After that, he lived in Norway, where he actually executed his first masterpieces a series of Norwegian landscapes. In 1912 Konrad Mägi returned to Estonia where Tartu became his main place of residence, and where he began to teach drawing. At the end of his life he was no longer able to carry on his work due to serious lung disease. He also destroyed one part of his invaluable works during hysteric attacks. He died at the age of forty-six in Tartu neural clinic. At the time "Valgjärv" (1916-1917) was painted, the artist painted mostly in South Estonia and in connection with that there occurred a change in his choice of motifs. The former intimate views of a small part of the scenery were replaced by wide panoramas with lakes on the background of distant hills. The "Valgjärv", in which the ultramarine

The Advantages and Disadvantages of City and Country Living

crowded cities) and noise they have to endure when they go outside. I'd say that it is disadvantages for living in a city. On the other hand advantages of living a city life are easier communication, access to stores and entertainment and possibility to get a good-earning job, which I prefer. Also your it is a good chance that your social circle can expand here, but in country people live far from each other and don't see so often new faces like in city. The best part about living in a rural area is its quiet mood and the idea of not having to constantly breathe in exhaust fumes, not be part of traffic jams and often hear people honking the horns of their cars or speak loudly. Living in a farm, however, involves a lot of daily labour, such as feeding and cleaning animals that need constant care. In my opinion I prefer living in a city, because here I can quickly communicate with my friends, school is closer and it is handy to live in here

Marriage vs cohabiting If one day marriage was a traditional part of people’s lives than nowadays many people choose cohabitation instead. In my opinion there are upsides and downsides to both marriage and cohabiting. Firstly let’s look at the up- and downsides of marriage. Marriage is a big commitment, so many people tend to be scared of it. They are scared that their marriage will lead to divorce, in which case the parting can turn out to be much more complicated than parting in case of cohabitation

When she wakes, Edward reminds her that she could -- and should -- have stayed behind, but she insists that she is now part of the family and should be included. While she's getting breakfast, Edward notices Jake's wolf charm dangling from Bella's wrist. He asks to see it and for a fleeting instant Bella worries he might break it. But he only points out the inequity: Jake is allowed to give her presents and he is not. Bella shrugs and says that Edward has already given her more than she could ever deserve: himself. Each reflects for a moment on the other's ridiculous inability to see themselves clearly

The most important industrial cities are Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool which is one of Britain's big ports, and Birmingham. The two famous Midlands cities are StratforduponAvon and Oxford. Stratford is the birthplace of William Shakespeare and Oxford is famous for its university. The North of England has some of the wildest and loneliest parts in the country. Here you can find deep valleys, rivers and waterfalls, hills and mountains. This part of the country is rich in coal. The main attractions of the North of England are certainly the Lake District, the cities of York and NewcastleuponTyne.

The most important thing, though, is to have high quality instruments and to keep them well taken care of. Music therapy has existed in its common current form in the United States since around 1944. Live music was used in hospitals after both of the World Wars, as part of the regime for some recovering soldiers. Music has been shown to affect portions of the brain. Part of this therapy is the ability of music to affect emotions and social interactions. Music may reduce heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease. Benefits included a decrease in blood pressure, heart rate, and levels of anxiety in heart patients. Listening to Mozart's piano sonata can reduce the number of seizures in people with epilepsy.

Are student organizations beneficial for students?

example many stundents might complain about that sudent organizations are full of politics and assuming that they do not consider it necessary and beneficial to join any of them. It seems that they may have based their opinion on someone else’s comments or experience and not on their personal experience. In addition it appears that students might not know the plus sides and possibilities that student organizations could enable them so they do not even bother to make clear the benefit of being part of student organizations. One the other hand it might be said that students who have been in many student organizations have got jobs or scholarships more easily than those who have not. Firstly taking part actively in student organizations have given them many useful contacts and they have had mentors. Also secondly joining student organizations might provide help with students future careers and most of all it improves their social skills which causes personal and personality development

one that was less dirty.” This problem is not an engineering design problem, but the way in which it is documented is identical. Proper documentation includes three parts: problem definition, design description, and evaluation. All three are required to communicate your solution. The figure below shows the basic organization of any design report and should be the model for any report that you write. The following sections provide more detail about the content for each part. Page 2 of 9 Problem Definition In this part you describe the problem you set out to solve. You provide sufficient detail so someone can both understand why the problem is significant and how it has been solved in the past. Your problem is further detailed by providing key design requirements that the solution must meet. The problem definition section should have the following subsections using the suggested labels for each subsection:

Trafalgar Square

The northern area of the square had been the site of the King's Mews since the time of Edward I, while the southern end was the original Charing Cross, where the Strand from the City met Whitehall, coming north from Westminster. As the midpoint between these twin cities, Charing Cross is to this day considered the heart of London, from which all distances are measured. In the 1820s the Prince Regent engaged the landscape architect John Nash to redevelop the area. Nash cleared the square as part of his Charing Cross Improvement Scheme. The present architecture of the square is due to Sir Charles Barry and was completed in 1845. Trafalgar Square is owned by the Queen in Right of the Crown, and managed by the Greater London Authority.[1] Trafalgar Square ranks as the fourth most popular tourist attraction on Earth with more than 15 million visitors a year. Overview The square consists of a large central area surrounded by roadways on three sides, and stairs

called theodolites. Transits were distinguishable by a shorter telescope and they could be inverted or transited, later they called the vernier-read instruments transits. 2. Describe the leveling process for a total station. - Total Station is the most commonly used surveying instrument today. The instrument is usually levelled by using its plate bubble and three levelling screws. The leveling process is happening in tribrach. It is a part of a total station that contains three levelling screws, a circular or bull’s eye level and probably an optical plummet for centering the instrument over survey points. The tribrach is screwed down on the head of the tripod and the instrument is clamped to the tribrach with the tribrach screw. The optical plummet permits the surveyor to accurately center the instrument over a given point. It may be a part of the alidade,

HCl lahus

Calculation 1) Calculate the molar concentration (equation 2.2) of HCl through the amount of NaOH solution needed for titration. Figure 2.2 B. Determining the concentration of the control solution through titration 1. The control solution is the base (NaOH) solution in the graduated volumetric flask. The burette for the hydrochloric acid (HCl) must be thoroughly rinsed with small portions of the acid solution. The concentration of the acid solution was determined in the first part of the experiment. After rinsing fill the burette with the same acid solution to the 0-point of the measuring scale. 2. To titrate the control solution pipette 10 cm 3 of the control solution into a flask and add 2-4 drops of indicator mp (methyl red). Titrate with the HCl solution until the yellow solution (NaOH + indicator) turns red. Repeat the experiment three times. Find the arithmetic average from the results. Nationalism: Much of the origin of the war was based on the desire of the Slavic peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina to no longer be part of Austria-Hungary but instead be part of Serbia. But in a more general way, the nationalism of the various countries throughout Europe contributed not only to the beginning but the extension of the war in Europe. Each country tried to prove their dominance and power. Assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand: In June 1914, a Serbian nationalist assassinated him and his wife while they were in Sarajevo, Bosnia which was part of Austria-Hungary
