What qualities should/should not a teacher have

The quality of the education of young people depends on the work of the teacher, who is largely responsible for the exchange of knowledge and skills for young people from an early age up to adulthood. What characteristics must a teacher have in order to do their job as well as possible, so that young adults become enough to start their own life?
The teacher must have an advanced level of knowledge in their field . The more qualified the teacher is the better and more clearly he knows how to convey his material for students . From that depends how well young people acquire the knowledge and benefit from skills they have obtained in their later life.
Teaching skills are very important. Every teacher should know how to be youthful and attractive enough in its subject , so that the students would give it an interest and they would like to acquire knowledge in this matter . If the subject seems attractive to students, they would rather go to this lesson, learn the material more easily and remember it better.
In addition , the teacher must be flexible, reliable, and must be a good communicator. It is easier for students interact with such a teacher and cooperation with him is smoother, while at the same time it does not stimulate complexes. The friendly communication creates a good atmosphere in the class .

ESTONIAN EDUCATION POLICY. MAIN PROBLEMS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS Hanna-Loora Bobrov Since I was a teenager, I remember thinking of the school education quality. How to improve it, where teacher could be more efficient and how to make a better environment for the pupils. And now all these years later I am a young teacher and it is still important for me what is going on within my society in education. I believe I have some kind of advance of knowing what is really going on in Estonian schools and how the education policy really works. Because not long ago I finished the high school, before that changing a lot of different schools and I think I can say that I superficially know how different schools are working in various regions of Estonia. Being a student at the faculty of education has opened my eyes for a lot of different things,

than read books or move outside. And another thing is that teachers are less capable in using technological appliances. But the latter mentioned fact is an advantage for us teachers as well. It gives us an opportunity to provide our students to experience success. They can help and assist us if we need some technological help. Another thing is that in schools, in classes generally students are not allowed to use their appliances, so it means they have to communicate verbally as well. I think that teachers should be creative to blend so-called digital learning/teaching with old-fashioned learning/teaching. · Sir Ken Robinson: Do schools kill creativity? Sir Ken Robinson claims in the clip that " creativity in education is as important as literacy, we should treat it with the same status." I totally agree with all what he said. We have very strict education systems that don't

Education

Education is commonly thought of as the job of schools. Adults cry "educate our children!" Everyone has opinions about the best way to do the job. It is of urgent importance, and all the numerous factors are much studied, debated, and new (or old) ideas continually tested or retested. Some people say "it's as simple as . . . " and then name their pet peeve or passion. My view is not of an education specialist, but of one who loves sharing what I learn, and owes much to educators. Since I don't have an educational theory neatly worked-out, nor an outline of my perceptions, my intent is to address each educational ingredient that comes to my mind. After I've said what I think about each topic, readers may have a fair comprehension of my philosophy. First comes sensitivity. If a person be insensitive, be it from numbing cold, exhaustion, drugs, genetic makeup, or upbringing, then the process of education is bogged down, and

Essay: my ideal job

My ideal job When I graduate university, I would like to become a teacher. I want to teach Estoninan language and literature. I want to teach highschool students. I’d like to teach in my hometown, Tartu. I want to become a teacher beacause I like kids. Also, I like to teach and explain. Literature was my favourite subject in school. I like almost all books from compulsory literature. Especially I like „Master and Margarita“ and „Dorian Gray“. I think it is very important to read books, especially young people should read. Literature improves their vocabulary and changes their picture of the world and maybe teach tolerance. I’d give enough time to read every book carefully

Similarly to how women were once viewed, children have not been considered as subjects of rights due to their perceived incompetence and irrationality. Currently, children are not considered as being rational and capable of exercising responsibility until the age of majority, the age of 18.
