Such understanding can only be taught in higher education institutions. The point of education is to allow opportunity. As opportunities change, so must our education systems. Also why do pay the university costs yourself is that you already have education free till the end of high school. So what do you want more from the Government? Government makes big spendings to education because they know that this is their country's future at stake. Even lunches till high school are free for everyone. Therefore there's not much reasons to complain. In conclusion I think it would definitely be a respectable decision from the Government if the universities are to be free. But the affects to the budget would be enormous. At the moment the Government's budget probably wouldn't handle it well.
