School Uniform

However, uniforms also have bad sides which are particulary involved with financial problems. Each and every person in the world is different, and by making people dress the same, they can't express themselves fairly the way that they would like to. Having school uniforms is not necessary, and there are many reasons to prove it. Some people say that wearing a school uniform stop the bullying, because all children wear the same clothes. But it's not true - the bullys and other evil student will always find another reason to make somebody feel bad - like glasses, pimples or overweight. Second reason that schools have school uniforms is because of the gangs. They believe, when all of the children wear the same clothes, they will not have any gangs. But students communicate with each other outside school too, so gangs will still arise....

Pros and Cons of School Uniform

Pros and Cons of School Uniform At several schools worldwide, students are required to wear school uniforms. In some schools, uniforms are not required as this is part of the decision of the school or the parents. On the other hand, wearing school uniform does have its pros and cons. First of all, wearing school uniform suppresses students’ way to express themselves. Uniforms prevent them from wearing the clothes they want to wear. Children are often much more artistic than many adults, especially in high school, teenagers experience an increased need to be unique and special. The clothes are one of the most important things of self-expression, and school uniforms do not allow students to demonstrate their individuality. On the other hand, school uniforms make students feel equal...

School uniform pros and cons

fashionable clothes and they are bullied because of that. Children would not have to think about what to wear in the morning and parents save time taking children shopping and spending extra money. Children will be that much less focused on appearance and more on learning. However school uniforms are good there is some disadvantages too. For example children can not show their character, which is often based on clothing. Some school uniform may be more expensive than oridnary clothes and it is will make financial problems for poor families. All in all, I think that school uniforms are useful and children can not make fun of them because their parents could not afford to buy them the newest trendy garment....

Pros & Cons of a School Uniform

Essay ,,Pros & Cons of a School Uniform " A school uniform is important for every student to become an adult. In different schools the rules for uniforms are different. Some schools have a school uniform and some do not. However, every school uniform has both advantages and disadvantages. One advantage is that school uniform helps to maintain discipline. Also it is a symbol of a school. School uniform makes life cheaper and easier you do not have to waste time in the morning thinking of what to wear. Also you do not have to buy a whole new wardrobe for every school semester and I think that a school uniform prepares you for adulthood because often many important jobs have a dress code, which you have to follow. However, for every plus there is a minus. Although many students might like a school...

School Uniforms

Also, there are people who do not like them. So, are the uniforms good for pupils or not? There are many good sides of wearing uniforms. First, everyone is equal. There would be no fights or teasing about people's clothes because everyone is wearing the same ones. Secondly, school uniforms help to create a strong sense of belonging somewhere. With different clothes no one would notice, that for instance you and your friend go the same school. It would be easier to recognize people with their uniforms. Uniforms also prepare you for your future life, when you often have to dress smart when you go to work. It is a lot easier to dress every morning because you do not have to choose between different sets of clothes. You will have only one to choose the uniform. However, I think, that students should not wear uniforms. We...

Bridges presentation

Foreword Bridging rivers, gorges, narrows, straits, and valleys always has played an important role in the history of human settlement. Since ancient times, bridges have been the most visible testimony of the noble craft of engineers. A bridge can be defined in many ways, but Andrea Palladio, the great 16th century Italian architect and engineer, hit on the essence of bridge building when he said "...bridges should befit the spirit of the community by exhibiting commodiousness, firmness, and delight." In more practical terms, he went on to explain that the way to avoid having the bridge carried away by the violence of water was to make the bridge without fixing any posts in the water. Since the beginning of time, the goal of bridge builders has been to create as wide a span as possible which is commodious, firm, and occasionally delightful. Spanning greater distances is a distinct measure...

Project ESTONIA MAP OF ESTONIA Southern Viljandimaa The southern part of Viljandi county catches the eye with its sublime scenery. The area today lies in the very heart of the historical Mulgimaa the home of hills, deep valleys and lakes brought together by a beauty spot Halliste primeval valley. According to several folk tales, it is also in these valleys, woods and bogs that Old Nick found refuge. The great variety displayed in the nature is also reflected in the local cultural heritage. At the beginning of the 19th century growing linen spread and became the basis of the legendary wealth of Mulgi farms. The ancient barn-dwellings and decaying manor houses are the mute witnesses of those times. The riches and cultural heritage of Mulgimaa owe to the diligence and tenacity of the local people. Village handicraftsmen and masters have always been honoured. Mulgikapsad (stewed sauerkraut with barley gro...

We have 4 terms September 1. until October 24., November 2. until December 24., January 11. until March 20. and March 29. until June 5. We get reports every end of the terms. We don't have school uniform , we're allowed to wear, what we want. School lunches are 20 minutes long. Food isn't and don't taste very well. That, when you can go to eat, depends on which number of class you are. In our school are sport days about three times per year Autumn, Winter and Spring. We have competitions between different classes and we have special team with teachers. School parties are about twice a month, but they aren't very cool. It happens very rarely, when the party turns out good, but this is my...

Teaduslik revolutsioon

Teaduslik revolutsioon 15431600 I One of the most important developments in the western intellectual tradition was the Scientific Revolution. The Scientific Revolution was nothing less than a revolution in the way the individual perceives [ tajub ] the world. As such, this revolution was primarily an epistemological revolution it changed man's thought process. It was an intellectual revolution a revolution in human knowledge. Even more than Renaissance scholars who discovered man and Nature, the scientific revolutionaries attempted to understand and explain man and the natural world. Thinkers such as the Polish astronomer Nicholas Copernicus(14731543), the French philosopher René Descartes(15961650) and the British mathematician Isaac Newton(16421727) overturned the...
