Movie review

Dear John movie review Dear John is a romantic drama. It was released on February 5, 2010. The film was directed by Lasse Hallström and it is a movie made from a book from Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name. The key of the movie were love, war, loss, forgiveness. I liked the actors very much. The actors were Amanda Seyfried as Savannah and Channing Tatum as John. I liked Seyfried before I saw that movie, because she can play different roles and I believe her. She is a really good actor, not like most of the Hollywood actors. Tatum I saw acting the first time but I liked him too. They were really good together. Seyfried played a rich Southern girl who doesn't drink, doesn't do drugs and is spending her spring rebuilding houses for the poor people. Tatum plays a guy from Army who meets Savannah in the beach when Savannah lost her bag into the sea and John goes after that bag. I liked all the scenes of the movie. They were really well mad

performances, and Inception is one of his best. The rest of the players fall into place perfectly, especially Gordon-Levitt and Hardy whose breakthrough supporting roles are vital to making this mind bending locomotive go and they give some nice laughs along the way to give your brain a breather from the intricate psychological pinball. Several scenes involve jaw dropping special effects that leave you wanting to see them again. Including a train barrelling down a busy city street, and then in probably the most stunning Gordon- Levitt's Arthur does battle in an anti gravity hotel hall way spinning, flying, and running sideways down the wall. After the amazing achievement of Nolan's super hero epic The Dark Knight, the bar was set high for whatever project he decided to unveil as his follow up, and what Nolan has done with Inception has even raised the bar higher. The picture perfect cast,

The most famous representative was Michael Gold. The most interesting style was modernist combined with realism. The most interesting writer of this period was John Dos Passos 1896-1970. He is linked to the 1930's, the period of fear, unemployment, the rise of facism, market crashing. Came from an interesting background, grandfather was portugese, his mother came from puritan New England. Father was a lawyer and importand figure on wall street. He was born into a well off family and this is a paradox about him. Upper middle class family, yet his political views were very radical, he was extremely well educated. He was hostile against the social order in the usa. The central theme in his writings is the criticism of basic institutions of american society. Interestingly, he wasnt just a social critic but one of the best experimentalists. Anti war novel called ,,Three soldiers". Dos Passos went to Europe, served for a while. Three
