Stress in the life of young people We should acknowledge from the start that we all have stress in our lives and it's completely normal. The problem is that the age of people suffering from the stress is getting younger every year. We are all a little different and and also respond differently to situations that make us feel stressed. It is clear that there are many things that cause stress, especially when one is a teenager still trying to find his place in the world and finding out what to do with his life. The reasons may be upcoming exams, homework, new school, taking on a new responsibility school is a huge part of teenager's life and studying may often cause stress. Another thing that causes a lot of stress in the life of young is having bad relations. Being left out of the group, being harrased or having troubles with parents.
Stress People experience various forms of stress that is a natural part of people’s lives and it can motivate people to work harder. But if it becomes negative stress, it can affect people’s ability to be positive. To begin with, the main source of stress for young people is school and family. Daily homework takes a large part of our free time. Getting a bad grade causes a disappointment. Especially if the day before there was a lot of learning for the examination. Family may have a greater effect on young people. The death of a loved one, sick family member and relationship problems can lead to being under negative pressure. I think that teachers should be creative to blend so-called digital learning/teaching with old-fashioned learning/teaching. · Sir Ken Robinson: Do schools kill creativity? Sir Ken Robinson claims in the clip that " creativity in education is as important as literacy, we should treat it with the same status." I totally agree with all what he said. We have very strict education systems that don't allow a room for mistakes and they categorize people based on their achievements in exams. There is nothing like potentials, creativeness, possibilities or even 2nd chances. Families put high expectations on academic achievements and they always compare their kids with other's kids. A minority in each community will be really dedicated to help their kids explore their horizons. It is true that we should re-think the fundamental principles in which we educate our children
