Report

In order to prepare this report we interviewed students from all parts of college. According to students we spoke to, the car park is used by a lot of visitors and year by year more students have more cars. Not surprisingly, the car park becomes full and there are not enough possibilities to leave car. The second problem is that the buses often run late and are always full. The majority of students cannot afford the taxi fare from home to college. Some of them are unwilling to go on foot, because they are living far from college. The most realistic solution is to improve the bus service, writing to bus company. As a result good public transport will reduce the number of private cars. The second decision is to raise the price of car parking and extend it into the sports field. Perhaps it will take some time and extra money, but it will solve the majority of our transport problems. Yours sincerely, xxx

books. Bella herself is a well written and realistic character, shy and lacking in confidence, her sarcastic inner voice narrates the story for the reader. Twilight is simply and yet beautifully written. The descriptions of Forks leave you feeling like you can almost smell the damp air and hear the rain falling on the roof. The romance between Edward and Bella is both touching and compelling. There is a melancholic feel to their impossible love, yet at the same time they both are unwilling to give up hope that their relationship is not doomed. The book reaches a fever pitch of excitement as the romance between Bella and Edward turns into a frantic race to stay alive. I have heard Twilight described as "a vampire story for people who don't like vampire stories" and I think I would agree with that. This book really has something for everyone. Young adult readers, vampire fans or romance readers will all find Twilight to be an appealing story.

The highest result of education is tolerance

And when those views happen to have even a slight difference from our own then we start a discussion what at the end of the day helps us to understand the world in a better way, more opened minded way. As we all know Helen Keller was a remarkable activist with a really high tolerance level. Tolerating our fellow compatriots should be every person's goal. For me seeing a bigoted with a high degree is just asinine. How can you even name yourself so called educated person when you are unwilling to be open-minded and do not listen to other people's ideas. It is actually very sad. I am rather sure that those people do not think about how they may hurt others with their sayings caused by their intolerance. So do you remember my question at the beginning of the speech? Why do we need to tolerate weird kids at school? I hope by now you have figured out that because they may turn out to be rich and successful one day. But in all seriousness my grandma once said to me: `'Oh, my

was more interested in immortality than in him, it's Bella's turn to laugh, assuring him that without him, she wouldn't want to live even a day, let alone eternity. Reassured, Edward tells Bella that he understands her qualms about marriage; but he asks her to try to understand how natural getting married seems to someone of his own era. For a moment she visualizes herself as a radiant, turn-of-the-century bride-to-be, before quickly returning to her own reality. Edward, for his part, remains unwilling to relent and change Bella unless she marries him first. They agree they are glad to understand one another's perspectives better, but it is still an impasse. When Edward arrives the next morning to take Bella to school, she is staring blindly at a newspaper report on the latest string of gruesome murders in Seattle. The newborn vampire there is clearly getting scarily out of hand. Bella is terrified by the idea of the Cullens going to Seattle to deal with it, but also of the Volturi

Capulet flies into a rage and threatens to disown her if she refuses the marriage. Mr. Bingley intended it likewise, and sometimes made choice of his county; but as he was now provided with a good house and the liberty of a manor, it was doubtful to many of those who best knew the easiness of his temper, whether he might not spend the remainder of his days at Netherfield, and leave the next generation to purchase. His sisters were anxious for his having an estate of his own; but, though he was now only established as a tenant, Miss Bingley was by no means unwilling to preside at his table-- nor was Mrs. Hurst, who had married a man of more fashion than fortune, less disposed to consider his house as her home when it suited her. Mr. Bingley had not been of age two years, when he was tempted by an accidental recommendation to look at Netherfield House. He did look at it, and into it for half-an-hour--was pleased with the situation and the principal rooms, satisfied with what the owner said in its praise, and took it immediately.

And so, when we have leisure from the demands of business cares, we are eager to see, to hear, to learn something new, and we esteem a desire to know the secrets or wonders of creation as indispensable to a happy life. Thus we come to understand that what is true, simple, and genuine appeals most strongly to a man's nature. To this passion for discovering truth there is added a hungering, as it were, for independence, so that a mind well-moulded by Nature is unwilling to be subject to anybody save one who gives rules of conduct or is a teacher of truth or who, for the general good, rules according to justice and law. From this attitude come greatness of soul and a sense of superiority to worldly conditions. And it is no mean manifestation of Nature and Reason that man is the only animal that has a feeling for order, for propriety, for moderation in word and deed. Unfortunately, the contract language was not clear enough to indicate whether the designers were obligated to share their models or not. Therefore Hoffman had an option to produce a BIM model in-house and risk delaying the following processes or hope that the next subcontractor would produce a model and share it with everyone else. They chose the latter approach, hoping that the curtain wall design-builder would hand their model over to Hoffman. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, however, found the beautiful woman spy, the secret codes, and the infallible cryptologist of The Blonde Countess eminently suitable for its purposes. A problem was that no redblooded movie hero would settle for a dull desk job like codebreaking, but the film company fixed that up by destroying the fabric of Yardley's tale and making the hero an unwilling intellectual who wanted only to serve in the trenches overseas. The result was Rendez- vous, starring William Powell, Rosalind Russell, Binnie Barnes, Cesar Romero, and Lionel Atwill. Yardley was retained by MGM on a generous contract as technical advisor and became friendly with Powell. The film premiered at New York's Capitol Theatre on October 25, 1935. The New York Times reviewed it as a "lively and amusing melodrama."
