My Ideal Home
My ideal house would be a small detached villa on a quiet tropical island , preferably with an outdoor pool. The house is made of bricks . In my case I would have as many windows as possible.
Light colour in the hall, it's the first thing you see when you walk into the house. There 's not much space, therefore , this is fulfilled only essential things. On the right hand, there is a low cupboard, which is next to the vase of globe-flowers. On the opposite wall ,
there is rocking chair and a peg. The ceiling is painted white and cream colored carpet covers the parquet.
The next room consists of dining- and living-room. This is the biggest and the brightest room in this house. A rich mintcream walls and hardwood floors- these two are well contrasted with furniture. One wall is all glass with a nice view of the ocean , so it's left almost uncovered. Only dining table and four chairs in oak are located close to it. This way you should have a good view at sunset. It is even better in autumn and spring , when you can enjoy it at dinner time. Above the table there's big chandelier lamp, also one painting on the wall. It depicting the wild rocky coastline.
On the opposite wall, there is fireplace and three-piece suite , consisting of a sofa and two armchairs in fabric, among them a small coffee table. Beside the sofa is a standard lamp. Immediately after the fireplace, there's widescreen TV and bookcase.
If you look left you see the door that leads to the kitchen . It's of medium size . Although the walls and ceiling are white, red furniture is inescapable. Dishwasher and trash can are built-in cabinets. Electric cooker, the sink unit with its stainless steel sink ang gleaming chromium taps are under the wall cabinets. Cupboards using magnets to close the doors easier. Refrigerator and lamps are also built-in to keep the uniform style.
On the opposite wall, there's a high table with bar chairs. The roller blinds cover two windows, which one has candles on the window-sill. Part of the kitchen floor is dark parquet, second is French ceramic floor.
Next to the kitchen, there's a lavatory. It consists of toilet bowl, wash -basin, panel ceiling lamp and green plant, which bring warmth and cheer with its beauty and freshness.
On the second floor, there are 1 bedroom, also one big bathroom and a cabinet. The bedroom and cabinet are separated with sliding doors.
The first is bigger than the other . It's furnished with a bedroom suite in alder. The suite consists of a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a cloth chest with a TV on it. Yellowish furniture and coral red wallpaper are great combination. A thick red carpet in the middle of room covers one-third of the whole floor.
Cabinet, which is five steps away , is well lighted room. The walls are painted pale yellow , the ceiling is white. The windows are large and the room has now more space. Almost in the middle of that is a big desk with leather office chair. Bookcases are on both wall and
one big painting creats a boundary between them.
The last room is bathroom. Its walls and floor are tiled in light blue . The bubble bath and wash machine are in the most remote corner . Striped face flannels have been hung over the side of the bath to dry. Over the wash-basin there is a big mosaic mirror and
a glass shelf for toothbrushes, toothpaste and so on. On the opposite wall, there is a low chest for spare sheets and built-in little icebox for drinks .
