Simple and small ways affect the enviroment for the better

Use them correctly. Anyway you should avoid using plastic- it never breaks down, and has led to the poisoning and death of numerous sea creatures. Don’t use plastic bags, use reusable fabric bags instead. Don’t waste food, use up your leftovers. Also if you have usable clothes or household items that you don’t need anymore, donate them to charity or sell them, instead of sending them to the landfill. You can protect the enviroment by reducing, reusing and recycling. All these little things like using rechargable batteries, turning off your computers at night, paying bills online, using both sides of paper or planting a tree and so on, all these things matter. It’s not much asked to do these simple and small things for the enviroment.

Caffeine

26 recognized as safe is that toxic doses (over 1000 mg for an average adult) are much higher than 27 typically used doses. Ordinary consumption has low health risks, even when carried on for 28 years there may be a modest protective effect against some diseases, including Parkinson's 29 disease, heart disease, and certain types of cancer. Some people experience sleep disruption if 30 they consume caffeine, especially during the evening hours, but others show little disturbance 31 and the effect of caffeine on sleep is highly variable. 32 Caffeine is quickly and completely removed from the brain. Its effects are short-lived and it 33 tends not to negatively affect concentration or higher brain functions. However, continued 34 exposure to caffeine leads to developing a tolerance to it. Tolerance causes the body to become 35 sensitized to adenosine, so withdrawal causes blood pressure to drop, which can result in a 36 headache and other symptoms

Acverbs and adverbial phrases

2 6. Some adverbs have the same form as the adjective. This is the case with hard, fast, late. Adjective Adverb Jack is a very fast runner. Jack can run very fast. Ann is a hard worker. Ann works hard. Ann hardly ever works hard. The train was late. Tom got up late this morning. NB! hardly means very little, nearly not; hard means very much 7. Many adverbs end in -ly, because many adjectives can be made into adverbs by adding –ly. E.g. quick/quickly, slow/slowly, brave/bravely, careful/carefully, bad/badly: They didn’t go out because it was raining heavily. Colin was disappointed to see how badly his son had done at the exam. NB! At the same time there are some adjectives which end in –ly as well. The most common are friendly, lively, lovely, ugly, silly, cowardly:

Estonian teen

Võru doesn't have pressure for teens because it is a small and a peaceful city, at least I can't feel any. Is there a difference in Estonia between the north and the south? No, there isn't a big difference, but when I went there and talked to some of my friends living in Tallinn, then I noticed that they don't recognize some of the words we use every day in Võru. Have you visited any other countries? Yes, I have visited many different countries. When I was little, our family traveled a lot. We lived in the USA for one year but unfortunately, I can't remember too much. We visited America another time too, when I was in the second grade. That was very cool and we visited many places. I have also been to Paris, with my choir. We went the Eiffel tower too. A few years ago, our friends who live in Norway, invited us to visit them. We agreed and went there in winter and spent Christmas and New Year there. That was one amazing vacation to remember too

All studied biomes

The deciduous forest has four distinct seasons, spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In the autumn the leaves change color. During the winter months the trees lose their leaves. The animals adapt to the climate by hibernating in the winter and living off the land in the other three seasons. DesertDeserts cover about one fifth of the Earth's land surface. Deserts temperature ranges from 20 to 25° C. The extreme maximum temperature ranges from 43.5 to 49°. Hot and Dry Deserts usually have very little rainfall and concentrated rainfall in short periods between long rainless periods. Most Hot and Dry Deserts don't have very many plants. The only animals they have that can survive have the ability to burrow under ground. They only come out in the night when it is a little cooler. SavannaA savanna is a rolling grassland scattered with shrubs and isolated trees, which can be found between a tropical rainforest and desert biome. Savannas are also known as tropical grasslands

"Anna Karenina" kokkuvõte

that she knows she ruined the gala for Kitty by flirting with Vronsky. Yet Anna contends the whole thing really wasn't her fault. Dolly makes an important note at this point: Anna denies blame in the same way Stiva does. This makes Anna, quite frankly, a liar. "'Yes,' Anna went on. 'Do you know why Kitty didn't come to dinner? She's jealous of me.... I've been the cause of that ball being a torture to her instead of a pleasure. But truly, truly it's not my fault, or only my fault a little bit,' she said, daintily drawling the words 'a little bit.'" Anna leaves, laden with shame and guilt. She knows she's running from Vronsky, but she also knows she doesn't want to return to her husband. This haunts her. At one of the train stops, she needs to step outside for air to clear her head of guilt. Instead of a clean conscience, her head is filled with the sharp sounds of a worker hammering on the metal tracks. When Anna arrives at the St. Petersburg station she immediately

Energy - põhjalik referaat energiast

Electricity and natural gas are the most common energy sources used in commercial buildings. Commercial buildings also use another source that you don't usually find used in residential buildings--district energy. When there are many buildings close together, like on a college campus or in a big city, it is sometimes more efficient to have a central heating and cooling plant that distributes steam, hot water, or chilled water to all of the different buildings. A district system can reduce equipment and maintenance costs, as well as save energy. 9 Picture 2.6. Types of energy used in commercial buildings Retail and service buildings use the most total energy of all the commercial building types. This isn't too surprising when you think of all the stores and service businesses in most towns. Offices use a large share of energy, too. Education buildings, like your school, use

Yes, so it is, but, I do have a certain reason. Do you remember Sir Thom of the Minquettes'? That fine young man with fascinating blue eyes... Oh, my sweet Mary, you will never guess what happened yesterday! It was about seven o'clock in the evening when Lillian called me out for a walk you know I can't say `no' to my little sis. Anyway we went to the forest near the Swan Lake and, believe it or not, got lost! Awful! I was so scared... We walked and walked, not even knowing the direction we were heading to, until we reached a huge mansion. And the garden around it was so extraordinary... That is something you just must see! But neither the trees nor flowers could be as wonderful as the owner himself! Sir Thom treated us tea and sandwiches, not forgetting to show us way back to the village

Air pollution Firstly, lets talk about air pollution, which endangeres our life in cities and also the forests near by. Cars and factories blow poisoned gas in the air and it mixes with the oxygen, so the air that we breathe, becomes dangerous to our health. SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Through these learning tools teachers can provide opportunities for students to be able to work and excel at their own level and pace. These are just a few examples of how mobile technology in the classrooms is enhancing education. The list goes on and on and will only continue to grow. What an exciting future our kids have to look forward to! Technology in the classroom is changing the face of education as we speak. Con arguments One day I saw a little girl pointing at the sweets at the checkout and her mother said: `No, they're bad for your teeth.' So her daughter, who was no more than two, did what small children often do at such times. She threw a tantrum. What happened next horrified me. The embarrassed mother found her iPad in her bag and thrust it into her daughter's hands. Peace was restored immediately. School on cool!

SCHOOL IS COOL ! The pressure for teens nowadays is unprecedented. Especialy for those who have exams, musicschool or training. Sudenly we find ourselves asking why? why so much pressure, what`s the whole point ? Too many responsibilities are very frustrating. Even some rainy day could make us sad ! It`s easy to study in winter, because nothing is calling us out. In spring only thought is what will i do after school? Weather is warm again and sun can be very foxy! Another disturbing factor is " annoying classmates" . Some people just want to put up a show. They scream , yell ugly words to teachers and impede the schoolwork. Thanks to the yellers, teachers are mad and ofcourse they punish the whole class. This is also very depressing. Just admire teachers! They can give us homework according to their mood. Sometimes opening the daiary and looking at the homework it just seems like teachers want to tease us! But in the other hand , teachers

Millennials and Technology

things you know now if it weren't for the Internet. Looking at it like that, millennials don't really differ from robots all that much. Some are even more advanced that any of us! Both of us use technology every single day to recieve and process information. Both of us move fast and socialize through the Internet. Everything we get from a robot, such as a phone or a computer, we analyze and memorize for future purposes. In conclusion, you are your smartphone and all its apps. There's even a little bit of Flappy Bird still flying around inside you. It is quite impossible to live without a phone these days. A study conducted by Nielsen, an American global information and measurement company shows that over 85% of millennials own smartphones. It also states that we are twice as likely (40%) to use social media in the bathroom. It's very possible that you've done it too! Next time, remember to be careful so it doesn't fall in... Introduction of SCM

and inventory management. Traditionally, marketing, distribution, planning, manufacturing, and the purchasing organizations along the supply chain operated independently. These organizations have their own objectives and these are often conflicting. Marketing's objective of high customer service and maximum sales dollars conflict with manufacturing and distribution goals. Many manufacturing operations are designed to maximize throughput and lower costs with little consideration for the impact on inventory levels and distribution capabilities. Purchasing contracts are often negotiated with very little information beyond historical buying patterns. The result of these factors is that there is not a single, integrated plan for the organization---there were as many plans as businesses. Clearly, there is a need for a mechanism through which these different functions can be integrated together. Supply chain management is a
