Counterfeit make-up, perfume, hair straighteners and sun creams are all affected, warn the City of London Police. They asked is my parents at home. I dont´t know what i thinked at that instant but i said no. After that they pushed me inside and told me to shut up. They pulled their guns out and point it to my head. I started screaming and crying. They asked me quickly belt up or they gonna shoot me. When i was little calm down i asked what they want. They said that they want money and told me to call my parents. They said that my parent must pay one milion eurs. Before i get to call, the police arrived. Luckly one of my neighbours had heard my screaming and called police. I was so shoked. After that i don´t dare to be home alone anymore. millions of dollars a year. Many people who have gone down the road of smoking don't have enough money to pay for their treatment. Another point in favour of banning smoking in all public places is the fact that passive smoking is very harmful. A lot of people and not only adults but children too who don't smoke may not even have an idea that being close to a smoking person can be very dangerous. One argument against is that the police has better things to do than to enforce a smoking ban. Smoking is something that all people won't just quit and the trouble for the police for punishing all of them is just too big in quantity. Also you can't force people to stop smoking if they don't want to. Smoking is a habit but it isn't very easy to quit and all of the smokers don't necessarily want to do it either. In my opinion everyone should have the right to choose whether they some or not
I read a book The Clocks by Agatha Cristie. It is an exciting detective story about a investigation that takes place when a unknown dead male was found in a blind lady's hotel room. The dead body was found when the blind lady, Miss Pebmarsh called to the secretary bureau and needed a stenographer to her room at three o' clock. The stenographist, Sheila Webb found the body lying on the ground after she went in. The investigation begins when two police inspectors Colin Lamb and Dick Hardcastle start to question people who lived nearby. Since the police dont get very far, Hercule Poirot is hired to solve the case. Particular intrest in this story will be on Josiah Bland and Valerie Bland, because it is found that Josiah had another wife long time ago, who is now dead.
