Inglise keele eksamiks- Role Play

The following expressions of asking someone to repeat can also be useful: - Could you say that again, please? - Would you mind repeating that, please? - Could you repeat that, please? Once you have finished, you will be moved on to the next task. The interviewer will hand you a card with a task on it. You will read it to yourself. You will have 1 minute to think about it. You will be told when the time is up. Note-taking is not allowed at this stage. Role play is interaction! Interact naturally with appropriate openings, responses, fillers, amplifications: 1. Make an introduction use the task; identify yourself, say what you want to know and whether the person is willing to talk to you. For example: - I'd like some information about the hotel, please. Could you please give me more details about it? - Can you do me a favour and ......... ? - Do you mind if I ask you some questions about the admission requirements?

Play sports and you get a lot more than a fit body

Sport plays a role in every person's life. A lot of us enjoy doing different sports, others maybe not so much. Everybody needs some sport while growing. It is not only because the world today is filled with computers and people are always sitting by desks. Sport has many positive effects on people besides having a fit body. There is a saying that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Team sports show and teach how to work in a group, how to communicate. People who play sports can release some energy in the game also and they will be calmer, their decisions will be more calculated. Training regularly will teach how to divide their time between school or a job and training. I think that sport is a good way to teach a person some responsibility and consistence, too. To make some improvement in a certain sport a person has to keep training consistently. I would say that playing sports helps everybody to keep fit but there is much more to it

Should children be encouraged to do sports?

Should children be encouraged to do sports? The majority of parents do not know how to make their children understand the importance of exercising, especially because of the amout of technology no child will rather go out and play football than sitting at home and watching TV or playing video games. Should we encourage children to do sports? Firstly, doing sports is important for our health and if children do not do sports it may cause health conditions when they get older for example overweight. Choosing an exercise should be appropriated to the child's age and development. A good thing to do is to take the child for a walk, swimming pool or even to play a video game Wii.

Brexit (inglise keelne)

From 28 to 27. What is the long-term consequence of the UK leaving the European Union? There is no question that the United Kingdom leaving the European Union or Brexit as we all know it, is a big hit for the EU and the UK. It’s by no means an easy process and a lot of people are against it, but today nothing can be done to stop it. Even though Brexit is seen by its leaders as a positive change, it will also have quite a negative effect on Britain and play a big role in reshaping European Union. Most British people were voting for Brexit to regain sovereignty, to ‘take back control’ and regulate their laws. At first glance, it may seem that they would be in charge of their actions which would mean that nobody on the outside can manipulate them. Although nowadays countries depend on each other a lot and the UK is no exception. Everything is more connected

,,Right from the tip",Reet Toot's wonderful historical play It seems like the music never stops in Reet Toot's historical youth play ,,Right from the tip." This musical was devoted to the 90th birthday of Georg Ots' Music school. Reet Toot has described her play as a ,,Musical history" in two surveys. Although everything in this play was really special, the most important thing was that all the actors were young people. Most of them are students in the birthday school. The play ,,Right from the tip" was played at the Estonian Puppet theater in February. The idea to make a musical out of the music school history came from one of the school's teatcher, Siim Aimla. He introduced his idea to the producer, Reet Toot. That's where the historical musical started. All the actors were really profeccional. It was a quit.e big suprise, because they were all very young. At this play there were two first actors Terje Pennie and Anti Kobin who played the students of music school

Oliver Twist

Review Oliver Twist Recently, when an English troupe came to Estonia to play Oliver Twist, we were lucky enough to go see it at the Salme Centre. The play was based on the book Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. They performed it in English, ofcourse, but what makes the play more interesting, is that it was in Old English. Thanks to the language, it took us back in time where the story takes place. It was hard to focus on the play, because of a girl who was sitting in the last row. She was laughing at all times, although the play had only a few humorous lines worth laughing. If you go to a theatre and you find the play boring, sit quietly and have some respect for other people. I really don't like plays where they cut down on the number of actors. Every actor should have only one role, so that they don't get their lines mixed and to really live into their character. Fortunately the performances were rather convincing

The Importance of Being Earnest

The Importance of Being Earnest The story is based on a book called "The Importance of Being Earnest" by Oscar Wilde. The play is directed by Peter Joucla and produced by Grantly Marshall. It is played by the American Drama Group Europe. This is a theatre group that travels around the world, so people can see many different plays and performances in English. The play tells the story of two men. One of them, Jack, lives in the country but loves to go to London once in a while. Jack's friend Algernon lives in London but, vice versa, likes to get away from the urbanism. Both of them fall in love with a woman, but the two men make a mistake, they lie about their name. Both say their name is Earnest and as it turns out, that is the name a man should have to marry those women. Of course the lie comes out and that is when the real drama starts.

Jack was caught by his best friend Algernon who found his cigar box , in which the name Ernest had been written . Algernon also created himself an imaginary friend called Bunbury. Teater NO99

Theatre NO99 I chose to write about this theatre because I like it the most. It is the most modern theatre I think and the plays are also most startling and astonishing, compare to other theatres in Estonia. It began to operate in February 2005, so it is one of the youngest theatres in Estonia. Probably that's why it is very different from the others and its repertoire is more contemporary then classical. Their first play what "Sometimes you feel that life will end and there hasn't been any love". The theatre also organizes so called one-time "actions", in which you can't be certain if it's going to be a success of failure, because the ideas are somewhat crazy. It has two theatre halls, but their plays have been staged in the open air as well. For example one time in an old swimming pool and also in three abandoned airplane hangars. Their imagination has no boundaries.

The Selfish Giant Oscar Wilde The children used to play in the Giant's garden every day. When Giant came back home after seven years he was very sad and cried in a very grunft voice. He will not allow nobody to play in it but hisself and h built a high wall all round it and put up notice-board. The poor had now nowhere to play. The spring came and all over the country there were little blossoms and little birds. Only in the garden of the selfish Giant it was still winter . KING LEAR

Edgar duels with and kills Edmund; we learn of the death of Gloucester; Goneril poisons Regan out of jealousy over Edmund and then kills herself when her treachery is revealed to Albany; Edmund’s betrayal of Cordelia leads to her needless execution in prison; and Lear finally dies out of grief at Cordelia’s passing. Albany, Edgar, and the elderly Kent are left to take care of the country under a cloud of sorrow and regret. King Lear - The aging king of Britain and the protagonist of the play. Lear is used to enjoying absolute power and to being flattered, and he does not respond well to being contradicted or challenged. At the beginning of the play, his values are notably hollow—he prioritizes the appearance of love over actual devotion and wishes to maintain the power of a king while unburdening himself of the responsibility. Nevertheless, he inspires loyalty in subjects such as Gloucester, Kent, Cordelia, and Edgar, all of whom risk their lives for him.

Healthy Life

Healthy Life I do not workout. I just do not have time for that and I do not have a mind to do workout sometimes. My way to workout is to play basketball, 90 minutes PE classes once a week and walk with my dog. In summers, I usually watch soccer on television and sometimes play basketball. My mother, father and sister are completely opposites of me. My sister practices swimming and soccer three times a week, including she rides with a bike. My mother bought herself a fitness machine; she uses it twice a week. My father also goes to fitness centre, rides with a bike and runs three times a week. In our family there is only me, who workout with my brain instead to do physical exercises. In addition, my grandparents are not capable to

Class essaay. "Music is the universal language"

can't hear anything. Thats sad. I listen to my iPod too, but sometimes it disturbes me, and then I want to hear the naturalmusic after hearing artificial music, which is just imitted that nature by humans. I like to create everything with my hands. I love everything that is connected with art. Some years ago Istarted to paly the goitar, but I havent enough patience. But now, I want to really learn and play it better. I know when I can play guitar I can play it everywhere in companies. That can be a perfect way to found an agreement and it unites the strangers. Guitar creates a joyful atmosphere and gives great mood. I believe that every human beignmust find their own Eva and adam. The first wild human were surrounded by nature and love and peace. Our planet Earth calls us to see it in own spirits. Earht gives us signals how we must live. It's everywhere.. look the birda- they are so independet and free and so connected with the nature.

It keeps us healthy and physically fit. I think that every person should do some sports to stay physically fit. If you do sport, you can run about 3 km without getting exhausted. If you don't to any sport, you get tired very quickly and gain a lot of weight. I think that to stay healthy, physically fit and feel good for itself every person should do some sport every day. After you do sport, you have a good feeling and you're happy that you did that. Do whatever - run, walk, play ball games, throw a ball and you do it yourself to feel better. There are P.E lessons in every school. That is good, because some people do not work out, outside the school and so they do at least some movement. In school we have two P.E lessons a week and that isn't enough compared with the 2-4 hours a day that students spend on the internet or watching TV. In our P.E lessons we play ball games, do long jumps and run and have fun. I think everybody have good time there
