegetarians to have lower mortality rates when it came to coronary artery disease

Addiction and drugs

When the level of nicotine falls in your blood and you're a regular smoker, you usually develop withdrawal symptoms, such as craving, anxiety, restlessness, headaches, irritability, hunger, difficulty with concentration, or just feeling awful. These symptoms are relieved by the next cigarette. Most smokers need to smoke regularly to feel normal and to prevent nicotine withdrawal symptoms. So once you start smoking it is very hard to quit. But why is smoking so harmful? Cigarettes have tar in them which contains many chemicals. These deposit in the lungs and can get into the blood vessels and are carried to other parts of the body. Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including over 50 known carcinogens (causes of cancer) and other poisons. In addition to different kinds of cancer (mouth, nose, throat, larynx, gullet, pancreas, bladder, cervix, blood, and kidney) it also may cause heart diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, fasten your ageing and have impact on your fertility

Fast food saves more time and money than cooking a meal at home. People can find fast food anywhere, like chips, sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, French fries, chicken nuggets, tacos. However, by making some smart choices we can definitely minimize the drawbacks of fast food. Tea

In the UK there are as many different ways of making and drinking tea as there are flavours. People drink Indian teas, Chinese teas, herbal teas, and fruit teas. English tea is specially adapted for UK tastebuds. To make a cup of English tea the first step is to boil some water - usually in an electric kettle. Traditionally the drink is then made by pouring the boiling water into a teapot and adding tea leaves. The leaves are left to infuse, or brew, and when it is ready the liquid is poured into teacups through a strainer and drunk with milk. Nowadays, many people use teabags, which are perforated pockets of paper with leaves inside. There is some controversy over the use of milk in tea - some people say that milk should be put in the cup or mug before the tea, and others are equally insistent that it should be put in afterwards. Estonian cuisine

Pork has been the most important meat and is eaten roasted, cured as bacon, in the form of ham, or in pies and sausages. There are many other main dishes too. Black Bread Black rye bread accompanies almost every savory food in Estonia. Instead of wishing "bon appetit", Estonians are prone to say jätku leiba ("may your bread last"). Estonians continue to value their varieties of black rye-based bread. Estonia has not been a land of plenty. If a piece of bread was dropped on the floor, it was good form to pick it up, kiss it to show respect, and eat it.[citation needed] When Estonians live abroad, they often say that they miss black bread the most. Desserts Specific desserts include kissel, curd snack and kama. Rhubarb pies are a favorite. Red currant kissel Strawberry and kiwi curd snack Drinks A traditionally popular drink called kali - similar to Russian kvass - is becoming more popular again. weight. Glycogen, the glucose store of animals, is a more highly branched version of amylopectin. In industry, starch is converted into sugars, for example by malting, and fermented to produce ethanol in the manufacture of beer, whisky and biofuel. It is processed to produce many of the sugars used in processed foods. The biggest industrial non-food use of starch is as an adhesive in the papermaking process. Starch can be applied to parts of some garments before ironing, to stiffen them. Mixing most starches in warm water produces a paste, such as wheatpaste, which can be used as a thickening, stiffening or gluing agent. Slide 3 Starch is the major component of natural food, sometimes taking about 70% of the mass. Therefore it is important to know how starch content and its characteristics like size, cell thickness change starch digestion in gastrointestinal tract. Chocolate addiction

Chocolate addiction Anete Samelselg 2015 What is this addiction A person who is addicted to chocolate is called chocoholic. A chocoholic is a person who craves chocolate. There is some medical evidence to support the existence of actual addiction to chocolate. However, the term is mostly used loosely or humorously to describe a person who is inordinately fond of chocolate. The chocolate addiction happens mostly with women because they eat more emotionally than men. Why do people get addicted to it The essential components of addiction are intense craving for something, loss of control over the use of it, and continued use despite negative consequences. Studies have shown that people can exhibit all three of these components in relation to food, particularly food that contains sugar or fat. Since chocolate contains both, it is often used in studies of food addiction. Why it's bad Eating too much chocolate is bad because it's not healthy food it's

Prayers to Ishvara to reveal Himself If I want to obey someone, I should know this person. We can know the Ishvara by the spiritual vision. Developing the spiritual vision has two parts: · cultivating the proper knowledge & then · developing the right disposition of the heart Yet to understand the Supreme Lord is not just an intellectual exercise, we have to offer both the head & the heart to the Lord. This is part of our endeavor, but ultimately it is up to the Supreme Lord to reveal Himself. So we pray to Him to reveal Himself.

Dear Alice, Date: I received your nice letter and I understood that you're interested in healthy lifstyle. If you want to start, I suggest to start checking what you eat. You should eat a lot of fruits, fresh vegetables and "green stuff", because fresh food contains most of the necessary vitamins. I don't forbid you from anything, but I think you should avoid fries, hamburgers, potato chips and sweets. Did you know, that it is important to eat everything you like, but in the right amount - not too much and not too little? It is not good for you to think too much about your weight, it is too stressful. Just have whatever you like, but control yourself - veggies instead of fries, etc. A good workout is the second most important thing in leading a healthy lifstyle. I suggest you to go jogging, it is pleasant and at the same time, cheap. You should exercise at least 30minutes per day
