U2 Joshua Tree Album algab väga tempokalt. Harmooniad ja meloodiad on väga väärt kuulamist. Lausa panevad kuulama. Kasutatud on väga palju kaja. Kitarristi mängimistehnika on väärt väljatoomist. Vähemalt minu jaoks. Vokaal on jällegi väga hea kõlaga. Kerge kärin sellise bändi puhul teeb ainult head. Mees laulab väga kõrgelt, mida on väga võimas kuulata. Kohati on albumilt kuulda unemuusikat, mis rahustab, aga selle une viib minema albumi neljas lugu ''Bullet the blue sky''

In Norway, Christmas is celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor. `Gledelig Jul' or `God Jul' is the Norwegian way of wishing `Merry Christmas'. A unique tradition in Norway relates to the Christmas tree that Norway gifts to England every Christmas. The tree is basically an annual present to the United Kingdom, to honor the help rendered by the British people to the natives, during the Second World War. The tree is made to stand in Trafalgar Square, in the middle of London. Hundreds of people, from around the city, come to watch the gifted Christmas tree, when the lights are turned on. Read on to know more about Christmas traditions and celebrations in Norway. Christmas Celebrations In Norway While there are many customs and traditions linked to Christmas in Norway, there is one long- standing and very popular tradition that includes a little gnome Nisse, who guards the farm animals.
example of the Australian lizards that live in the Outback. Despite its dangerous appearance and its name it is one of the least aggressive reptiles. Thorny lizards are heliotherm, meaning they need sunlight to warm themselves up, and their body temperature and agility depends on the outside temperature. Thorny devils only grow about 20 cm in size (including the tail). They are thought to live up to 20 years. V slaid The Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo is found only in Queensland. Emergents The canopy trees are tall, but some species grow even taller until they stick right out above the canopy. These are called 'emergents' and can reach almost 90m in height. Up here they don't have to compete with other trees for light, but they are exposed to the high winds that lash the canopy during tropical storms. Emergents are the favourite nest sites of jungle eagles such as the harpy eagle of South America. Canopy Suspended 40m above the ground is the canopy - a belt of tree crowns supported by enormous rainforest tree trunks. This is the most productive and diverse habitat on Earth - perhaps 40% of the world's species spend their lives among its branches. The canopy's function is to photosynthesise. Canopy trees arrange their leaves to soak up as much of the sunlight as possible and supply them with a continuous stream of water and nutrients from the soil far below, so that the process is uninterrupted from dawn to dusk. 1.2. But the problem was that there weren't any red roses growing in his garden and he wept, his face buried in his hands. He was very sad because he can't dance with his love. Fortunately a small bird named Nightingale saw him crying, the bird really wanted to help him, she knew that she had found this true lover of whom she had sung night after night. Nightingale wanted to find him the reddest rose in the world, she wanted to help the real true lover. She flew over the Rose-tree that was growing near the Student's window and asked the tree for one red rose. But the tree said that winter had chilled its veins and it has no red roses at all that year. It said that there is still a change to get one, but it didn't dare to talk that to Nightingale. But Nightingale wasn't afraid; she was ready to give everything for helping the Student. Rose-tree said that Nightingale must give her life-blood to the tree and sing for the whole night. Nightingale agreed

Today this animal is under the protection but they still are in danger. Koalas from the northern populations are typically smaller and lighter in colour than the other. Most of their food consists of eucalypt leaves but sometimes they eat other leaves too. There is about 600 species of eucalypt, koalas eat only 30. Because they get so little energy from their diet, koalas must limit their energy use and sleep 20 hours a day. They typically eat and sleep in the same tree. On very hot days a koala may climb down to the coolest part of the tree which is colder than the surrounding air. The koala will hug the tree to lose heat. Koalas are asocial animals and spend just 15 minutes a day on social activity.

Only one boy did not see him and did not run away. Giant stole up behind him and took him gently in his hand and put up him up into the tree
Savanna A savanna is a grassland ecosystem with scattered trees or shrubs. In savannas trees are small or widely spaced so that the canopy does not close. It is often believed that savannas are characterized by widely spaced, scattered trees, however in many savanna communities tree densities are higher and trees are more regularly spaced than in forest communities. The open canopy allows sufficient light to reach the ground to support an unbroken herbaceous layer consisting primarily of C4 grasses. Savannas are also characterised by seasonal water availability, with the majority of rainfall being confined to one season of the year. Savannas can be associated with several types of biomes. Savannas are frequently seen as a transitional zone, occurring

Brill.” Miss Brill sighed on her blue chair. She wondered “Why?” Why did the world take Ann from her. She was so fragile, sweet and delicate. Miss Brill wished in her heart that she would have been the one whose life tuberculosis would have taken. Then her Ann could have had her life and she could have fulfilled her dreams. She opened her eyes and put the box with the photos away. She stood up and moved outside to the garden. In the garden there was a big oak tree and next to it there was an enormous rosebush. She looked at the rosebush and the oak tree and all her inside warmed up. A few seconds later she felt herself smiling. The oak tree and the rosebush had a special meaning for her. Her dear passed away husband George had planted these there with the help of Ann. It had been a gift for Miss Brill’s 30th birthday. “The oak tree symbolizes you, how strong you are and also it shows how strong and big our love for you is,” states the man.

Endangered animal koala bear Though often called the koala "bear," this cuddly animal is not a bear at all, it is a marsupial. Koalas live in eastern Australia, where the eucalyptus trees they love are most plentiful. In fact, they rarely leave these trees. That is why they are usually called "treehuggers". Koalas have thick, grayish fur, with white on their chests, inner arms, and ears. They have large furry ears and leathery noses. The koala has large, sharp claws to assist with climing tree trunks. The koala is one of the few mammals that have fingerprints. Koalas do not live in big groups, they rather prefer to be alone. Koalas consume eucalyptus leaves and bark from 12 different eucalyptus tree species. Koalas rests motionless for about 16 to 18 hours a day, sleeping most of that time. They can be aggressive towards each other, throwing a foreleg around their opponent and biting. Koalas have become endangered because their habitat is being destroyed. Besides having no

humans use their thumbs, mainly for grasping food. Sense of Smell · Pandas leave scent marks in their territories. The scent marks serve as a major form of communication. Pandas can determine from the scent if another panda is in the area, including if the other panda is male or female, how recently they left their scent and in the case of female if they are in a reproductive period. · To mark their location, pandas will back up to a tree and rub their scent glands on the tree, then use their tail to spread the scent. Hours are spent in the kitchen cooking and baking special treats for the festive season. Fir trees are felled, tied onto sleds, and taken home to be decorated. A sheaf of grain is often tied to a pole, together with nuts and seeds and placed in the garden for the birds. Many of the peasants will not eat their Christmas dinner until the birds have had their dinner. The meal was begun as soon as the first star appeared in the sky. In Finland the Christmas tree is set up on Christmas Eve. Apples and other fruits, candies, paper flags, cotton and tinsel are used as decorations, and candles are used for lighting it. The Christmas festivities are preceded by a visit to the famous steam baths, after which everyone dressed in clean clothes in preparation for the Christmas dinner, which is served at 5-7 in the evening.
