I think that there are not the right age for having children. It is so individual how people get ready to having them. Some of them are mature already in beginning of 20´s, therefore some people are not mentally adult even on their 30´s. Or like one of my relatives says that the best combination is young healthy woman and an older wealthy man. Also, the term young is very relative. Concidering the age of woman giving birth for the first time is about 25. It has been increased very much comparing with the ten years back time and the medium age for woman giving birth is 35. Another point is that you don't have enough money to support the baby. Diapers are very expensive. You are not as experienced in the world, less wise so not only less wisdom to pass on to the kids, but less wisdom on effectively raising your children. You can't enjoy your young and single life, because you have do nurture your child. On the plus side you are much more energetic than some older parents. You will be younger when they grow up and move out, giving you more freedom earlier on. You will see more of their lives before you pass on. Lastly, nowadays many young people don't know about other activities beside internet and shopping. Contrary to the popular belief, it is know that there are much more interesting activities for youths what must be encouraged by the older generation. REPORT Young people's activities in Simuvere Gymnasium in 1996, 1998 and 2000 Introduction The aim of this report is to describe, how are young people's favourite pastimes changed between 1996 and 2000. The survey is carried out in Simuvere Gymnasium in 1996, 1998 and 2000. Students who were questioned were 16-18 years old. My findings are presented below. Numbers have given in precentages. ,,Right from the tip",Reet Toot's wonderful historical play It seems like the music never stops in Reet Toot's historical youth play ,,Right from the tip." This musical was devoted to the 90th birthday of Georg Ots' Music school. Reet Toot has described her play as a ,,Musical history" in two surveys. Although everything in this play was really special, the most important thing was that all the actors were young people. Most of them are students in the birthday school. The play ,,Right from the tip" was played at the Estonian Puppet theater in February. The idea to make a musical out of the music school history came from one of the school's teatcher, Siim Aimla. He introduced his idea to the producer, Reet Toot. That's where the historical musical started. All the actors were really profeccional. It was a quit.e big suprise, because they were all very young.
The Price of Everlasting Beauty I read Oscar Wilde's book called "The Picture of Dorian Gray". It talks about a man who never ages, instead a portrait of him ages. Dorian can be forever beautiful but is it worth it? Dorian realizes that he cannot be young forever and wishes that the portrait would age not him but he does not think about the consequence. Lord Henry points out that Dorian cannot be beautiful and young forever and Dorian wishes that the painting would age not him. I think this it not worth it because everyone around Dorian will grow old and eventually die. He would see the people he cares about dying. The themes dealt with in a book are simply not relevant to young people today When we create a chart of things that young people like to do in their free time, reading would probably not be in the first three. Is it related to the themes discussed in books and are those themes irrelevant to young people today? Obligatory books in basic school and gymnasium, are mostly from the previous century or from even earlier. Those books are mainly discussing love, wars and relations having one but those books don't talk about everything.
